Unfortunately, lower quality than NH Collection's 4-star hotels I've experienced. Feedback for improvement goes for (1) garage and parking assistance, (2) shower, (3) breakfast and (4) staff attentiveness at reception. The staff should improve support for guests arriving by car, regarding directions, access control, parking assistance and luggage unloading. I talked to someone through the interfone when arriving, but there was no one in the garage to assist as it is very tight and was almost full. My partner was at the reception and was told someone would come down to help with luggage, but no one appeared (garage has only 2 levels). As a minor issue, at checkout, I paid the parking ticket but it was denied at the exit. Someone from the parking assistance released me after I showed the receipt for the payment, but it seemed a recurrent issue. Shower must be changed for better water volume and positioning. Breakfast is definitely not a 4-star. I felt sorry for the scrambled eggs, they looked so tired and joined forces forming blocks trying to survive amid raising tides from some kind of cooking water.

Rummet var bra, lagom storlek och otroligt bekväm säng. Städning av badrummet under all kritik med en massa hår på golvet. Lobbyn väldigt sliten. Gick inte att fylla på vattenflaskan utan bara köpa nya i baren. Svårt att få parkering på kvällen då även icke hotellgäster får parkera. Varning för att bli lurad/bestulen under urlastningen! Köp inte den dyra frukosten, utan gå till det härliga kafeet mittemot istället.

**WARNING** Watch out for fake parking attendants patrolling the parking area. Ignore them and report them to the police or hotel staff. Also, parking is charged to your room so get a new ticket from the reception if you leave the area don't pay separately. Other than that the hotel was great

The Place is good reachable by car. Parking was full once we arrived but the very friendly lady at the receiption allowed us to park in front of the hotel till a space was available. In the hotel we had nothing to complain although the hotel is not of the newest standards (parking garage, elevator, etc.). Location is very central and save. Think we would book the Junior Suite for a family again.

Well placed on the Marina at the edge of the old town (very walkable) with the cruise ship terminal also only a 20 minute walk away (ok with cabin bags but probably not with suitcases!) Needs some minor redecoration but generally ok, clean & provides in room kettle & coffee maker as well as bottled water. Good buffet breakfast.

The location of the hotel was great next to the aquarium and the center. The staff were nice but not the best in NH collection hotel. There was a parking close to the hotel so if you have a car don't worry. The worst thing was the cleanness of the room. There was a hair allover the room and we had to ask for slippers that were not in the room already

In a very busy area right on the marina, next to a major road and the aquarium. Hotel seems a bit tired though our room was great, much larger than expected, and very clean with one exception: the shower was straight out of the 90’s with chrome molding, frosted glass, and quite a bit of pink mold on tile grout, corner, etc., actually quite nasty. If they would just put a shower curtain on the tub I might have never gone in the shower. Definitely not in line with the rest of the room. I’ve been to 7-8 NHC’s before and this one definitely on bottom of the list.

Receptionists super nice and helpful. Bar service not nice. The building is pretty old, second floor has a stinky moquette on the floor. Rooms are old, bathroom in bad conditions, with mold and bathtub broken and fixed (disgusting).

We have stayed at several NH hotels and really like the brand for price, location and quality of the rooms. This property fell in line except that the windows were not very soundproof and being located on a very busy street and harbor, our room was very noisy with noise from a restaurant across the water and traffic noise from the freeway. Aside from the noise, the NH Genoa was a good choice for our short 2-night stay. It’s very conveniently located to the historic center, train and airport.

I visited this hotel in April with my mother. We chose the superior room with a balcony and it was wonderful. Our room had a queen bed and a separate area with a twin bed and a second balcony. It was very spacious and comfortable with beautiful bedding, pillows and towels. The room had everything we could want: an espresso machine, kettle, fridge and all toiletries. We chose to add breakfast to our reservation and it was excellent with many choices and excellent coffee. The port area is lively and the hotel is within easy walking distance of the old town, restaurants and shops and public transportation. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Excelente hotel, ótima localização, quarto se encontrava limpo e arrumado na minha chegada, funcionários gentis e solícitos ( principalmente a equipe do café da manhã, meus parabéns a todas elas). O único senão ficou por conta do cheq-in , pois como não falo italiano nem inglês, mesmo o atendente tendo sido informado passou todas as informações em italiano falando extremamente rápido, o que obviamente não entendi nada. Deveriam orientá-lo a ter um pouco mais de paciência e se esforçar para ser entendido, mas nada que compromete o serviço, apenas uma observação.

Lovely hotel in a perfect spot. Arrived by car and the hotel is just outside the ZTL so worries about that. Easy parking right at hotel. Reception staff welcoming and helpful. Lobby spacious and comfortable. Great room with view of the Marina. A easy walk across the street and right in the heart of Genova’s old city. All the sights, restaurants, shopping and GELATO within easy walking distance.

The facility is located in a prime area. Everything is in walking distance. Hotel was clean, friendly and very welcoming. After staying in a few different hotels in Genoa. This will be the only one I would stay at.

Das ganze Hotel lief auf Sparflamme, wir hatten keine Ahnung dass das Restaurant und die Bar geschlossen sind. Essen ( Nachtessen und Frühstück ) durften wir in einem schrecklichen Saal, seehr kalt, schmutzige Teppiche und auch sonst nicht einladend. Kein Tischtuch und nicht einmal ein Tischset unter dem Teller ! Das Essen kam aus der Küche welche sich sehr weit vom Saal entfernt befand und war natürlich kalt bis es bei uns auf dem Tisch stand. Und das natürlich zum selben Preis wie bei Normalbetrieb im Restaurant, ich finde das eine Frechheit !! für den Apéro mussten wir in der seeehr kalten Lobby Platz nehmen statt in der vorhandenen Bar. Im Zimmer und im ganzen Hotel herschte Eisschrank Klima. Nach längerer Reklamation an der Rezeption erhielten wir einen Elektroofen für unser Zimmer und eine zusätzliche Bettdecke. Das Rezeptionpersonal hat sich auch mit Elektroöfen warm gehalten. Das Personal war freundlich und hat sich bemüht. Wir finden aber man sollte die Gäste darüber informieren dass sämtliche Einrichtungen geschlossen sind ( Rest- Bar etc. etc. ) bezahlen tut man sie trotzdem !! Das Hotel sonst schön gelegen und zentral-

De ligging van het hotel is goed. Personeel is behulpzaam. Het uitzicht van de eerste kamer was belabberd en we hebben om een andere kamer gevraagd. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid, maar niet van een beste kwaliteit. De roereieren waren groen en het fruit was niet vers.

Standard stay at standard hotel on the port frontage. Identified by gaudy pink painted building besides the faux pirate tall ship in case you’re looking. Very comfortable bed but tech in room and bathroom quite dated and not modern. Breakfast priced above €30 is a no go when you can eat out at wonderful cafés for a fraction. Assume they don’t want you to eat there
