Good place for a night or two. Breakfast was okay, nothing that stood out. Room was clean and quiet. Hot tub still out of order and the 'restaurant and bar' isn't really a restaurant and bar. Just someone behind a counter pouring some liquor and a very limited dining option in the breakfast room. But as long as you didn't book based on those things and just want a fairly quiet room in a good location, it is a good option.

To access indoor pool had to go outside because indoor lock was broken. The outside gate latch was missing, Ice machine on 5th floor was not working, jaccuzi tub out of order, the handicap lift at poolside was broken. A family had to physically lift their approx 200 lb boy out of the pool. Outside of property condition, staff was excellent and spacious room.

The first room had no hot water, even after running it for 5 min. The second room had a chair that was tore up and the sheets were ripped. The hot tub didn't work and the pool was ice cold as was the room it was in. Breakfast was a joke. They think overcooked tater tots is a breakfast item. no pancakes, no waffles, and the only fruit offered was an orange. The sausage was overcooked and the toaster so small the bread could not be toasted. They had english muffins but no bagels. This a horrible hotel with unfriendly staff. Please consider removing them from your list of options. I filed a complaint with Hyatt. I feel like they owe me some money back.

The rooms were beautiful, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was on the above average side. Just disappointed because i did not do enough research - i booked this hotel because it was listed on expedia as pet-friendly with a restaurant and a bar. Well they are pet-friendly in that they let you bring a pet, but its a $200 per pet per night fee! We had not expected that expense. Additionally their website says they have the "h-bar" open every day from 5 to 10 pm but we were there on a Friday night and there was no sign of food or drinks. So anyway, research required. If youre not bringing pets and youre not looking for a hotel with a bar/restaurant, this hotel is great. Most of the staff were friendly (with the one exception of the check in staff who sounded quite snobby when he asked "oh, is there a concert tonight?" I guess we didnt live up to the normal clientel.) And the hotel was clean, roomy, and comfortable.

Misrepresented. No restaurant. No lounge. No bar. No hot tub. No restaurants in walking distance. I called before booking 2 days before arrival and was told all of these were available so I paid the extra money for this hotel. Upon arrival was told none of these had been available for months because of remodeling and loosing liquor license. Staff non-responsive. Room was big, bed comfortable, - king suite, furniture had tears in upholstery and needs to be replaced, hot breakfast was good, location is good. Overall price way too high for not having amenities advertised. Better hotels on the same block.

Very disappointed. Stains on the couch and chair. Water stains on the ceiling. Shower curtain was so short it would not even reach the inside of the tub so during shower, water poured onto the floor. Also, a suspicious $90+ charge on my credit card that I had to give the desk clerk for incidentals. This was in addition to an initial $25 charge that is supposed to be credited back at some point. I didn’t use anything to get charged $90 or the $25 and when I asked the desk clerk about the $90 charge, he just said he didn’t see anything on his screen and asked me if I wanted to check out. Then he just looked at me like I had 3 eyes! When I asked what we were going to do about this charge, he took my number and said he would have his supervisor call me. So far no call….

Very clean and comfortable room. The hotel is very nice, has a bar and restaurant too. The location is fantastic, easy in and out. It is close to all the good restaurants and fun things to do there. Very nice for the price.

The room was clean and updated, but they do not have housekeeping services clean your room every day. Regarding condition of the room, one lampshade was very badly damaged, and the towels had holes in them. But the front desk staff, lobby, and breakfast were all great.

This was far below expectations for what I paid for the room, the sheets on the bed had holes in them, there was a stain running down the wall that I can only imagine what it likely was, and the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling/rolling back. Very disappointed and when I mentioned those things to the front desk at checkout we were offered a few bottles of water. Definitely would never stay here again!

Rooms are old and smell stale. I can tell rooms used to be smoking rooms as that smell of stale tobacco hung in the air. The first room I was given stank of mold. In addition the first room had an extractor fan in the bathroom that was so loud it actually hurt my ears. The second room was OK. Breakfast was not good. Like warm food. Coffee was constantly out except for the last day

Good hotel, but - right next to highway and the room i was assigned initially had a lot of road noise. The staff was very kind to shift me to a room that was not facing the highway, though, even that room had some road noise. It seems to me that if you build next to a highway that you should put more effort into exterior noise mitigation.

