Hotel appears to be upscale on surface, but the overall property and rooms have been poorly maintained, with many of the surfaces deteriorating. Pool was nice. Gym has good equipment, especially with ample free weights. Hotel breakfast was decent, especially for the good price. Location was ok, with local dining options within a 5-10 minute walk. Hotel was close to the Shenzhen/Hong Kong border MTR station, about a 15 minute walk. I would stay at this hotel again given if I need to stay close to the Hong Kong border and the prices were reasonable.

Place was quite dated and janky. Black Mold in the bathroom. Carpets were not clean. Wifi was super slow. shower curtain broke off and fell a day before I was leaving. One of the lamp plugs was broken with wires exposed and was live. Luckily I noticed it and unplugged it. Reception desk barely spoke any english (Yes I know I was in another country, but if it's a sheraton name and they're catering to foreign visitors, they should have at least a couple people that understand the language). Translation apps were hard to use for specific questions. Had to figure it out myself. staff was all young kids (Teenagers, or barely in their 20s and had no idea what I was asking for). There was only one guy named Bruce that was helpful, but I was on my own when he was not working. Other than breakfast, the food was not good at all. The lobby restaurant had limited options. It's far away from other food choices and unless you understand the language, the food delivery app was impossible to use. hotel is not located in any walkable area so you had to take a 15 min taxi ride to get to any major populated areas.

冷蔵庫が設置されていなかった部屋でした。部屋が冷えていたので水を置いておくには常温でもまぁまぁ良いですが。また、ラウンジエリアで食べたピザが不味かったこと、、、冷凍食品でした。生ビールもジョッキが大きくて運ばれてきた瞬間はいいなと思いましたが、グラスが臭いのかビールがダメになっていたのか、鼻を刺す匂いがありしんどかったです。
