Traveled for a wedding from out of state. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The room was very nice. Breakfast had a variety of items. Had a rehearsal dinner and the food was delicious. A shuttle took us to the venue and picked us up. All around great experience!

Just a very pleasant, comfortable hotel. An excellent restaurant, very attentive service and delicious food made every aspect perfect. There was a talented but way too loud singer but, happily, we were able to sit far away.

Property was very nice and the staff were extremely helpful. However there was animal fur on the floor in my room causing me to sneeze and the key for my door kept disconnecting so I had to walk to the front desk about 5 times. I would stay here again. It was a very nice hotel and it was pretty clean with a nice atmosphere.

Our stay was an overall positive experience. Room was clean, beds were comfy and TV was big. Breakfast was a self serve which was ok and pretty standard. The dining area is lovely and bar. The staff was very friendly. Outside around back there’s an outdoor patio that looks like Italy or Europe with a foundation and ivy along the walls which I thought was really quaint. Our room smelled a bit mildewy and we never got wash cloths for whatever reason even the following day upon request? That was a bit odd to me for a hotel. Not many toiletries. Overall a nice stay.

Our king room was well appointed. Appreciated the hard surfaces (quartz or Corian?) on the stand for luggage, the combo desk/vanity and the TV furniture which houses a micorwave and mini fridge. No fears of scratching furniture or leaving any marks. When I called about whether we could get a mini fridge in our room, I was told alll rooms have one, along with a microwave. TV is HUGE--at least 2 times bigger than what we are used to--enjoyed that. The grounds are beautiful, with flowering bushes and colorful plantings. The lobby is also the spot where the free breakfast is served from 6-9. The desk personnel told my friend that breakfast was from 6-10, but this is not so! Breakfast is set up so that even with many people arriving at the same time, it isn't crowded. Would definitely come back but I think this Hampton Inn may be atypical--I guess I will need to find out!

I was putting in room 20 one which is just above where the open area is for the bar downstairs in the music and parties went on until 2:30 in the morning. I didn’t get any sleep. Also, you cannot dial the front desk from the room. I found this extra extraordinarily weird. If you dial zero, nothing happens.

Very nice hotel. Great breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. We were in room 111 which is close to the office and elevator. The walls are very thin and it was noisy all night. Definitely don’t stay in a busy area. Ask for room farther away

The bathroom was really nice and modern and the bed was comfortable to sleep in, great black out curtains. The extra perk was the nice breakfast in the morning. They even had almond milk so I was able to make my protein shake as if I was at home.

I always liked Hampton. I was disappointed that they had housekeeping but I had to request it. Then on the day I was leaving, check-out was 12:00 and I was woken by housekeeping at 10:00.

The property is beautiful. The rooms are clean and spacious . The on-site restaurant has amazing food. It was a great weekend getaway. For those wanting to visit the city, the bus stop is just minutes up the road, and for those wanting to shop, there is a huge mall minutes away as well.

We loved the hotel and grounds. The only drawback was the access to the actual location from the American dream mall (east 46) isn’t the easiest to navigate. There was some road construction one of the evenings of our stay that prohibited the only way across the highway; we had to travel quite a distance beyond the hotel in order to get onto the side needed to access the entrance. The hotel is beautiful, clean and spacious with a decent breakfast provided. We would definitely stay again if traveling to the area.

The staff were super helpful. I called to let them know we were arriving late and the lovely front desk person suggested we order from the restaurant to have it waiting for us. That was amazing. Plus the food at the restaurant was incredible. All of the staff were lovely especially the gal at the bar. Thank you!
