Overnight stay for a concert. Convenient, clean and very comfy beds. The pool area could use some attention, no trash cans available and the pool was very cloudy and uninviting. Only 2 or 3 lounge chairs available and no towels.

This was not a terrible hotel stay, but it certainly was NOT the elevated experience I was expecting from a W Brands hotel (particularly at elevated GameDay weekend Pricing), nor was it even comparable to competitors like Hyatt Place. At check in the clerk told my rate code did not include breakfast, even though the listing and my receipt from Hotels.com clearly said it did. They quickly did make it right when I showed them my booking confirmation - but this should not have been an issue in the first place. Breakfast here is NOT however comparable to similar tier (or even lower tier) hotels. You get ONE (reheated) breakfast item and coffee. There is not a full freshly prepared breakfast buffet. Then there were the long waits for an elevator because only one of the 2 elevators was working on a weekend where the hotel was at or near capacity. How long had it been broken, I asked a maid? "Over a week". The rooms were well appointed but a bit more snug than at Hyatt Place. Thermostat was not working - but you could change temp directly on AC. OK no big deal. Beds were VERY comfortable. Bathroom poorly designed. No separation from entry by the sink when you open the door. I went to get coffee and the (fortunately female) maid got a free show of my freshly showered wife. And the plumbing! Toilet promptly clogged with #2 and even after repair could barely flush TP with #1. Rest of trip spent going to lobby bathroom for #2. Lastly the shower enclosure is leaky

We had high hopes. The staff was very nice at the desk. Our primary goal for the weekend was relaxing by the pool. Needed down time. Unfortunately the pool was green and cloudy. It was about 3 pm. The pump wasnt running. It was turning into a swamp. We didn't get in. Shower was GREAT. The beds and pillows were awesome. The layout of the room was very good. The cleanliness was sub par. The windows of the entire property need monthly cleaning. Not sure how long it has been since they had been cleaned. Coffee at 5 am - definitely a welcome thing!

Overall our stay was as we hoped. Top floor, away from elevator, clean room, close to where we needed/wanted to go, etc. Staff for the most part were pleasant (one seemed she was over worked, so no fault to her on that). Food was recommended to us (Chorizo breakfast wrap---excellent recommendation) for breakfast. We went on a holiday weekend, but felt like we were alone which was awesome (our anniversary weekend!). So pool table all to ourselves, dining hall one morning to ourselves, and quiet (tho we did bring a fan, which second night was noisier as more folks in the hotel then). Pros: Food, location, clean, modern Now for the not so good (which they "tried" to fix). 1: Had 2 elevators, and one shut down during our stay (not sure if electrical was out, as lighting felt like a disco ball going---but that wasn't hotel's fault). 2: Glass on our shower basically had no lower seal, so you turn the shower on, and walk out into a flooded bathroom (note: use a towel inside and face shower head to the wall and you'll be fine). 3: One side light on our headboard was out and so was useless to us. 4: Pricing on food was what it is: know cost of food goes up, but want folks to know when they say breakfast included (had to show my ticket as Expedia reservations don't always go through---so basically showed them where we paid for it), all items are marked at a price (ex. burrito was $8-9, or fruit, or bagel $3, etc). Overall a great hotel, the employees were very nice and accommodating. The room was nice with a large shower with good water pressure. What needs improvement for me is facilities for bike parking. The property is connected to a bike trail that leads to Razorback Greenway, making it an excellent location for those coming to bike. However, there are no bike racks or dedicated bike parking areas. The staff allowed us to park our bikes by the pool, but bike racks would be a huge improvement.

Overall, the stay was ok. The hotel is located next to the interstate, so the noise was an issue. The hotel lobby and pool area seemed to be constantly crowded. Other than that, the workers were friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and organized. The bar and pool table was also a plus.

Clean. Good service. Good price for the weekend. On-site bar, pool and excercise room. Pool table not in top shape. Felt coming away and pockets taped together. Didnt even have chalk for the cues. A little pricey for the incidentals, but I would probably stay there again.

