Insgesamt saubere Unterkunft. Stellplätze in der Tiefgarage mega klein. Mit einem SUV keine Chance die Türen aufzumachen zum aussteigen.Notlösung zwei Parkplätze benutzen.Nur 2 Lifte einer war am Abreisetag defekt.Mussten das ganze Gepäck drei Stockwerke die Treppen runtertragen und zusätzlich noch zwei weitere Etagen zur Tiefgarage.

Väldigt service inriktad och trevlig personal. Bra med parkering under hotellet. Enda negativa är att poolen öppnar först kl 12 (!). Barnen vill såklart bada och blir lång väntan. Rekommenderas och tipsar hotellet om att öppna poolen tidigare för att det är grymt med den fina poolen!

I särklass dyraste hotellet på vår veckoresa (2800 kr), men ändå ett av de sämre. Första rummet luktade rök och kemikaler (rengöringsmedel). Bytte och fick rummet bredvid som luktade enbart kemikalier. AC funkar ganska dåligt, bra i början men efter en timme kändes den knappt. Fönstrens gick inte att öppna, inte ens lite grann. Utsikt mot en massa hus och ett berg ett par hundra meter bort (ej in mot stan). Poolen och ”takterassen” på vån 2 var stängd för kvällen när vi kom och öppnade efter utcheckning, så den möjligheten hade vi ingen nytta av. Varför inte öppna den före kl 12? Vi kunde bara se poolområdet genom den stängda dörren (fotot). Frukosten var bra men otroligt högljutt, mycket barnfamiljer och trängsel. Smala parkeringsrutor i garaget men enkel in- och utfart.

Der Fahrstuhl von der Garage war bei Ankunft defekt. Sonst alles gut, Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, das Zimmer ok. Die Teppiche in den Fluren sind ein wenig heruntergekommen.

Hotel med bra läge i staden, nära till centrum och anknytande buss. Vår vistelse var i slutet av Oktober och poolen var avstängd. Tyvärr var detta vad vi såg framemot mest och blev besvikna att det var avstängt och inte öppnades för oss trots att det var utomhus. Toppen hotel annars med garage.

Es wird mit einem tollen Aussenpool beworben. Aus diesem Grunde haben wir dieses Hotel gebucht. Nach dem Zimmerbezug wurde uns gesagt, dass der Pool geschlossen ist. Somit entfiel das schwimmen in Genua. Zimmer war sehr gut und sauber, Frühstück war für Italien gut und reichhaltig.- Aber bitte das nächste Mal Preisnachlass oder vorher informieren. Denn sowas geht halt nicht, wenn man mit Extras wirbt und nicht einhält. Daher die Enttäuschung, sonst war es gut

Das Zimmer war viel zu klein für 4 Personen. Das Badezimmer war super schmutzig. Die Badetücher waren schmutzig. Es gab keinen Bügeleisen im Zimmer. Die Wände sehr dünn, man konnte alles hören. Für die 4 Sterne hotel war alles schlecht.

Mon avis n’est pas destiné à assassiner l’hôtel mais à être sincère pour les autres voyageurs. L’hôtel est immense et les installations sont certes vieillissantes mais restent correctes. Le personnel de la réception est adorable, ainsi que les femmes de chambre. Néanmoins le nettoyage des chambres est bâclé, saleté sous les lits, poussières, et surtout nous avons eu droit au dentifrice du précédent client sur le rebord de la vasque et des cheveux dans la douche. Des travaux pour remettre au goût du jour l’hôtel, de gros efforts au niveau de la propreté, et une meilleure qualité du petit-déjeuner sont plus que nécessaires pour mériter le titre de quatre étoiles.

The hotel is super old. Rooms (especially carpets) are dirty. Bathroon is just terrible.The price and quality doesn't match at all. It is defenitely not 4 stars hotel. To get in the restaurant for the brekfast you have to wait 30 minutes in a queue. To get coffee at the breakfast - 15 minutes in the line.

