The staff were amazing we had some special requirements and they were able to help at every step of the way! The room and hotel were beautiful. 10/10 will definitely stay again.

Hotel is fine not really as luxury as it should be for the ratings. Customer service was not great. Ended up on crutches during my trip when i showed back up to the hotel and was struggling to carry some items in the two desk staff took a look at me and then just kept on with their conversation. No one elsecwas in the lobby and it was clearly a personal conversation. They did help me with my bags on the way out but. The staff generally didnt seem to interested in much.

Fantastic hotel and well located to walk to shops and restaurants. Loved the art work and 5pm wine tasting. Such a great way to bring travellers together. Lifts very efficient. Bed comfy and room spotless. Only downside was a very noisy air con...sounded like we were in a plane and not even turning it off stopped the noise. Other than that, the quiet room we had asked for was perfect. No street noise. No adjoining room noise. The room also had a great little window seat to catch up on reading or to sip a glass of wine.
