Super séjour de 7 nuits. Hotel tout neuf (novembre 2024). Emplacement idéal à deux pas du centre ville à pied en bus, tram ou métro, impeccable. Juste à signaler dans certaines chambres un leger bruit de ventilation permanent (comme si un robinet était ouvert dans une pièce à coté) qui peut déranger la nuit perso je l'ai signalé et on m'a directement trouvé une chambre où il n'y avait pas ce bruit. Sinon elles sont super bien isolée que ce soit coté couloir ou coté rue. Aussi, prevoyez 5€ si vous voulez faire garder vos valises avant check in (15h00) ou après check out (10h00) ainsi que 15€ si vous voulez qu'on fasse votre chambre (15€ par jour et il faut prévenir 24h à l'avance). Petit déj (buffet) 12,50€. Bon séjour à Marseille! (Bande de veinards!!)

マルセイユ駅から徒歩15分、道をまっすぐ進むだけなので簡単にたどり着けて良かったです。レセプション前にはウォーターサーバーがあり、いつでも利用できます。部屋はコンパクトですが、ツインルームをシングルユースしたので、ひとりで泊まるぶんにはちょうど良かったです。ふたりで泊まると、荷物を置く場所がないので、狭いと思います。ヘアドライヤーはレセプションで借りることができるし、紙コップももらえるし、タオルが追加で必要な場合もリクエストすれば対応してくれるので、私は快適に滞在することができました。アメニティや備品の充実を求める人には向いてないかも知れません。スタッフはいつも笑顔で親切だし、またマルセイユに来たら利用したいです。

Hotel recent et bien placé. Tout est propre les chambres dont très bien la literie est confortable le buffet du petit dej est excellent. Petit bemol 24h après mon drpart la caution de 100€ n'a toujours pas été débloqué sur mon compte alors qu'on vous affirme que ce sera fait des le depart de l'hotel.

Not sure why this property has some negative reviews. It's of course not a 5* but for the price (which was cheapest in Marseille) and the cleanliness, it was a great stay. Yes, bedding and room is not cleaned daily but that's not a big deal but they do offer FREE new towels daily. The rooms are minimalist but very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfy and the Aircon worked fine. It is a little far from main city and the area at first sight appears rough but relatively safe (I was solo female and felt okay). There is a tram 5mins walk which takes you toain city (2-3 stops), supermarket, coffee/brunch place next door. 20mins walk from the main train station. Staff was really kind, yeh helped to keep my insulin in fridge. No fridge in room. Coffee machine, free water dispenser and vending machine in reception area.

The hotel is well located. Less than 5 minutes walk to the tram and 4 stops gets you close to the buzzing Old Port area. The bedrooms are small and compact but spotlessly clean. The breakfast takes buffet to a new level. They serve the world’s smallest croissants and pain au chocolat. This is France guys!! Maybe look around for other breakfast options.

Ravie de la nuit que j'ai passée dans cet hôtel. La chambre lits doubles dans laquelle j'ai dormi était simple et propre, bien agencée. Le lit très confortable et l'isolation phonique au top m'ont permis de passer une excellente nuit. J'avais peur du bruit de la rue mais c'est vraiment très bien isolé. De même, contrairement à beaucoup d'hôtels où je suis allée, on n'entends pas le bruit des chambres voisines et du couloir. C'est très appréciable. :) La réceptionniste était très sympathique. Bref, je redescendrai certainement ici lors de mon prochain séjour à Marseille !

Clean, efficient, nice staff, however you may not have extra pillows. For extra towels you need to ask at front desk. There are no phones in rooms. This is a good overnight place if youre never going to be in the room in the day. Basically sleep and leave to other destinations. No iron either. No night tables

Séjour tout à fait sympathique ! L'hôtel est extrêmement bien placé. Il dispose de tout le nécessaire. La chambre est très bien (les coussins pourraient être un peu plus confortables). La salle de bain est très très bien. La climatisation très fonctionnelle. Tout était très bien. Une mention excellente pour l'accueil, le professionnalisme, la sympathie et les conseils de Gaël, qui a rendu notre séjour encore mieux ! Sourire, humour, bonne humeur, il a été parfait ! Ses conseils touristiques nous ont permis d'apprécier Marseille. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir séjourner dans cet établissement !

Très belle accueil. Le personnel est très souriant, très agréable. La chambre était très propre et très calme. J'y ai très bien dormi, le matelas était très confortable. Rapport qualité-prix au top. Très belle accueil. Le personnel est très souriant, très agréable. La chambre était très propre et très calme. J'y ai très bien dormi, le matelas était très confortable. Rapport qualité-prix au top. Un séjour vraiment agréable. C'est dans cette hôtel que je poserai mes bagages pour mon prochain voyage à Marseille.

Great basic hotel in a decent location. Less than a 20 minutes walk from Saint-Charles train station and close to the trams and Metro. I wish the room had a trash can (the bathroom one is too small, not even enough for a water bottle). Also, a 10am check-out is a bit early for how little they need to do to get the room ready for a new person.

マルセイユ駅から徒歩15分、道をまっすぐ進むだけなので簡単にたどり着けて良かったです。レセプション前にはウォーターサーバーがあり、いつでも利用できます。部屋はコンパクトですが、ツインルームをシングルユースしたので、ひとりで泊まるぶんにはちょうど良かったです。ふたりで泊まると、荷物を置く場所がないので、狭いと思います。ヘアドライヤーはレセプションで借りることができるし、紙コップももらえるし、タオルが追加で必要な場合もリクエストすれば対応してくれるので、私は快適に滞在することができました。アメニティや備品の充実を求める人には向いてないかも知れません。スタッフはいつも笑顔で親切だし、またマルセイユに来たら利用したいです。

Not sure why this property has some negative reviews. It's of course not a 5* but for the price (which was cheapest in Marseille) and the cleanliness, it was a great stay. Yes, bedding and room is not cleaned daily but that's not a big deal but they do offer FREE new towels daily. The rooms are minimalist but very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfy and the Aircon worked fine. It is a little far from main city and the area at first sight appears rough but relatively safe (I was solo female and felt okay). There is a tram 5mins walk which takes you toain city (2-3 stops), supermarket, coffee/brunch place next door. 20mins walk from the main train station. Staff was really kind, yeh helped to keep my insulin in fridge. No fridge in room. Coffee machine, free water dispenser and vending machine in reception area.

Location of the hotel didn’t feel very safe, not really close to transportation either. The breakfast was pretty minimal, not much protein to start your day. Save yourself the breakfast fee and go to a local cafe instead. I personally didn’t like the wood bed frame was not comfortable and felt like they slapped a makeshift bed together. Staff was nice. They charge 5€ to hold your luggage before or after check in.

Rarely write reviews, but very much did not enjoy my stay here. Mohamad whom checked me in and started the negative experience was very condescending during the check in process. Not the best way to start my experience at this hotel. This continued the next morning on my way out to check out the city. Secondly, and most importantly, the hotel sits next to a very busy street and depending on which side of the hotel you land on, you will hear traffic, music, and random conversations while trying to rest up during the usual hours of sleep. Lastly, in regards to air-conditioning, the thermostats are setup by default on Eco mode which doesn’t let you go down past 20 degrees Celsius. The only positive was the semi-central location to things as it relates to being walkable.