Restaurant wurde gerade renoviert und daher Frühstück in einem Konferenzraum. Klimaanlage so halbwegs funktioniert. Daher offene Fenster auf Bundesstrasse. Garage sehr günstig. Schimmelansatz in der Dusche… ich weiß es nicht, ob der Preis wirklich dafür stimmt.

Je suis excrément déçu de l’état de la chambre. Celle ci était mal entretenu des joints détériorés et sale , des traces de salissures sur le porte de la salle de bain et les murs de la salle de bain. Sans compter les pelotes de poussière sous le canapés lit et le lit. Trace noir de chaussure sur nos taies d’oreiller ! Petit déjeuner correct. Personnel sympa. Je m’attendais meilleurs prestation pour un Novotel « 4 étoiles »

The property check-in staff was very good. I am giving law rating primarily for my room having no air conditioning, even though it was advertised as having one. It's common place in Italy, but there was a reason I chose this well-known brand, namely to avoid such issues.

Superior rooms should have been recently refurbished but our appeared already dated, poorly maintaned, dirty and with a terrible smell coming from the drains everytime that water was flushed in other rooms (and you could hear the noise from the pipes!). The staff at reception has been very welcoming and helpful. The parking area at levels -1 to -4 should be controlled; cars are often parked without any respect for others, very unsafe. A leakage of fluids from few rotten pipes on the ceiling of level -1 has damaged the painting of our car; we informed the reception and we were offered free parking; since then, a notice has appeared on the wall to inform the customers that parking is forbidden in the area due to leakages and the hotel won’t take responsibility. Prices are too high for the quality offered.

The room was fairly small for a family stay but it was very clean. The refrigerator was not working properly but not a big deal for us. I enjoyed the breakfast. We were a bit disappointed with the view of the water, which was negatively impacted by the cruise ship terminal and port.

La struttura è situata in una posizione strategica e il personale si è dimostrato eccezionale. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare nel ristorante dell'hotel, dove il servizio si è mantenuto su livelli elevati. Picked as a stop off route on our way further south. I’d pick somewhere else next time. Handy spot for the port but not much else. The car park was tight and the electric charging point was iced by big SUVs. It felt unsafe in the local area. It is some distance away from the old town and nicer places to eat.

Fint medium hotel lidt i udkanten af bycentrum, men deraf en god pris. Fine faciliteter uden at være prangende. Bussen kører til centrum på 12 minutter og en taxi tager 7-8 og koster ca 12€. Parkering for 8€ i døgnet er fint og bilen holder i kælder. Meget bekvemt.

Nice hotel. Location is a bit far from old town (industrial area). No Uber in Genova, so taxis are a hit or miss, they can charge you whatever they want, you never know what you are going to pay. Expedia charged me for breakfast (I paid for it) but it doesn't show up on the reservation. A weird glitch, but still not right. Be aware.

Tutto perfetto, merita ampiamente le sue 4 stelle. Prezzo qualità top. Se posso, unica cosa che mi ha un po’ infastidito l’ampollosità del direttore di sala durante la colazione…manco il direttore della Banca d’Italia…soprattutto la mattina un cliente ama vedere faccia gioviali…😊

Restaurant wurde gerade renoviert und daher Frühstück in einem Konferenzraum. Klimaanlage so halbwegs funktioniert. Daher offene Fenster auf Bundesstrasse. Garage sehr günstig. Schimmelansatz in der Dusche… ich weiß es nicht, ob der Preis wirklich dafür stimmt.

Bonjour, Un rapport qualité prix pas à la hauteur, tarif pour la nuit élevé pour ce type d'hébergement. Clim buyante on a du l'éteindre pour dormir , rideau décroché dans la chambre . Par contre personnel à l'écoute et bon petit déjeuner .

Nice hotel, clean room and they gave us an upgrade to a really nice full suite! AC, pool and gym were great to have. It's not walking distance to restaurants by any means, but the Bus to the city centers are very close and come often.
