Bei der Ankunft wussten wir eine ganze Stunde in der Schlange stehen, bis wir endlich einchecken konnten. Die beiden Damen an der Rezeption waren dermaßen langsam, man konnte es kaum mit ansehen. Freundlichkeit wird hier nicht allzu groß geschrieben! Das Zimmer ist winzig klein und zur Straße raus so laut, dass man nicht in der Lage ist, ein Fenster zu öffnen. Leider funktioniert die Klimaanlage nicht richtig, so dass man nicht schlafen kann, weil es selbst im November zu warm ist. Das Frühstück ist lächerlich, jeden Morgen exakt das selbe, nicht allzu viel Auswahl. Und wer das nicht mag, was dort ist, isst halt nichts. Die Kellnerinnen können weder guten Morgen noch auf Wiedersehen, auch wenn man Ihnen laut Buenos Dias sagt, kommt keine Antwort. Man hat das Gefühl, ein Störenfried zu sein. Wir haben uns auch den Pool angeschaut, er ist winzig klein und ziemlich schmutzig. Im ganzen Hotel riecht es durchdringt nach Chlor. Insgesamt gesehen würde ich dieses Hotel niemals mehr buchen wollen und habe den Leuten, die ich besucht habe, abgeraten es jemals zu empfehlen wieder.

Helt okej personal och service (lite opersonligt dock). Synd att poolen stänger 20.00. Vi kom 19.50 så barnen fick bada ändå och ingen sa åt oss att gå därifrån så det blev nästan en timmes vad iallafall. Väldigt litet rum och bäddsoffan var inte skön.

Pool nur durch Keller erreichbar - dort aber Klinken abmontiert… Hauseigene Bar wird nur rudimentär bewirtschaftet… Eier zum Frühstück - ganze Woche Fehlanzeige Frühstücksraum insgesamt zu klein … Schlange stehen und warten trotz zugeeiltem „Slot“ an den sich wohl keiner hält, bzw. dieser garnicht erst kontrolliert wird….

Die Zimmer sind für 4 Personen zu klein, ebenso das Badezimmer. Außerdem wird mit Parkmöglichkeiten geworben, die aber nicht ausreichend für die Anzahl Zimmer vorhanden sind, sodass man dann gezwungen ist, außerhalb zu parken.

Excellent stay. Good, clean comfortable room. Nice bath with plenty of hot water. The pool was a good size and well maintained. Breakfast was good and we liked having the sandwich press to make toasted sandwiches. The bus stop in front was handy to catch the cheap bus to the beach. Walking distance to the Oceanografic and a good mall. The staff are very nice and helpful

Room was clean. Noise even in the 6th floor was disturbing. The staff could be much more friendly and professional. Express may mean that the hotel is for quick visit instead of quick service. The pool is in shade and just in front of the reception.

Very disappointed in the customer support . The Air conditioning stopped working on our last day at the hotel. The temperature in our room was measuring over 80° f and Incredibly humid. My family and I would not have been able to sleep in those conditions, so we had no choice but to leave and find another last minute Hotel. The hotel manager agreed to give us a one-night refund. However, the refund was never given. Expedia customer support refused to give me a refund and attempts to contact the hotel manager received no response.

Hotel is walking distance from oceanographic, science and arts museum Public transport is very close , fist all different directions . Bike path passes in front of hotel. The staff was very very nice . The breakfast was limited and the same for the 4 days we stayed . Beds and pillows were very good . There was no fridge in our double room. No complimentary water. No coffee machine . There is a pool available but we didn’t use it . Beach is easily reachable with bus 99 or 95 of bike.

La camera era minuscola e il divano letto per le nostre figlie era molto mal ridotto. La porta del bagno talmente gonfia di acqua che non si poteva chiudere. In stanza non c’era un mini frigo. La colazione non era male, ma il prosciutto crudo così cattivo in Spagna non si può mangiare, nemmeno quello italiano del peggior discount ha una qualità così bassa. La zona è ottima per i musei, che sono a poco più di un km

Zimmer war sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super zur "Stadt der Künste und Wissenschaften". Auch am Hafen/Strand und in der City ist man schnell mit Bus und Bahn. Wer ein sehr ruhiges Hotel sucht und auch mal das Fenster offen lassen möchte, sollte dieses Hotel nicht wählen, da es an einer vielbefahrenen Straße liegt. Leider gibt es in den Zimmern keinen Kühlschrank und keinen Safe.

Zimmer war sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super zur "Stadt der Künste und Wissenschaften". Auch am Hafen/Strand und in der City ist man schnell mit Bus und Bahn. The staff at the hotel were amazing and very accommodating. They were super friendly and all spoke good English. The room was clean and quiet even though we were near the elevator. It was in walking distance to where we wanted to go and to the tram station. We really enjoyed the breakfast. This is not a typical Spanish hotel , it has more of a North American vibe.

