Some of the desk staff was friendly, some were complete snobs. They turned off the air conditioning in the entire hotel. We therefore slept with the windows open and had to put headphones in because it’s a busy area. Made the stay pretty sucky. The hotel is clean and had one of the best bathrooms in all the hotels we stayed in this trip (we stayed in a few different cities). If the friendly front desk staff had been there the whole stay, we would’ve been happier, but no AC was a BIG flop as the room was pretty warm. If you’re going during the summer when they keep the AC on, I’m sure it would be a good stay.

Very disappointing stay. The staff were rude and unwelcoming when we arrived late at night. The room didn’t have a kettle or coffee, and when we asked, they gave us a broken one. Service was poor and not friendly at all. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, it really made my experience in Milan worse.

Approfittando di un'ottima tariffa ho scoperto questo storico hotel che e' stata davvero una bella sorpresa. Camera bella e bagno molto pulito. Posizione strategica a pochi pass dalla Stazione in una strada dove sorgono una decina di hotel vicini. Se dovessi trovare un difetto, la connessione seppure 5g era davvero lenta in camera (questo può dipendere dalla posizione della camera). Inoltre anche se l'accoglienza e' stata ottima, potevano essere date più informazioni (non mi e' stata data la password wifi, non mi sono state fornite Indicazioni sugli orari della colazione. Sono piccole dimenticanze che possono capitare ma si può migliorare pee essere perfetti

Great location next to Milan central station and metro station. 4 stops on metro takes you to the main tourist area of Duomo. From there I found all other attractions to be a walkable distance. My room was clean and of good size for a single room. Staff were friendly.

I loved staying at the Hotel Flora! It was the best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. I don’t believe I’ve ever stayed in a hotel with such EXCELLENT customer service! The staff is AWESOME!! Sergio at Check in was most gracious and helpful throughout my stay. I booked a single room and it was very clean and welcoming. The bedding was perfect and mattress very comfortable. Air conditioning was very effective and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is a 3 star but should be 2. The reception was unfriendly and unapproachable. They never greeted us upon entry or exit. At time of check-in, passports were requested. They wanted to keep them while we went up to our room to be retrieved later.

Clean room, big by European standards, a few blocks from Milan Centrale. The area was quiet at night, but many restaurants around. Totally safe area and definitely walking distance to the Duomo (Milan Cathedral) and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. I have no regrets staying here at all. Easy to arrive and leave too.

an easy walk from my Central trolley station. It is across a Plaza from the station and there is a Metro entrance that you can walk through in case it's raining as it was one day while we were at the property. Front desk staff were nice. We were able to store our bags for a few days for a side trip out of town to Venice. Quite a few other hotels in the area along with restaurants across the street and a "Penny" grocery store around the corner for water and other supplies.

The hotel's in a great location, just a short walk from the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful and you could store your bags after you've checked out. The room I had was small but all I needed. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced. It's a little bit of a walk to the downtown area, but you're close to buses and subways that can get you downtown quickly

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Flora. It’s conveniently located near the train station and metro. The staff was friendly and quick to check us in and out. I didn’t eat breakfast much, but they had a good selection. The area it’s in is a little sketchy but we had no issues in daytime or night and there’s always a lot of people around traveling in and out of the city. There was nearby construction,which did not bother me, but may bother others who are sensitive to sound. I’ll also note the internet was occasionally unreliable, but other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again in the future.

O hotel foi ótimo, bem localizado, tem metrô na mesma calçada, vários restaurantes e mercado no entorno. 5 min andando NO MÁXIMO, até a estação de trem. Recomendo demais. Achei o café da manhã um pouco fraco e sem variedade, todo dia a mesma coisa, mas nada que super influenciasse na hospedagem.

The location is extremely convenient, only 5 minutes walk to Milano Centrale station. Breakfast was excellent - eggs, hams, fresh yogurt, fruit, and a wonderful assortment of cakes and pastries. Service was adequate, if not particularly warm or friendly. Room size was quite small, (especially the bathroom) and could use some updating. Bed wasn't so comfortable and the towels were pretty rough. But overall it was fine, a more affordable option than most, and it suited our need to be close to the train station.

Excellentwifi and breakfast. The “To Go’ breakfast however is awful—processed bread products, no fruit or protein. But the staff are lovely and it’s 5 minute walk to the Central Station. There is a good trattoria just across the street for really nice fish, pasta, pizza.
