Great experience really. Welcoming, nice and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast, we also enjoyed the wellness centre and had a great massage too. There are also fitness facilities. Room was spacious (small balcony) and really comfortable. Bathroom could be rejuvenated but all okay. We also used the underground parking (12€ per day). It’s a bit far from the old town but there is a free shuttle service to city centre, easily accessible by taxi (10-15 min) or bus (25 min).

The spa /indoor pool area was lovely and relaxing. Nice hotel and easy walking to a few shops and restaurants . Just be aware the free airport shuttle is only at specific times and doesn't start til later in the morning so our early flight we could not utilize this service so had to pay for a taxi. Free breakfast starts at 630 but we had an early flight so didn't have time for this.

Tiltalende hotell litt utenfor sentrum av Bari, med gode kollektivtilbud i nærheten, sant taxiholdeplass like utenfor hotellet. Vennlig personale og ellers flotte fellesområder. Hotellet har trimrom med basic utstyr, samt spaavdeing. Vi benyttet bassenget som i tillegg gav tilgang til sauna, tyrkisk bad og jacuzzi. Dette var ellers inkludert i prisen. Restaurant i toppetasjen med mulighet for å sitte ute og nyte en drink. Andrea i baren lager “damn fine” negronis i ulike varianter.

I loved the entrance of the hotel. Very clean and welcoming. The staff was excellent and extremely accommodating. The breakfast was very fresh with many options. The rooftop dining was good with an amazing view of the city. This was truly an upscale hotel with many amenities. I would definitely stay there again.

Although we spent little time in the hotel it was well maintained and staff was good. Had minor issues in the room, tables were not stable but they fixed them , the soap in the shower was empty but other than that the ac worked , the room was clean all good. It’s a bit away from the sea side so keep that in mind it is in a more business area

Carlo the Maitr D in the dining room was gracious and helpful . The food was great. Service and staff in hotel all around was very accommodating. Spoke English too. Maurizio the shuttle driver was wonderful. He went out of his way to please. Also he wore many hats. He also cooked in the restaurant 👍 Hotel was very pretty and clean. A little bit away from city center. The only thing is we wish the rooms had more draws and hangers in the closets. And more towels. Although they always brought us some when we asked.

Hotel is excellent. About 5km from centre of Bali. Taxi is about €10 so we could leave the car in underground car park and have a drink. Also there is a free shuttle to the Airport. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are good size and clean but the reason I would recommend the Nicolaus are breakfasts. Absolutely excellent with very attentive staff. Thank You

This is a great property if you need to get to the airport. It has free onsite parking. It’s not near anything else and there are only 2 shuttles from the hotel each day . It was €25 into the old town in an Uber. The hotel is very nice. The spa is a nice amenity to have. The restaurant was good and the breakfast at €15 was very nice. The staff on the desk were very efficient and helpful. The room was good although the balcony door was not able to be opened. There was a coffee machine but no tea. There was a very small fridge and a safe. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet.

Spacious room an very quiet. Nice staff. Breakfast very good with a lot of choices. You can take bus 6 close to the hotel and go down to the city and to private beachen. A walk down to the city takes about 35-40 minuters. Can recommend restaurant Gulp and Yeast (more a pub), located near the hotel.

The hotel was very pretty but the a/c was terrible. In our first room the a/c was not working they sent a maintenance guy and didn’t speak English so communication was hard finally I called the front desk and asked to be moved to another room a/c was a little better but then around 1 am they turned it off till 7 am. Very uncomfortable all night long. We only stayed 1 night and all they did was offer free parking of 20 euros. Very disappointed overall. Their restaurant also very bad they got are orders mixed up and food had no taste.

The hotel was lovely and ideal for the airport. It was a bus ride into the town, taking about 25 minutes. The spa was very nice although would have appreciate more child free hours and we were not able to make any. The parking below was convenient, with a lot of space although a little expensive

The hotel is nice. However, be aware that it is very far from the old town and Bari center. I booked this hotel because it was advertised to have an airport shuttle. Be aware! The shuttle does not take you at any time, Only 4 times per day. So kind of useless. The same for the shuttle that goes to downtown. It does not really go to the old town but to the train station (21 min walk). And then only at 19:30 and 22:30. So, you have to use a taxi to go in town and the taxi was 17 euros. Other than that, the hotel was nice, the room was clean and quiet.