Bei der Ankunft wussten wir eine ganze Stunde in der Schlange stehen, bis wir endlich einchecken konnten. Die beiden Damen an der Rezeption waren dermaßen langsam, man konnte es kaum mit ansehen. Freundlichkeit wird hier nicht allzu groß geschrieben! Das Zimmer ist winzig klein und zur Straße raus so laut, dass man nicht in der Lage ist, ein Fenster zu öffnen. Leider funktioniert die Klimaanlage nicht richtig, so dass man nicht schlafen kann, weil es selbst im November zu warm ist. Das Frühstück ist lächerlich, jeden Morgen exakt das selbe, nicht allzu viel Auswahl. Und wer das nicht mag, was dort ist, isst halt nichts. Die Kellnerinnen können weder guten Morgen noch auf Wiedersehen, auch wenn man Ihnen laut Buenos Dias sagt, kommt keine Antwort. Man hat das Gefühl, ein Störenfried zu sein. Wir haben uns auch den Pool angeschaut, er ist winzig klein und ziemlich schmutzig. Im ganzen Hotel riecht es durchdringt nach Chlor. Insgesamt gesehen würde ich dieses Hotel niemals mehr buchen wollen und habe den Leuten, die ich besucht habe, abgeraten es jemals zu empfehlen wieder.

It was good stay with friendly staff, great buffet breakfast, clean and comfortable bed. Good location near cuidad Science and Oceanographic. Good shower head, couple draw backs, need a door for the shower and trash bin for the room. Overall 9/10. I recommend it to stay.

Lastima de la cadena de Hotel de la que se trata, instalaciones muy viejas, trato pesimo, llegue a Recepcion y la encargada de turno estaba pasada de copas bailando con otras personas y Fran la persona que me atendio en el Front Desk, mas alla de solucionar las cosas, solo trataba de quitarse de encima la penosa situacion con sus compañeros. No regresaria a esa sucursal de Holiday Inn

On arrival, I was attended to by a receptionist called Anna. She was very efficient, attentive and went out of her way to look after my disabled wife and myself. We saw Anna for two days and I must say she is one of the best Receptionists I have seen in sixty years of travelling. The rest of the staff were efficient and helpful. A pleasurable stay. MJ Banks

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Its was close to the arts and science area which was fantastic for the kids with lots to do. The hotel was clean and comfortable. No dining during the day but lots of options within walking distance.

Located down the street from museums oceanographic and their IMAX areas. Very walkable even to old town Valencia. About an hour but still very nice. Huge mall with shipping and quite few selection of restaurants just across the street. Mall also has Carrefour which is like a huge Walmart. Got super inexpensive water there. Rooms fairly small for family of four but that's typical of European hotels. Great staff. Continental breakfast included. Small pool outside is a bonus as well.

Hotel is walking distance from oceanographic, science and arts museum Public transport is very close , fist all different directions . Bike path passes in front of hotel. The staff was very very nice . The breakfast was limited and the same for the 4 days we stayed . Beds and pillows were very good . There was no fridge in our double room. No complimentary water. No coffee machine . There is a pool available but we didn’t use it . Beach is easily reachable with bus 99 or 95 of bike.

Pool nur durch Keller erreichbar - dort aber Klinken abmontiert… Hauseigene Bar wird nur rudimentär bewirtschaftet… Eier zum Frühstück - ganze Woche Fehlanzeige Frühstücksraum insgesamt zu klein … Schlange stehen und warten trotz zugeeiltem „Slot“ an den sich wohl keiner hält, bzw. dieser garnicht erst kontrolliert wird….

Wonderful location and excellent breakfast even though lots of people meant a lot of work for the staff to keep up. I was disappointed their parking was full but they gave me good advice about street parking. Super helpful front desk people.

The staff is nice, but the building is in a state of disrepair I haven't witnessed for a long time. Crooked doors, useless locks on all the toilets, and a surprise ceiling waterfall right after taking a shower. The rotten door frames suggest this is a regular feature here, not a bug. Go for the friendly smiles, stay for the indoor floods! 🌧️

We stayed for two nights and it was our first experience of Spain. The staff were very helpfull and nice all the time. The breakfast was good. There was some warm alternatives like scramble egg and bacon and the spanish potato pie. Then there was bread and sweeter options, even ability to make a toast. It was a perfekt option for us as a family of 4, 2 kids 12 and 14. Close by there is bus station and metro that take you to center. A big mall with shops and restaurants and behind that you can find a beautiful magnificent Science museum, art museum and a big aquarium where you can spend hours. With 20 minutes to the airport or the beach with a car (about 10- 20 euro) it was a good and pleasent stay. I gladely recomend it.
