Great staff and service. Everyone was so genuinely friendly and helpful. Food was great and we had an excellent dinner at La Hacienda. Flaming coffee a must. Only compliant was the sunset beach pool. It needs to be cleaned. Felt like we were swimming in a pool of dead bugs. So gross. The main pool was better.

I had a pleasant stay! The resort is pretty big. There are about 5 pools on the property. 1 pool is designated to adults only. 1 main bar that's open until midnight. I wish I had time to try the spa. I appreciate the golf cart "shuttle" service from my building to the lobby area. Great for families with lots of activities!

This was an amazing property I am very happy my husband and I were able to stay here for a few days. We enjoyed the many amenities including the Fairmont Gold rooms their breakfast was so nice to have close by and we really enjoyed having a drinking and snacks while we decided where to have dinner. We loved to walk the shops we even bought some fancy sunglasses for ourselves. The spas rooftop pool was incredible we enjoyed the intimate atmosphere and location. The staff everywhere we were treated us well and were very helpful guiding us to our destination next and helping with a nice golf cart ride. Thanks for everything we hope to be back

This is an enormous property with lots of options for entertainment and restaurants. It is an older property so expect long hallways with that strange carpet. Our room looks like it had been upgraded and was tasteful. The bed was comfy and the AC worked well which you need in this part of the country. Dinner at the 18th green restaurant was very good.

Chana at the front desk was professional and very welcoming. She is a fantastic ambassador for your property! We were pleased with the comfortable beds, cleanliness and variety of amenities and restaurants offered on site. The spa and spa pool were heaven and allowed us to finally relax. The Fairmont Privado Villas will definitely be on our return list whenever we are in Scottsdale. Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay.

Everything was great except that housekeeping started trying to enter the room at 8am on the day of checkout. They tried to come in 6 times after we told them we weren’t ready to leave yet. Checkout wasn’t until 11:00 so this was absolutely ridiculous.

We had so many issues with our room. When we checked in the shower door would not close and there was so much bird droppings on our patio. Second day bathroom sink was clogged and the entry way light flickered. On the fourth day of our stay our room was not serviced by 3:00 pm. When I called they said they were extremely busy with many people checking out and that they would send someone to clean in an hour. Never had turn down service. Hotel provided me $250 credit towards our stay. I was extremely disappointed with the Fairmont I expected outstanding service from this 4 star hotel especially with the rate I paid for a summer stay In Scottsdale.

Beautiful landscaping, excellent staff with superior quality service. Great for families with young children or people who love to play golf. I choose this place because of location and the spa. Unfortunately I was with my 16year old daughter who was not allowed to use the spa, so that was disappointing. No spa for us. We thought we were going to get massages and facials, but the fine print on the spa is no teens allowed! She was also not allowed to use the gym. Not a resort that is friendly to teenagers.

It was truly an amazing experience. I booked a 5 day solo retreat for myself to recharge. I loved the various pools, dining options, spa facility, and how close the resort is to SQ and Kierland Commons for shopping and dining. My room was spacious and comfortable and overlooked the lagoon and TPC golf course. Stunning views. It was very quiet this time of year but staff were readily available to help and support as needed. I enjoyed the nespresso complimentary coffee in the morning's and on-site Starbucks so I could enjoy my shaken espresso at the pool! Room service was awesome, speedy, and delicious. I can’t wait to come back with my husband and sons who I known will equally love this place!

We loved our stay at the Fairmont. The pools were great, the area was great, and we would stay again. Our only critiques would be the rooms were nice but probably not on par with other similarly rated properties, food was soso besides La hacienda was great, and the down service was quite late (close to 9 or after).

The staff, the vibes, the rooms, food are all amazing! I’m a huge fan of the fairmonts and the Princess is now my fav. Make sure you book the steak house at bourbon - even if you are alone go sit at the bar and eat. The bartenders are the most amazing people I’ve met in Scottsdale! And the steak and classic butter mashed… 10/10

I took my fiancé here for 2 nights for her “baby moon” and stayed in the king room with a view. The room was amazing, from the view to the location. Upon check in we arrived early and the front desk got our room cleaned within 40min which was nice and we made reservations with the concierge for the Mexican restaurant on property and for Toro. The property itself is beautiful and no complaints. The restaurants on property are alright, the Mexican restaurant was good but service was a little slow, but Toro is probably the worst restaurant I have ever eaten at. We arrived at Toro and after having appetizers we left to go to the steakhouse on property which was 100x better and the service was amazing our waiter was really nice and friendly. My only other major complaint is that we booked massages at the spa at 4:15pm, my fiancé loved her massage but my masseuse came and took me to the room at 4:17 and then we finally started the massage around 4:25, and then ended at 5:10. So the 1hr it was suppose to be was a lot shorter then I expected especially at a nicer resort (something I have never experienced at the 4seasons) Overall the experience was great but definitely looking at other options for my next trip out since the spa and restaurants on property were lacking.
