Very helpful staff, great breakfast, close to metro station nice rooftop pool and bar

Estuvimos alojados mis hijos y yo la ultima semana de abril. No me gusto que ofrecen piscina y no estaba en funcionamiento. El aire acondicionado de la habitacion no funcionaba y ya comenzo a hacer calor en Valencia. Tampoco me gusto que los sab y dom cobran el desayuno y eso no se explica al momento de hacer la reserva.

Insgesamt ganz ok, wenn man ohne Internet den Aufenthalt verbringen möchte. Selbst bei Netflix&Co schmiert das Internet immer wieder ab, arbeiten am Laptop - ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit. Das Frühstück ist sehr begrenzt, kaum Alternativen zur Fleischlosen Ernährung - eher magere Auswahl. Garage nicht für sehr sportliche Autos ausgelegt, man kratzt mit dem Unterboden weil die Rampen so steil ist.. Mit der Frontschürze ebenso, wenn man nicht aufpasst. Zimmer waren okay. Sehr sauber & sehr fleißige Servicekräfte. Dachpool wirkt auf den Fotos größer; bei 5 Leuten ist es aber schon eher voll als toll. Aufzug… es gibt 2 Aufzüge - die sind Selbstverständlich im Dauerbetrieb - da kann man oft mal 5-10 Minuten warten (wir waren im 18. Stock). In den Gängen stinkt es zeitweise abartig, da könnten sie einfach öfter durchlüften lassen.. Fitnessraum sehr begrenzt; Gewichte haben sie nur bis 10kg (Hantel) - die Geräte sind okay, werden aber.. denke ich nicht gewartet. Fazit: Für den Preis zum übernachten okay, man sollte aber nicht allzuviel erwarten.

there were spectacular vues of Valencia. Rooms are high up above the 14th floor restaurant. the swimming pool on the top roof was cold, nobody used it. the hotel needs to mention that rooms are high up. there was a constant rumour from the traffic below; otherwise, modern and clean neighbourhood.

Everything was good but wish I had known that the pool was unavailable at this time of year but other than that can not fault this hotel and would recommend or stay again if was visiting for another conference

Hotel ligt een stuk buiten de stad. Dus is men aangewezen op openbaar vervoer. Metrostation om het hoekje is top. Alleen sluit de metro om 23u20. Avondeten in het centrum is moeilijk omdat terugrit niet tijdig kan gebeuren. In de buurt dineren = minder mogelijkheden en minder authentiek. Geen koffie-en thee faciliteiten en geen tissues op de kamer. Personeel spreekt weinig Engels, communìcatie moeilijk. Geen bar, geen restaurant in huis. Zwembad gesloten vanaf 20u00. Jammer.

Très bel hôtel, service et chambre impeccable. Accueil très agréable , bien situé Juste souci avec leur système de parking et heure d ouverture le matin mais nous partions tôt

Photos conformes à ce que j’ai trouvé sur place Accessibilité facile depuis les périphs Valenciens, dans un quartier moyen et donc un peu excentré MAIS bien connecté au centre (métro lignes 1/2 à 200m). Si vous venez en voiture, préférez l’option parking de l’hotel car autour c’est compliqué de se garer et à mon avis pas trop safe surtout si plaques étrangères Chambre vaste propre calme (sauf si proche ascenseur un peu bruyant) mais il manque une machine à café si je veux faire le difficile Piscine sur toit-terrasse au 23e étage avec bar, très sympa : vue à 360 degrés sur ville/mer/environs Belle salle de sport/musculation juste en dessous Très bon buffet petit-déjeuner Équipe de réception efficace et cordiale

Hotel muy recomendable. Nos gustó todo. Habitación magnífica, muy acogedora, bien decorada, limpieza impecable, cama muy cómoda. La estancia, además de estar bien climatizada es silenciosa, al estar separada la puerta de entrada por otra corredera interior que la aisla del recibidor. Dispone de gimnasio y sauna. Además, en el ático hay una terraza con una piscina. El desayuno bufet muy bueno, con mucha variedad. El hotel está situado en una zona tranquila y, en los alrededores, hay espacios donde no es difícil encontrar aparcamiento.

The carpet need to be removed or do something with the smell. It smelled weird, should open the windows more often. Other than that everything was perfect.

Realmente estuvimos poco en el hotel, pero todo bien. Estuvimos en el piso 23 habitacion bonita cama muy grande, todo limpio y el desayuno bufet habia de todo.

Muy poco personal, existen un mal olor generalizado en los pasillos del Hitel, mal ventilado

Lovely hotel stay, very close to transport and restaurants. Water provided in room. Blackout curtains were good, nice shower and toiletries.

The views across the city were outstanding. It was fun to try and locate the hotel whilst travelling around the city

The hotel was not very full at all and the services were very stripped back during this entire period. No breakfast available on New Year’s Day, no breakfast on 3 Kings day, nothing organized or available in the hotel for New Year’s Eve…several days we had to ask for our room to be made up, and many of those, we didn’t have housekeeping until early evening. It was almost like being the only one in your college dorm when everyone else has gone home for the holidays! Anyway, I get that it’s important for employees to get to spend time with their families but it’s still a hotel and so I think if the hotel is open, there is some obligation to maintain a level of guest services for people staying there. The bed is pretty comfy, the room is spacious. No ability to change the thermostat from heating to cooling so thankfully the window opened. A kettle or Coffee machine in the room would be a welcome amenity. The business centre was closed during the entire time we were there - I think 12 days in all. The wifi in the room was pretty lousy (lots of buffering) and it is a complete pain in the….ahem because you have to log back in EVERY SINGLE TIME you end a session! Name, room number, email, accept the terms and conditions on a tiny finicky little form which often didn’t work and then finally get to log in. Very bare bones experience.

Great property, the staff was amazing and very helpful, the hotel is nearby restaurants, and metro station, it is convenient for exploring the city. Loved the hotel!

Atendimento Ótimo Funcionários muito competente

Buen hotel, muy limpio, buen desayuno y cómodo para moverse por Valencia. Como pega, decir que cuando llegamos el segundo día sobre las 14h la habitación no estaba limpia. Esto no sería un problema si nos hubieran informado correctamente, ya que llamamos para avisar y nos dijeron que en 2 horas estaría hecha. Con lo cual estuvimos esperando a que aparecieran sin poder saber si echarnos una siesta, o que hacer (íbamos con un bebé de 2 años). A las 2 horas no apareció nadie y al volver a llamar nos dijeron que la limpieza podía ser hasta las 18h. Esto no hubiera sido un problema si nos lo hubieran dicho desde el principio. Mala comunicación y sin esperar nada a cambio, ya que nos ofrecieron minibar gratis, que no utilizamos, nos hubiera gustado algún tipo de disculpa al dejar el hotel. Por lo demás, como he escrito, buen hotel.

No servía el internet No hacías la habitación hasta las 6 pm

Rooftop restaurant. Het eten is er slecht en het ruikt er niet fris. De diensters proberen er het beste van te maken en zijn erg vriendelijk. geen 4 sterren waard.
