This hotel is located just far enough from a busy road to be quiet, and near enough to offer a quick and easy commute. The room's furniture, fixtures and fittings were a little dated, but clean and everything was in good condition. The staff were all super friendly, efficient and helpful. The outside heated pool and hot tub were both great. There are two restaurants onsite, snacks & drinks in the lobby, and a large shopping plaza - with restaurants - a 5-minute walk from the hotel's front door. There's an ice machine and microwave on every floor. In the room, they have a small refrigerator, coffee machine, comfortable bed and reasonably quiet AC. I would visit again.

Place was nice, but would have enjoyed a non smoking environment. Could not enjoy the balcony because of smokers, and the downstairs patio are because of smokers.

Great hotel, but they should ban music in the pool. There were people in the jacuzzi with speakers, another in the pool, and music from the bar. Including people with giant coolers. They should pay more attention to the pool because people go there to relax.

Exceptional hotel for the price. Beautiful architecture and foyer, spacious rooms with shops and restaurants adjoining and even had a small gym. The only negative thing I’d like to point out is that the rooms didn’t come with microwaves. However, there was a communial microwave next to the ice maker by the elevator.

This is a great location. It has a nice pool and Caribbean style restaurant overlooking the lake. Situated next to the Promenade which has several restaurants and upscale shopping.

Unfortunately our room was not very clean. We had an outbreak of ants. We let the front desk know and they said we need to keep food closed....well, we didnt have any food, we had just arrived at midnight from the airport and haf nothing but wayer bottles. The next person said, that thats normal this time of year with all the rain. Maybe outside, but inaide tour room? C'mon. Additionally, there was hair all over the bathroom and shower, and the flooring hadn't been vacuumed, as we found randim items all over the carpet that woukd have been sucked up by the vacuum had it been. Lastly, as a single woman, i didnt like being put on the ground floor and i certainly didnt like the front deak guy saying my room number out loud for someone else to hear. The next day i brought it up to the front desk again and was given a different room on a higher floor, but it was clearly annoying to them given the tone that was used. Oh and i one more thing...it said when i booked thay breakfast was included- it is NOT! When i asked about it he told me it hasnt been free for 15 years and i didn’t know what i was talking about. So, ok, starbucks is less than a mile away, they weren't going to get any more of my money at the Trianon. It is what it is, just will find another place next time.

All in all, I would stay here again. I loved the size of it. The rooms were nice enough. The bed was fantastic. But man! the room was loud! Mostly due to the ancient wall AC unit but in general as well. The promenade across the parking lot had a decent Italian restaurant, some great boutique shops and a wonderful little market if you wanted to pick up wine or cheese or baguette or some other delicious Italian things. For the most part, the staff was great. That said, I found one front desk girl very rigid and purposely unfriendly to me. It was Monday May 5th. And I asked for a late check out since I had a 5 o’clock flight out of Fort Myers. If it had been peak season or even just a Friday when other people were coming in for the weekend, I probably wouldn’t even have asked to push the limit to 1 PM as opposed to the 12 PM, she was super reluctant to offer me. She was so happy to say NO we’ll have to charge you a whole other day if you aren’t out by 12. That extra hour would’ve meant the world to me, and I would almost bet my life that there wasn’t a hoard of people jockeying to get into my room. I understand rules and I’m actually happy to abide by them, but this seemed like an opportunity to bend them with no harm or foul for just one hour. It would’ve made all the difference to the end of my stay.

Very nice place for the price in the off season. However, the air is not central. It’s a wall unit that kicks on and off all night long. Plus in my room, 414, it also squeaked very loud. Kept waking me up over and over. Room was impeccably clean. Front desk staff so so friendly wise.

This hotel is amazing! Two restaurants on site that are both very nice. Pool and seating are great. One little nit pick is that there weren’t any outlets next to the bed in our room. One side table had a clock with a USB port. Other than that it was fantastic. We’ll be back.

The first room had an issue with the air conditioner, but the staff were quick to find us another one nearby on the same floor. The hotel common areas were clean and convenient and the free onsite parking was a plus. Overall we were happy with the value and if we find ourselves in south Florida again, we’ll be sure to return.

One of the best hotel stays, EVER!!!!!!!! The location is second to none. Shopping, dining, etc., everything is within walking distance. But the best part, the staff at the front desk. They were absolutely amazing. They were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Other than the front desk staff being a little rude, the hotel is a great bargain when staying in the Bonita Springs area. The beach is five minutes away by car. The property is beautiful and has great amenities. It’s our go to hotel when visiting Bonita.

We always try to stay here, it’s a 10 star hotel in my mind from the landscaping, to updated rooms, the beds , the pillows. Every room has everything you need. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The pool area overlooks a small lake and their restaurant outdoors is just wonderful. They always exceed our expectations every time we stay here. That when we are in the Naples Bonita area we stay here.

First time visiting bonita springs and this hotel was great quality for the price. The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the lake. Loved the bathroom. The staff were friendly and very helpful. My only drawback would be the gym is a little outdated as far as the equipment, especially the treadmill and nowhere to put your water or your phone on any of the machines but it did the job.It would have been good also to have a spray or something to sanitize your area after you are done. I misunderstood breakfast being included- there is actually a charge but apart from that great stay- would definitely come back.

What a beautiful setting. Good food at the the Lakeside restaurant overlooking a small lake. Beautiful landscaping and swimming pool. Could open a second floor window, with a lovely little balcony. Negatives: When leaving, I tripped and fell on the curb at the entrance. There shouldn't be any curbs at a hotel entrance where people are unloading. And $3 for a breakfast banana, seriously?
