Part of the hotel has been remodeled. We were register in a room with closet broken with not doors. There was not drawers during close to two weeks we have to maintain our clothes in suitcases. Wall paper torn. Bathroom tiny.

What a delightful treat this turned out to be. I confess it was a last minute change of hotel and I'm so glad I did. Just 10 minutes from Cadorna train station, only 5 minutes from Castle Sforza and The Duomo. Perfect for a few nights in Milan. Hotel staff were friendly - should out to the lovely gentleman covering the reception for most of my stay. He really made excellent cappuccino. Room was small but clean - what more do you need?

La habitación que yo tuve fue una de las que todavía no se ha modernizado, muy pequeño, el baño súper pequeño con un olor un poquito raro pero la verdad es que no estuvo mal, para nada. Igual creo que pagar 150 euros la noche en esa zona no está mal pero al menos la habitación podría ser de un standard un poquito más 2010 para arriba. El personal muy lindo y simpático y súper servicial.

The location is 10/10. However, the rooms are extremely small and uncomfortable. We were not able to turn on the Air Conditioner (we asked for help to 3 different members of the staff). The rooms are clean and renovated. The bathroom is also extremely small, it’s very difficult to have a proper shower, and also had a bad smell. It lacks of basic bathroom spaces: like a towel hanger, somewhere to put your personal hygene accesories, and even a place in the washbasin to put the soap.

Beliggenheden er helt perfekt, du er tæt på katedralen, shopping og stribevis af restauranter. Her er meget lydt, som i meget lydt. Det skal man være forberedt på. Og døren til toilettet er en "pap" skydedør, så meget privathed er der ikke. Men sød personale, der er til rådighed 24/7.

Room very basic but fine just for somewhere to lay your head at night. Staff friendly and helpful if needed. Just very noisy unfortunately you could hear the scraping of the furniture from anywhere it seemed so was awake from 5am both mornings. However very central to everything!

I know I booked a room with the bathroom inside the room!!!. I saw the rooms described with bathrooms down the hallway, so I thought and still think I avoided and did not book such. The day prior to, I get the surprise... and the transaction was non refundable and non transferable. I made the mistake of booking for 4 nights instead of 3 and they did not give me a chance, took my money without second thoughts. So I ended up paying for a night I did not use. Be aware!!!, cause the room description states "private bathroom", the only detailed they failed to emphasize was that the room was private, no one but you will use it, but it is located down the hall and not inside the room. And to top it off, the "normal" rooms were cheaper than mine!! So if you have to urinate in the middle of the night....well, you get the idea....

Väldigt litet rum, fräscht men opraktiskt. Det fanns en hylla men det gick knappt att lägga telefonen på. Vattenkokare och kopp stod på rummet men inget te eller kaffe. Personalen i receptionen var jättetrevlig så stort plus till dom.

Perfect for our short Milan visit, only minutes from the Castello/Duomo and Train station (Cadorna) Hotel seems to have had a recent re-furb so all clean and fresh. Amir, on the front desk was a wealth of information and made made us feel at home.

The location of the hotel could not be better. Right in the middle of the city centre of Milan, walkable to all major tourist spots. The room itself is very small, with barely enough room to keep an open suitcase. But it is clean, and secure, and the hotel staff are all very nice and friendly.

Da prendere in considerazione per visitare in due o tre giorni Milano. La camera è di piccole dimensioni ma funzionale e pulita. L'Hotel è situato in pieno centro in una posizione strategica in quanto con pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono facilmente il castello Sforzesco, il Duomo e la fermata della metropolitana.

I did not realise that there was no bathroom in the room. Temperature control was nonexistent. The staff were helpful. Excellent restaurant across the street. I had two wonderful meals there. Took a day trip to Bellagio and Lake Como which were beautiful.

Appalling. Photos of room on Expedia are very misleading. They show a bathroom in the room but it was down the other end of the corridor so we had to get dressed to go to the toilet at night which wakes up your partner because the bedroom light goes on. Also, no robe was supplied. When I tried to communicate with them about this but they ignored me. The light in the bathroom didn't work. I told them but 15 hours later it still was not fixed. No tea coffee or water was supplied. $497.86 was a rip off

Le camere sono minuscole e ci può stare ma nel bagno non c’è posto, una piccola mensola da 3 euro per poggiare uno spazzolino o una saponetta. C’è il minibar senza nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua. Lo faccio presente al personale che mi chiedeva se avevamo consumato qualcosa dal frigo e la risposta è stata “è un due stelle cosa vuole?” Faccio presente che non è possibile poggiare uno spazzolino nel minuscolo bagno e mi risponde “scusi perché cosa deve poggiare in bagno? Le chiappe bastano.” Terribile
