The reception was so roomy and lovely, there were lots of free entertainment in the main reception area like a pool table and darts that was such a nice tough and the space was really open and very home like. The staff were so lovely and friendly and it looked like the place was so looked after. We really enjoyed our stay here and could not recommend it enough.

Clean room/gentleman that worked at the bar in the evening was great/breakfast options were awesome. Only complaint was it mentioned smart tv in rooms- unfortunately only 3 channels could be changed to english (1 news channel and 2 channels that only showed cartoons in tge evening). Sonds silly but I fall asleep to sitcoms and was able to do so/overall it was a pretty cool place to stay.

Tengo a precisare che frequentiamo la struttura da ormai 8 anni. Colazione top, personale gentile, camere pulite ma sposando la ecosostenibilità vengono riordinate/pulite ogni 3 giorni (per soggiorni lunghi, il nostro era di 4 giorni). Abbiamo avuto un problema con la ristorazione serale in quanto avevamo prenotato la mattina per una cena di lavoro per 8 persone la sera stessa e, quando ci siamo presentati, ci siamo sentiti dire che potevamo consumare solo da un menù ridotto (solo sandwich / hamburger) mentre tutta la sala stava consumando con menù completo. Dopo esserci lamentati ci siamo sentiti rispondere che avendo la cucina in sofferenza per carenza di personale non potevano fare altrimenti. Abbiamo trovato questo tipo di comportamento poco professionale avendo prenotato con anticipo .

Zimmer war nicht fertig und nicht sauber. Reinigung am zweiten Tag erfolgte erst auf mehrmalige Bitte, allerdings zu spät. Ich musste erneut 2 Stunden im Foyer warten um wieder ins Zimmer zu können. Keine Reaktion auf meine Mail.

Leider gab es ganz viele Mängel und. 4 Sterne sind hier wirklich nicht berechtigt. Hotel wirkt sehr abgewohnt. Wir hatten suite gebucht inkl. Frühstück. Beim einchecken wurde uns mitgeteilt wir hätten kein Frühstück und statt einer Suite bekamen wir ein normales Zimmer. Erst nachdem wir im falschen Zimmer waren wurde uns das bewusst. Dann zurück an die reception und diskutiert. Dann bekamen wir die Suite. Die Suite ist auf 2 Etagen. Bett ist für 2 Personen gerade ausreichend, für eine Suite auf keinen Fall entsprechend. Im Bad hat der Abfluss gestunken. Fernsehen ging an, aber der Empfang ist ne Katastrophe, da kann man kein tv schauen. Die großen Handtücher waren auch nicht ausreichend und in eine Suite gehören auch mehr als 2 Stück. Beim Frühstück wurde uns bereits um 9 Uhr gesagt der Lachs wird nicht mehr aufgefüllt (1 Stunde bevor die Frühstückszeit abgelaufen ist) die Auswahl dort war schon sehr reduziert und es hat niemanden vom Personal interessiert das nochmal aufzufüllen. Dann wurde uns eine Rechnung fürs Frühstück präsentiert obwohl wir das bereits bei, einchecken geklärt hatten. Also hier kann man nicht mehr von einem Kundenservice sprechen, sondern von Leistungsverweigerung. Nach erneuter Diskussion an der reception wurde uns dann erneut bestätigt dass wir das Frühstück inklusive gebucht hatten.

Dann wurde uns eine Rechnung fürs Frühstück präsentiert obwohl wir das bereits bei, einchecken geklärt hatten. Also hier kann man nicht mehr von einem Kundenservice sprechen, sondern von Leistungsverweigerung. Nach erneuter Diskussion an der reception wurde uns dann erneut bestätigt dass wir das Frühstück inklusive gebucht hatten.

Tengo a precisare che frequentiamo la struttura da ormai 8 anni. Colazione top, personale gentile, camere pulite ma sposando la ecosostenibilità vengono riordinate/pulite ogni 3 giorni (per soggiorni lunghi, il nostro era di 4 giorni). Abbiamo avuto un problema con la ristorazione serale in quanto avevamo prenotato la mattina per una cena di lavoro per 8 persone la sera stessa e, quando ci siamo presentati, ci siamo sentiti dire che potevamo consumare solo da un menù ridotto (solo sandwich / hamburger) mentre tutta la sala stava consumando con menù completo. Dopo esserci lamentati ci siamo sentiti rispondere che avendo la cucina in sofferenza per carenza di personale non potevano fare altrimenti. Abbiamo trovato questo tipo di comportamento poco professionale avendo prenotato con anticipo .

Clean room/gentleman that worked at the bar in the evening was great/breakfast options were awesome. Only complaint was it mentioned smart tv in rooms- unfortunately only 3 channels could be changed to english (1 news channel and 2 channels that only showed cartoons in tge evening). Sonds silly but I fall asleep to sitcoms and was able to do so/overall it was a pretty cool place to stay.
