I called 2 times to confirm that the jacuzzi is working and able to be used. They confirmed it worked. I get there and it’s locked for maintenance and won’t be open for another couple of days. It had been closed for a month. Why lie?

Only issue was doors slamming all night and couples arguing and fighting all night. Nothing to do with staff but maybe have people with kids all on one floor. I loved BIG E pizza staying open until 2am sharing the parking lot for people like me just flying in for the night and not knowing anyone in the area was really great. Breakfast was great hot and ready at 630am. I was able to print things for my cruise and shuttle service was great the 20.00 fee was better than renting a car and have it sit for 5 days spending unnecessary money

The shuttle from the airport stopped running at 4 pm. I think that is too early to stop shuttle. We got in just after 4 and no shuttle was available. Booked through Expedia and there was no mention about the motel having no elevator or that the room access was outside and up stairs. We were staying there before going on a week cruise and 3 of us, all women had 6 suitcases to get upstairs. At least when checking out we were able to get help getting them down the stairs. No dining options nearby. There was a reasonably priced shuttle to cruise terminal.

Disappointing Stay- I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were dirty, and the floors were so filthy that they turned my white socks black in just a few minutes. The shower had visible mold, which made it very undesirable to use. To make things, the hotel advertised a shuttle to the cruise port- one of the main reasons we chose this hotel in the first place, but when we arrived, we were told that there was no shuttle service. We had to make last-minute arrangements. and pay extra for the transportation. Overall, this hotel was not maintained, and the lack of honesty about the shuttle service was extremely frustrating! I would not stay here again or make a recommendation for anyone else to stay.

I will start with the front staff was so nice and friendly. BUT the room was less desirable. Do not wear white socks because the floor turns them black. If you go barefoot you will need to was your feet before bed. The bathtub needed to be cleaned and the drain broken. The beds were comfortable and the room will do in a pinch. BUT it is definitely not worth what I paid. For that price I’ll stay elsewhere. I hope they fix the problems because the staff really was great.

It was ridiculous. I came into a dirty room where the only thing clean presumably, was the the bed. There was pubic hair, dust, bugs that looked like they were stepped on and left , chips, paper, trash all on the floors and counters.

Stayed one night during a road trip, staff was very kind and helpful but the conditions in our room weren’t the best regarding cleanliness, I used lots of Lysol wipes. 😕

We arrived late at night and when we woke up early in the morning we couldn’t believe our eyes. The price we paid in advance for this was outrageous and for the condition of the hotel. There is blood on the floor in the bathroom one of the photos.

Staff was amazing, very nice and friendly. Room was average, run of the mill hotel room. The shower faucet worked but was clearly broken. The room was very hot when we arrived and only stayed cool if we had the AC running on high the whole time. There seemed to be an issue with the sealant around the door, lots of light shining through and warm air coming in. Shelf above the hangers was bowing so much we decided not to touch it with fear it would break. The beds were also very very hard. Overall it was an okay stay. Friendly staff made it better. Reasonable at this price point. Nothing too fancy.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times. If your room faces the courtyard parking lot it will be a quiet night usually but if you’re facing the outside street, you’ll want earplugs.

This is probably one of the worst quality inns I have ever seen. My room was shabby, and the mirrors were still dirty and smeared. It was gross… then there was a motorcycle alarm going off in the parking lot for an hour every time somebody drove by every five minutes it went off … so I can only imagine that going off all night long. I mentioned it to the front desk and they just said “we know we called on it”, but that was after the second time I mentioned it. After checking I left an hour later because of the dirtiness, the loud motorcycle alarm and the fact that the Wi-Fi did not work whatsoever , and I was put in the back area by the pizza parlor back entrance, and then the pizza parlor delivery guys were parking behind people’s cars and I could barely get out, they were not in marked parking spots by the way. After an hour or so, trying to get the Wi-Fi to work and listening to the motorcycle alarm and being disgusted by the dirty mirrors, I went to the front desk and told them I was leaving because of the Wi-Fi, which was really important to me. They offered me a different room, but this place was not worth it so they credited my card back and we’re friendly about it.

