I was originally given a first floor room at my request as a disabled individual on oxygen. When I took the key and went to the room, it was occupied. The only other room was on the second floor. After driving all day, and with their no refund policy because of the timing that I booked the room, I decided to take the second floor room. I spoke to Roshan as I was checking out and expressed my dissatisfaction. We agreed he would refund me 50% of the room rate. Apparently he was only trying to appease me, as here it is 3 weeks later and no refund. Also, if you bring your service dog or pet, please note the only area of grass is on the outside of the fence, in the front of the establishment, on the busy highway.

This hotel is filthy and it smells. The floors in the room haven’t been vacuumed in who knows how long. Two out of three door locks did not work. The sheets, pillowcases and bedspread stunk and hadn’t been changed in who knows how long. Something in that bed made me itch! The man at the front desk couldn’t speak very much English. When I told him my credit card was missing he had no clue what I was talking about.

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Toilet had urine and hair all over it, stains on carpet, French fries on floor. Spills in the fridge. Pillows looked like someone had just been napping on them. Free breakfast was advertised but was only coffee and juice.

We only stayed a few hours in order to get a few hours of sleep before we got back on the road. All was wll except a pair of blue womens underwear was left on the shower curtain for all to see - not sure if they were clean or dirty and not sure if the room was really clean or not. Except for that all was acceptable at best

Easily the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Check in was simple with a pleasant host but that’s the end of it. Filthy carpet and walls and the bathroom reeked of urine. The window was actually broken, like large pieces missing. That was a first for me but all could be forgiven for a hot shower. Of course the water never even turned warm, let alone hot. The only good thing about the stay was no one came through that broken first floor window and had their way with me.

Horrible! Rundown property. AC was noisy, old and ineffective. Bathtub was not drained. Two old towels for a party of 4. They shouldn’t charge $110 a night. That’s a rip off considering the condition of the place. I should have read the reviews. I was too tired from driving a needed a place to stay. Dumas smelled like sewer. I know that was not the hotel’s fault but it did not help. If they are not going to fix the place, then they should not charge more than $20 a night!

1st room attempt the door did not lock. 2nd Room smelled like smoke. Pillows were tiny, wash cloth provided looked like it had once been used to wash an engine. Continental breakfast was coffee, pre packed sweet buns, and oat meal pre packaged. That was literally all there was.