Everything was great. The pool was murky and had lots of weird confetti ish particles. I would suggest draining some of it out n add fresh water plz. Tv is old. Thats the only negative. Ill be back.

Upon arrive check in was easy and fast they let us know the pool was green so couldnt really swim which was why we picked a hotel with a pool so the kids could swim. Then we got to the room andnit was pretty small and nothing special kind of plain. In the morning, we are excited to get breakfast but guess what? Oh sorry we’re out of most everything except for two items on the menu and it wasn’t like it was late. It was 8 AM so they weren’t sold out. They just didn’t stock anything.

It was overpriced. The room smelled like mildew and was no clean. There were pubic hairs covering the walls of the bathroom. The breakfast was really bad. The lobby was nice. The bartender was friendly. There were games and things to do in the lobby and the pool looked nice but it is not worth nearly $300 a night. I was very sad with what I paid. I would have been fine with everything if it were like $80 a night but I am almost certain there was some sort of fungus growing in that room

The price point is what drew me in, but the hotel will be why I am repeat visitor. I loved the unique stay at this property! It didn’t feel like every other hotel out there and I can’t quite put my finger on why I felt at home, but I did! From the moment I walked in, we were off to a good start. The front desk was kind and helpful. When I got in the shower right after I got settled, the pressure was great, the water was hot, and the soap along with the shampoo and conditioner smelled SO good and it left my hair feeling so soft!! (DryBar brand). The room was clean and didn’t have any odd smells. Check out was also a breeze the next morning. We only stayed one night but I gotta say, it was nice :)

The room was clean, but it was not the room we reserved. We were told that someone else also reserved our room so they had to give us a different room. However, the room was pretty big. The sheets on one bed had some yellow spots on it, but they appeared clean - just stained. Carpets and shower were clean. No microwave in the room, but there was a small refrigerator. No ice maker on the floors. They had some very limited pre-made ice bags in a freezer in the lobby. Breakfast was an additional charge so we did not buy it. The lobby and whole 1st floor had an extremely strong perfume smell, maybe from a cleaner or something? The room did not smell that way, but the smell was overwhelming in the lobby. However, all of that could be tolerated because of the price. The price was great, especially because the room appeared clean overall and the beds were comfortable.

Staff was friendly. This was my first time staying at this location so I don't know if it was just my room that was odd or if it's all of them. No trash can in my room, just a recycling bin that I had to move into the bathroom to use for trash. The fridge was located under the bathroom sink. No plug for my hair straightener on the counter. Had to plug it in under the sink by the fridge. The shower was just a shower curtain and a drain, no tub or shower door to keep the water from getting into the rest of the bathroom. Barely anywhere in the shower for me to place my shower items. I travel a lot for work and one thing that helps me feel comfortable is being able to stream my shows. The TV was so old that it didn't have any streaming capabilities nor did it have an HDMI port where I could plug in a Firestick if I wanted to. I was disappointed by the room. It was close to 10PM when I arrived, so frankly I didn't have the energy to ask to be switched to a different room. The staff was very friendly when I was checking in.

I love how friendly the staff was, and it was very clean... I will not be returning just because I need a smart tv. Their tvs are very outdated i was told i could request one with hdmi hookup, because not all rooms have them. So i was given one with hdmi hookup and when i plugged in my roku that i had bought for my stay, after fidning out they're not smart tvs. It did not work the tv blocks you from changing the input. I love how friendly the staff was, and it was very clean... I will not be returning just because I need a smart tv. Their tvs are very outdated i was told i could request one with hdmi hookup, because not all rooms have them. So i was given one with hdmi hookup and when i plugged in my roku that i had bought for my stay, after fidning out they're not smart tvs. It did not work the tv blocks you from changing the input. Horrific! Staff laughed at us that my family and another had shown up with a reservation booked prior to arrival, and actually expected to get our room by check in time. But what’s worse is watching people walk in off the street and get a room without a reservation ahead of us! Unreal, no air conditioning in lobby, bar not open, ceiling falling on the floor next to elevators, got our room and the window shade completely rolled up couldn’t get it pulled down had to call maintenance first thing, couldn’t undress in room. Pool is limited to 20 people…on a summer day is unbelievably inadequate. Management showed up in a t-shirt and jeans because poor planning for staff. This is NOT Marriott Bonvoy standards. Sad! Wanted to leave after 30 minutes but because we booked the day before couldn’t get a refund.