Went to the front office asked if I housekeeping was coming to clean the room. They told me to take the do not disturb sign off I did and they have somebody in my room shortly in the room. I never showed up until we had to check out

Room was not cleaned one of the three days we stayed. Therefore, we had to request dry towels and the room amenities were not replenished. Therefore no cups, etc. Front desk service was very friendly and very helpful. Nice breakfast venue.

The worst experience. The bed was fine, room was clean enough and it was quiet but the shower didn’t work and I couldn’t shower but the front desk basically ignored me when I told them. Who rents a hotel room without the ability to take a shower? The nozzle in tub shower was sealed shut and wouldn’t allow me to pull up to allow enough water to come through to take a shower and the tub was not clean enough to bath in. Seriously I can’t believe how bad of an experience this was. I asked for a credit of some type to offset not being able to take a shower but no one called me back.

We rented 5 rooms. At 2am a random lady opened our door with a hotel key given to her by the front desk!! It was a horrible scary experience!! Needless to say I could not go back to sleep neither could my teenage daughter!! Spoke to front desk person, it’s been 8 days and haven’t received an email or call from Management!!

Staff was somewhat surly. Also in this day of identity theft, I found it incredulous that they made a copy of my driver’s license and would not destroy it or give it to me on my request at checkout. Especially after the room was paid for in advance and a credit card was taken and charged for incidentals and they quoted it would take 2 to 4 business days for it to be reversed after checkout. I will never stay at this facility again!

We booked this hotel strictly for how close it is to the cruise port. Starting off we got their late, 12 am, due to the airline but when we got to the front door to check in the front door was locked with 4 papers taped to the front door saying “sold out”, “no vacancy” and “no trespassing”. After a minute or so an employee came to the door informing me they have no rooms I told them we had a reservation. He then let us enter the front door to check his computer for our reservation. When we walked in I noticed the couch in the lobby was made into a bed. This was a first for me to ever see that in a chain hotel. We eventually got checked into our room which the room was fine. In summary hotel felt loud, lazy and dirty.

The room was clean. We slept very comfortably. I liked the close proximity to the LGB airport. I like being on Pacific Coast Highway because it was easy to find the beach, Breakfast was just right. My grandsons enjoyed the food.

I would recommend staying at the quality inn hotel. The hotel had easy access from the parking lot to the room. The free parking was a plus and we didn’t have trouble finding any spots even with a busy music festival weekend. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. I also felt very safe as a female traveler. I would definitely stay here again.

We booked this hotel (as opposed to another less expensive hotel) because it had free parking and breakfast. The room was clean and updated but the bathroom was filthy - hair stuck to the wall and really gross on the floor. We got free parking but no breakfast - the breakfast room was full and they were out of a lot of things. We waited and waited but no table became available and when they refilled the hot dishes (eggs/sausage) they didn't put enough out for everyone that was waiting for food (they put out 1/2 of the serving dish full). It was ridiculous and frustrating as we had a schedule to keep and couldn't wait around. We had to buy breakfast elsewhere. This is the first hotel I've been to with this issue. They knew how many people were staying there and should have had food for those of us who bought the breakfast package.

There was a lot of noise outside the room. Running the AC unit helped mask the noises. The breakfast was not acceptable. They were out of the juice, sausage, and eggs. They did refill the eggs, but not enough. We brought it to the attention of the front desk. They assured us that they would take care of it. We finally got tired of waiting and went elsewhere. Everything was so sparse. Most guests starting at the hotel are getting on a cruise. The hotel offers shuttle to the cruise, so they are aware of the flow. There were A LOT of people who didn’t get much other than a waffle. The single waffle iron had a line. We will not be staying here next year.

Overall stay was great, but when I went to their complimentary breakfast. Everything was out of commission but I didn’t sweat it because there is a wonderful donut shop across the way that serves delicious breakfast sandwiches.

Breakfast did not run smoothly. Sausage was gone so my eggs got cold waiting for the delivery of sausage. When they came, the eggs were gone and my husband had to wait on eggs. Not enough seating and tables for dining and yet the sign says do not take food out of the area, including the hotel room.
