Very clean hotel. A little tricky to get taxis in that area. Found ourselves walking up and down the street. It’s sort of in the middle of València- with Old Valencia on one end and the beach on the other. Would have rather of been in the been in the center of the either sides. Otherwise, great!

Check in and out efficient. Friendly staff. Room and bath clean. Bar staff nice. Dinner was a disaster. Ordered sirloin, but not sure what we got. When we complained the waiter said it was not the meat they usually served. It was replaced with hamburgers which was 4 on a scale to 10. Hotel recommended, but dine elsewere.

Nuestra estancia a sido plenamente satisfactoria. El hotel cumple de sobras con todo lo esperado. Tan solo un punto negativo y es en cuanto al parking. La rampa para subir de la -2 a la -1 es complicadísima. Nunca me había encontrado una rampa con un acceso tan complicado. Ciertamente inexplicable el giro casi imposible que hay que hacer para enfocar la subida.

The hotel is not in the best location. The hotel is pretty run down. The hallway smelled. The metal bars on our window had bird feces dripping from them. You can hear the birds all the time. The pool was closed and the website never mentioned it. The view of homeless people tenting across the street was not a pleasant view to see. But the breakfast was great!

The maid and the front desk staff were helpful, courteous and professional. The facility was clean in general. The block-out light drapes were dirty or dated. The bathtub had a plastic flimsy shower head and it looks like it had been retrofitted with a half a glass door over the tub. When you took a shower the water was all over the flower. One of the sheets had a hole and above the air vent looks like the paint job was never finished ( rectangular in shape). Finally, although we arrive at 17:00 we were given the room besides the elevator. I thought that being a gold key member with Expedia had some benefits other than pricing. Finally, the internet access was spotty and was unavailable from around 20:00 on Sunday (March 2) through Monday (March 3) at 10:30 AM.

Spent weekend in January. Great hotel. Spotlessly clean, modern, water pressure in shower was amazing, huge fluffy towels, firm but comfortable bed, quiet, kettle and mini bar in the room. Location - El Corte Ingles is less than 5 minutes walk, there are dining options close by and the science park, hemispheric etc is very close too. Area felt safe, on number 19 bus route which takes you to the historic centre, and plenty of cabs passing the hotel. I was with a friend but would happily go there as a solo female traveller. The icing on the cake was a wonderfully warm welcome from Philippe on the reception desk. He was very engaging and spoke nice and slowly to enable me to practice my Spanish. The hotel breakfast was excellent. Great hotel - I would thoroughly recommend it !

Nice hotel, great ambience and cleanliness. Bus stops were right next to the hotel. Also great restaurants and shopping very close as well. Only issue was the air conditioners in the rooms that didn’t cool down the room except on time periods during night.

We booked a family room, one king bed on double sofa bed, it was the main reason for choosing this property. When we arrived to the room the air conditioning was broken and the bathroom smell was not nice. We ended up sleeping in separate rooms because there were no other family rooms available. 😏

Room two small once you deploy the sofa bed. Tables rock like small boats. Restroom without all amenities and a door that doesn’t close shut taking away any privacy. Trash can is nice if it worked properly. We tried the breakfast buffet but the staff might’ve been overworked or something as they were not friendly as most locals were.

Was a nice hotel. Beds so big that there’s little room in the actual room. Bath water was brown and it was very loud in the mornings with people slamming doors (Cleaners) I’m talking 7:30am

Das Personal war sehr nett und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Leider musste ich zweimal die Zimmer wechseln. Beim ersten war die Klimaanlage kaputt, beim zweiten die Nachbarn sehr laut. Insgesamt haben die Zimmer eine Renovierung nötig. Sie sind viel zu hellhörig und obwohl ich ein Upgrade bekommen habe, kam die Tapete teilweise von der Wand… Im Flur konnte man jedes Wort aus den Zimmern hören und im Zimmer auch. Ausschlafen ging auch nicht, da die anderen Zimmer morgens sehr intensiv gereinigt wurden. Wer nicht lärmempfindlich ist, den stört das alles nicht. Das Hotel is nicht schlecht, doch ich würde es nicht erneut buchen.

Muito bom como sempre mantendo o padrão AC. Boa localização, sem dificuldades para estacionar o carro próximo do hotel, e com ótimo café da manhã. Achamos o quarto muito apertado para 4 pessoas e o sofá-cama um pouco desconfortável - o ideal seria manter o padrão 2 camas casal.
Muito bom como sempre mantendo o padrão AC. Boa localização, sem dificuldades para estacionar o carro próximo do hotel, e com ótimo café da manhã. Achamos o quarto muito apertado para 4 pessoas e o sofá-cama um pouco desconfortável - o ideal seria manter o padrão 2 camas casal.

No air conditioning. Room was warm and we had to open the window which had no screen! No coffee maker in room — only a hot pot. We only received one paper coffee cup and one welcome water each day for the week that we were there even though we were two guests.

hotel impostato con il parcheggio scomodissimo,la hall e' bella,la stanza vecchia,il bagno molto datato.il peggior punto e' la colazione.misera,sempre i vassoi vuoti che li riempiono a stento,la frittata di uova non e' come tutti gli hotel pronto che lo prendi,qui devi ordinare ed aspettare tanto che ti portino.la ragazza di nome Cynthia maleducatissima,poco paziente,alle 10:01 minuti inizia con fretta a togliere tutti i vassoi anche se ci sono ancora tutti che mangiano.insomma la sala colazione e' gestita malissimo.io in questo hotel non ci tornero' mai.la cena fa pena,chiedere la pasta con il pomodoro e vedete che oscenita' che vi portano.

Spent weekend in January. Great hotel. Spotlessly clean, modern, water pressure in shower was amazing, huge fluffy towels, firm but comfortable bed, quiet, kettle and mini bar in the room. Location - El Corte Ingles is less than 5 minutes walk, there are dining options close by and the science park, hemispheric etc is very close too. Area felt safe, on number 19 bus route which takes you to the historic centre, and plenty of cabs passing the hotel. I was with a friend but would happily go there as a solo female traveller. The icing on the cake was a wonderfully warm welcome from Philippe on the reception desk. He was very engaging and spoke nice and slowly to enable me to practice my Spanish. The hotel breakfast was excellent. Great hotel - I would thoroughly recommend it !

A 5 min a pied du centre des sciences. Pour se rendre au vieux valence (incontournable), un arrêt d'autobus est situé en face de l'hôtel. (Ligne 19). Métro se trouve a 15 min a pied alors idéalement, prendre l'autobus (trajet dure environ 15min jusqu'au vieux valence)

hotel impostato con il parcheggio scomodissimo,la hall e' bella,la stanza vecchia,il bagno molto datato.il peggior punto e' la colazione.misera,sempre i vassoi vuoti che li riempiono a stento,la frittata di uova non e' come tutti gli hotel pronto che lo prendi,qui devi ordinare ed aspettare tanto che ti portino.la ragazza di nome Cynthia maleducatissima,poco paziente,alle 10:01 minuti inizia con fretta a togliere tutti i vassoi anche se ci sono ancora tutti che mangiano.insomma la sala colazione e' gestita malissimo.io in questo hotel non ci tornero' mai.la cena fa pena,chiedere la pasta con il pomodoro e vedete che oscenita' che vi portano.

Check in and out efficient. Friendly staff. Room and bath clean. Bar staff nice. Dinner was a disaster. Ordered sirloin, but not sure what we got. When we complained the waiter said it was not the meat they usually served. It was replaced with hamburgers which was 4 on a scale to 10. Hotel recommended, but dine elsewere.
