My Place Hotel-Bentonville-Rogers, AR

The room was truly impeccable. The kitchen, burners, microwave and large fridge too. Unfortunately there was no silverware, plates, pans, etc. It's incomprensible that with such a nice kitchen there was nothing to use it, but instead some type of loaner program used by long-term guests. We chose this room precisely for the kitchen. It'd be so easy to have 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 spoons and so on, plus 1 pan and 1 pot.

The beds are comfortable, clean and well equipped. The staff's welcoming and professionalism is what brings me back consistently.

The desk staff person was not welcoming when we entered. She had trouble locating reservation by confirmation number and last name. The more frustrated she seemed the more she became less than friendly. Later after a time she located one room, but we booked two. Oddly, she was able to pull a sheet. We needed to sign out of a paper file by last name. I’m not sure why she didn’t use that file to locate our reservation. The morning desk staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The Wi-Fi was a little difficult to get on. The morning coffee and parking were great.
