Vicina al luogo dell’evento prenotato. Pulizia e ci dry delle stanze ( forse un po’ alta la temperatura nelle camere) . Mancano vending machine per poter acquistare acquavi snack fuori dall’orario di apertura del bar. Bollitore in camera e kit the/caffè Colazione accurata ambiente molto gradevole. Un piccolo servizio bar a colazione per bere un vero espresso nn sarebbe male.

I had a great experience staying with Holiday Inn Milan, Although the amenities are not the newest, the staff were nice and friendly, the room cleaning service was beyond expectation and the breakfast option was great (children covered).

Das Hotel hat bestimmt auch gute Zimmer. Aber meins zählte nicht dazu. Das größte Problem war das in die Jahre gekommene Bad. Eigentlich wäre darin Platz für Toilette, Dusche und Waschbecken gewesen. Aber jemand wollte unbedingt noch ein Bidet reinquetschen. Dadurch war es fasst unmöglich auf der Toilette Platz zu nehmen. Ein Linkshänder hätte dort kein Geschäft verrichten können. Witzigerweise blickte man dadurch auf das Bild "Better Things Are Coming". Bad und Zimmer selbst waren außerdem übersät mit langen schwarzen Haaren.

The Welcome was okay, maybe next time a little more friendly. Trains an cars drive in front of the hotel, good windows leave the noise outside but you feel the vibrations in your bed. Cannot open the window for the night, with the aircondition it is too cold. The bed was too soft, not good for your back. The Minibar very noisy the whole night. Very good breakfast with lot of choice of food, very good Cappuccino, friendly service, nice Checkout. For one night okay but not for a longer stay.

Our room was facing the road where the street car terminal was, and our room was constantly shaking. Also, the air conditioning wasn't enough to make the room comfortable. Staff were great and helpful. Laundry service available across the steet. Minutes from public traniit which was quite cheap for day passes.

Very welcoming to a sleep deprived traveler. I got lost trying to walk in from Porto Garabaldi station (my fault! Went the wrong way!) so I took a taxi from the station. Apparently there’s a walking short cut that takes 4 minutes — ask them for directions!

The rooms are small but nice and clean. 2 trams pass by, which is convenient. Luckily our window faced the inside court not the streets! Breakfast buffet is good and the servers are very kind. All the staff is very friendly and always happy to help. Being close to Garibaldi Station makes it easy to go to Malpensa airport and anywhere else! Thank you!

One of the staff told us we can get the bottle water at the front door , the manager told us we are not supposed to get bottle water not until we are not checking out. He even said to us you took 7 bottles instead of 5 since we are only 5 but I told the guy nobody told us about all of this, he was very rude for looking out to see from head to toe. I feel like we have been discriminated. The bedroom that my sister staying has only 1 towel, no soap or toothpaste. Area around is dirty and smelly

We stayed at the hotel for one night before a flight out of Milano. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the Garibaldi station. The room was very clean and convenient. Breakfast was also good. Would stay here again.

Hotel molto bello e pulito. Unico avviso:se siete celiaci non vi fidate e organizzatevi per mangiare altrove perché non c'è molta scelta né per la colazione né per la cena. Hanno provato a rimediare con uno sconto, sicuramente gradito, ma è stato un grosso disguido per me che non posso mangiare fuori facilmente per altri problemi di salute.

This is a nice American chain hotel and we expected more as the price was on the high end, the rooms are well appointed, although the cleaning service could improve, the main issues were that the air conditioned was turned off at night to save energy and as it was a hot time it became very annoying, the other issue is that they keep the restaurant closed a very long part of the day following local dinner hours, but we expected them to also follow more American times. Being close to the Garibaldi station is very convenient as there are trains and metro service leaving for various destinations from there. The area has some nice local dining options.

The food at the restaurant was not that good specially for how much they charge! We found plastic in my son’s pasta. They didn’t charge us for that plate and they tried to offer some sweet or different food but my son did not want anything else and he was so upset all night. It was definitely a bad experience for our last dinner in Italy! The front desk staff was nice and the hotel was clean!

Nice American chain hotel close to Garibaldi station where you can get trains and metro to almost everywhere around and in Italy. The hotel is nice, the staff attentive, although we had a couple of issues like the air conditioned being turned off at night to save energy although we paid a premium for our room and the restaurant not being opened most of the day like local cafes, both last deals are not optional to our belief so will probably look for another hotel next time in Milan.

Great hotel! Location is fantastic; close to the train station and walking distance to numerous restaurants. Staff were amazing, and very friendly! From check-in to checkout, we felt very welcomed and everyone was extremely helpful when we had questions about navigating the city. Room was clean and well maintained. Air conditioning does not work. Their solution is to give us fans. It is 100 degrees in Rome today and extremely humid. They said they would fix next morning. It was too late to find other accomodations so we were forced to stay. The following morning we left to walk around the city and have breakfast. When we left, they told us they would fix it. Upon our return we found that they did not fix this issue. This has made our stay in Rome absolutely terrible