I got to the hotel around 3pm and I was told they had given away my 3 rooms I had reserved for me and my 2 colleagues. They advised they had sent an email I hadn’t seen, and that hotel didn’t maintain my reservation. I had to book another place. I asked the hotel to log my complaint as both a platinum hotels.com member and Marriott rewards customer - she sent it to the hotel management and I haven’t heard back from them either. They said they don’t have good communication with you and that’s why it was was still showing as active. Super concerning around. I’d appreciate more explanation and an understanding how not to have this happen again.

Came to town for a concert at the amp. After arriving at the hotel, we ended up talking with an associate on the elevator a bit. She and the team went out of their way to send a basket full of goodies and a card up to the room congratulating us on our recent engagement we spoke to the employee about. Staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great visit. We will return for other events.

The toilet would not work and had begun to overflow onto the floor. We spoke with front desk and she told us that she couldn’t leave the desk to come and check the matter out. We then asked for a plunger at least, the young lady left a plunger in a bag filled with feces for us to use at the front desk. We made the decision to leave at that point, in which was a full inconvenience at 12:00am. I called the next morning to speak with a manager and I spoke with Megan. Currently we are awaiting and update from Megan, I’ve emailed to inquire about the progress to see if she’d spoken to Expedia and there was no reply. While I do understand that people get busy, as a paying customer who couldn’t even enjoy a nights rest, I expect more urgency around this matter. A refund is fully deserved at this point and I will continue to call until I get that.

Nice hotel but terrible customer service. I booked a double queen for my family. The toilet didn’t flush when we first got there. I asked to be moved to a different room but they had other double queens. I then asked about a double conjoining room (king bed) but the front desk told me I would have to pay for the other room. I said absolutely not. They offered me an air matress and I said no. The front desk gave me a plunger to use the rest of my stay. Also the noise level from the pool area/deck area was excessively loud. My wife and I didn’t fall asleep till after 2am. I was told by the front desk I would have a manager contacting me about my stay. No one ever reached out. I had to call back numerous times. I left a voicemail to the GM. I called back to the front desk asking to speak to a manager but the manager never spoke to me. The front desk offered me 5000 bon voy points for the toilet issue and nothing for the noise complaint. They told me there isn’t a noise policy and they can’t really do anything about the excessive noise. I explained that the pool closed at 11pm but the drunk people were out till after 2am. Very dissatisfied with the management of this hotel. Terrible customer service.

Great hotel. Clean, nice staff. Cool downstairs hangout area with pool table & bar. Perfect location. The interstate is loud beside the hotel and the shades are not completely room darkening. So if these are things that will bother you then I would plan accordingly. I always carry a little fan while traveling to block out noise. But the stay was great for me & my husband.

Got there right at check in (3pm) but had to wait for at least half an hour (several parties did) because there were no available clean rooms. We were there for a concert so it was a bit frustrating and cut into our time. Lacee at the front desk was helpful in getting us a room as soon as she could as well as honoring my request for a high floor. All in all it did work out and I’d probably stay again. Made to order breakfast sandwich was divine as well since we opted in for the breakfast for two add on. Had fun just playing games in the lobby/pool table and visiting the pool as well. It was just the two of us and if there were any more people at the pool it could seem crowded. Showed it holds 10 people.. Kind of bummed the desk lamp in room 608 did not work or just needed a new bulb.

Upon arrive check in was easy and fast they let us know the pool was green so couldnt really swim which was why we picked a hotel with a pool so the kids could swim. Then we got to the room andnit was pretty small and nothing special kind of plain. In the morning, we are excited to get breakfast but guess what? Oh sorry we’re out of most everything except for two items on the menu and it wasn’t like it was late. It was 8 AM so they weren’t sold out. They just didn’t stock anything.
