Parking Charges were $10/day, which is horrible since we're already paying over $400 for less than 48 hours. The rep that checked us in was not at all apologetic and just stated there is construction outside and if I parked anywhere else my vehicle would be towed away. No fan in the restroom to clear the warm shower air. We tried to use the swimming pool but it had several cracks/breakage in the pool with very poor patch-up jobs on it, so I did not want to cut myself with just reaching over the sides of the pool. My husband wanted to use the Jacquizzi but another tenant was just leaving it stating the jets did not work. We wanted to eat breakfast and found out it was not complimentary and the hours of the restaurant we could not each lunch there either. This location was just a bad experience all together, what a RIP OFF.

The staff were excellent, very professional and friendly. The interior of the hotel was recently renovated, and looked beautiful and clean. A real highlight was the hotel restaurant, Formaggio. We had delicious dinners there, the pasta dishes in particular were top notch. I also enjoyed the gym, definitely a step above most hotel gyms.

The whole pool area was closed all week without advanced notice, and for no obvious apparent reason as all the equipment seemed to be functioning On Friday a group of women moved into Hot Tub after being told all week including Friday it was closed. Was not mentioned specifically when reviewing the property on Expedia prior to staying there and of course there was no cancellations!

Newly refurbished with good size rooms, comfortable beds and effective A/C. Would stay here again. Gym was refurbished but the equipment is a bit outdated ( but worked ). Nice pool.

Lobby was beautiful. I felt very safe at this hotel. They are updating the restaurant and the gym so I was not able to appreciate those areas. The room was clean, but probably needs to be updated. The price was on point, and the pool/hot tub/waterfalls outdoor area was absolutely beautiful.

it was dirty outside the room. Look like no one is taking care of it or maintaining it. Dirty in pool bathroom, at opening, so was not clean at closure. Table in pool area all dirty havent been wipe for a while. I was their a Thurday…the water fountain has tone of alges. Room felt like a gost was living there. Staff were nice though.

Shower was not fully cleaned. There was hair stuck to the wall. The AC fan made a clunking sound each time it turned off. The mattress was too firm for my taste. Definitely not worth the price and won't recommend

Getting run down - bathroom smelled like sewer even though it was cleaned. Kept getting whiffs of sewer smell for two days. Panel above vanity was weirdly not fitted and had gaps all around it- dirty. TV choices limited.

The outside has a lot of construction and it’s not the greatest to look at but don’t let that fool you. The interior is very nice! We had a 2 king room and it was clean and very spacious. Nice big tv and a comfortable chair and ottoman by the window. The only minus is the bed pillows. They are the typical hotel feather pillows and they are terrible! You’d have to have 10 to feel like you were actually resting your head on something. The bathroom and shower were very clean and working properly. The pool and hot-tub area was alright. Showing some signs of age. Bummer they charge extra for breakfast and parking. They have a Starbucks on site if that’s your thing. But it’s driving distance to a lot of places. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall pleasant but the Ac in the room only went upto 68 and did not allow us to go below. It was hot in the room. The fan came in and out of thermostat. That was the only unpleasant thing for us during the stay.

Pretty decent property. Main problem is the room thermostat. Room was too warm each night, and a/c settings are restricted. I asked front desk staff to lower temp and they said even they cannot alter. Maybe Calif regulations.... too warm to get good nights sleep. Pretty important issue.

We're a couple who works late nights and sleep in during the day. We were placed next to a family who were entertaining in their room with their children during the day. We asked the front desk to ask them to respect their neighbors but nothing was done. We got very little sleep. At one point, while I was speaking, the woman I was speaking to at the front desk started talking over me and then hung up on me. Very, very rude. The housekeeping staff also tried to enter the room when the privacy sign was out.

I had a last minute stay here and wow the front desk staff was very courteous and competent. The room was extremely quiet and comfortable too. I was very impressed compared to other hotels I stayed in on this trip.

Front desk night staff was terrible. Door dash ordered due to room service not communicating with kitchen. Door dash was stolen from front desk. Not recommended to stay here next time I will pick a different place. Not at all my previous experiences with Marriott resorts. Disappointed to say the least.

I did not like that. I had a do not disturb on my door handle. Cleaning lady knocked the first time early in the morning with the sign being on the door handle. I requested an extension of time because I checked in late, then again at 12:30 PM the same lady tried entering the room. I was in the bathroom and I was naked with the door opening. It was very embarrassing. I put a towel around me and asked her politely. Do you know what this sign means when it’s placed on the door she said yes I said OK. I was just checking to see. She apologized a bunch of times, but it was an intrusion of privacy while I was in the bathroom, taking a shower that was the only thing wrong with the whole trip. Everything else was excellent.

Excellent and convenient property. Superb and helpful staff from the moment of arrival to checking out fascinating and wonderful is Security Guard Willa who is the unofficial greeter welcomed and helping hand. What a gift to guests and staff.

The hotel lobby is very nice and the staff is very friendly. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. The only downside is the cost to park, the walls are very thin, there is significant road noise, it is jaunt from I-5, and the carpet needs some tlc. For the price, I would stay here again

Formaggia restaurant ridiculous. We went there hoping for a nice quiet dinner after a long day of driving and were met with a sports bar atmosphere. Loud noisy nerve wracking. We left. Next morning we went there for breakfast. Much calmer atmosphere. BUT…all food items were served in paper or plastic. Paper plates, bowls, coffee cups and plastic cups for water and juice. Also plastic utensils! The price of the food was high and you’d think the servewear would be appropriate for the cuisine. The wait staff were pleasant and efficient. The food was very good. In our room: the bottom of the tub was extremely slippery and no rubber mat was provided. Also the shower curtain insert was way too long and we both stepped on it. A real tripping hazard.

I was amazed at how beautiful and well appointed this hotel is. And it’s relatively reasonably priced. My only complaint was we had a woman in the next room whose voice was super loud and woke us up in the morning. But otherwise everything else was great. Formaggio restaurant was great too. Well done Marriot!
