Location was great - very central. Bathroom was relatively new, with a good size shower and products. Bedroom itself was quite small & furniture was dated. Cleanliness was average, maybe not the level you’d expect of a 4 star hotel. We had to ask twice for our room to be cleaned upon check in, as in certain areas it was not that clean. Breakfast was okay, good selection but disappointing that the only coffee was nespresso machine and not made to order. Lobby bar was expensive - We paid over £20 for two drinks with minimal selection available. Would likely not return to this hotel.

The staff were quite nice and the room was a.good size. The shower had strong pressure as well. I will keep the five stars as the location is also useful as it is downtown. The only minor complaint I would have is that the pillows aren't the greatest and the beds are quite firm and it was two twin beds pushed together instead of a queen or king sized mattress. Aside from that it was a good experience.
