This place is not even 1-star worthy!! Gross. Inappropriate. Desk help clueless. Sleeping on the job. People vaping in lobby. AC broken (in August mind you). Cushions thrown on property’s bushes. Cleanliness was atrocious. Checked out early and would not allow even a pet staying here!!!! Horrifying. Horrible is a gross understatement!!!!!!! DO NOT book here.

Stayed 3 nights

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday weekend trip to New York. The first night we had no tv. The second day we went to New York and returned to the hotel at 2:30am and still no tv. The lady at the front desk gave us another room. My husband noticed hair on the pillows and pulled the covers back and the bed was full of trash. As if someone slept in the bed and straightened it back up when they were done. But it had a working television. I told the front desk about it and she moved us to another room, which has a television and cleanER bed but the shower had no water pressure or hot water. On our last day/room we chose to shower when we make it home. Hair was all over ALL OF THE ROOMS we were switched to. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. IT WAS NOT WORTH MY MONEY OR TIME. I WILL NOT BE BACK. We did not go to breakfast, which was located in the restaurant attached to the hotel. I DID ENJOY NEW YORK THOUGH ❣️

Stayed 4 nights

First time in NJ and first stay at this hotel, but I've stayed at Wyndham hotels in the past. CONS: It was visibly aged with few amenities. The few pieces of equipment in the gym were all broken as was the water machine. So no workong out. Staff was hardly around to ask questions. There was no room cleaning or services, even though I requested it. I had to hunt down Staff on two occasions to ask for replacement towels and soap. Also the location is bad unless you have a car - you will need an Uber to access malls and to connect with other tramait services to go into NY. PROS: breakfast - though basic-came with the stay - toast, waffles, mini muffins, bagels, yogurt, apples, oranges and cereal. No hot foods (eggs, sauaage, bacon, potatoes). Also, there was coffee/tea/hot chocolate available by front desk throughout the day. There is a newly opened Starbucks and Raising Canes within walking distance which gives better food options. Overall it was a decent hotel, not too noisy, I felt safe, my room was clean on arrival. One of the room attendants - Ana - was really nice too! She loaned me a charger and turns out her sister has my name.