We were in town to visit relatives so the hotel was very convenient. The hotel its self was just ok. We could hear people in the next room talking through the walls at night. And the noise from the interstate was disturbing as well. Our tub didn’t drain. I told the front desk and maintenance came right away and fixed it. All of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again but would ask for a room on the front side of the hotel.

Parking was convenient, check-in was quick despite it being a busy time of day. Staff were exceptional and welcoming. The room was clean and even smelled fresh. The air conditioning was heavenly on a warm humid day. My husband said the water pressure was the best part of the whole trip! The beds were clean and comfortable, we all got a good nights sleep. Nice vending/concession options and breakfast was worth getting up for after a late night. We will definitely stay here our next trip to Rogers!

There was a confirmed tornado that touched down & the power went out at the hotel. While I understand it was not the fault of the hotel, there was little communication offered about what was going on. I was treated rather rudely while sitting in the lobby after the tornado passed our area. I explained that I wasn't ready to climb 6 flights of stairs after we experienced the tornado so close to us. The tornado caused quite a bit of damage to downtown Rogers, AR. I was told, "Well, you have to climb those stairs at some point." I am 57 years old, and I understood that I would have to climb those stairs at some point. I did not need any advice. There was more communication given about me sitting in the lobby than the tornado itself. There was no call to my room warning me of the tornado either. I was alerted by my cell phone. Do Better!

We arrived to check in only to be told that our room had been given away. We reserved two queen beds and got stuck with a king bed and a horrid pull out couch. The bed was hard as a rock and not comfortable. The horrendous pull out was just that. We were told that the hotel overbooks regularly. We stood in line to check in with several other people that this happened to as well. I might also mention that we booked and paid for our room months ago so this wasn’t a last minute booking. Breakfast was just okay. There is no bar as the site mentions. Parking is awful. This is not a hotel we will visit again.

Our stay was great! Only a couple of things were less than perfect: the indoor pool was freezing to the point that we couldn’t swim in it, and when we checked in the young man that checked us in lied to me, I am handicapped and I don’t like to make a big deal about it but I really need to be close to the elevator or in a handicapped room on the first floor, I have a very bad back anyways he told us that we were right next to the elevators when we got to the room we were across the hall from the service elevator and next to the stairs! In other words we were the farthest from the elevators that he could place us. I still loved the rooms and our stay was great but no one likes being lied to. So from now on I will check when visiting my daughter to make sure I am not lied to again! Sorry for the rant one bad apple kind of ruined it for all the other exceptional workers at your hotel!

The hotel had plumbing issues and moved us to a sister hotel. We were staying with our baseball teams families. I paid for 2 queen beds with sofa pull out. We were moved to a single queen room with a sofa pullout. I wasn’t compensated for a smaller room, no swimming pool, and wasn’t willing to find us another hotel compatible. All they said was they hated they had plumbing issues and sorry I felt it was an issue.

First, the room was comfortable, the pillows horrible like rocks. I used to stay here often and there was a small bar open at night with some food options (enough to not have to leave the hotel) and now there is a really bad free breakfast only. There is no coffee available in the hotel past late morning and the coffee urn that is out is lukewarm with really stale tasting coffee. I asked about the lukewarm coffee my first day and they said thats just what it is and when i brought up again today on checkout they apologized with really no answer. One shining spot is Alex at the front desk who is a really nice, welcoming and efficient staff member. I wont stay here again on my Bentonville / Rogers monthly business trips.

Everything was great except the breakfast. A motorcycle convention was in town.The management didn't prepare for a large group of people. The food was sparse to non-existent. There was not even coffee. The kitchen help was doing what they could, but, were completely overwhelmed.

My overall stay was great, the only problem that I had was the breakfast. When it says that it’s open until 10am, then have plenty of food available until 10. We were at breakfast at 9:30, and there was nothing left, the cook made a couple of items but that’s it not enough for everyone that kept showing up.

The breakfast was bad. Really bad. Also, there was a woman employee watching us eat, like hovering. I think the omlet guy quit in the middle of our breakfast. It was a really weird atmosphere. Too many eyes on on us.
