The hotel it’s self was nice but the elevator was pretty sketchy, water cooler didn’t work well and the pool can use some tlc but the room and the hotel was clean..

Elevator was broken. I had called early in the morning and requested a ground floor. Not only did they not have a ground floor room for us, we had to walk three flights of stairs to get to our room. Once there, we realized one of the beds had an awful squeaking every time you moved. We removed the mattress and put it on the floor to sleep. The phone in the room did not work. When I called on my cell phone the next morning to ask for the manager, the person who answered the phone coukd not tell me when the manager was coming in but said they would leave a message for them to call me. We never got the phone call. Overall this hotel was great when I stayed at it previously. That's why I brought my family back to this specific hotel. However we did not have a good experience this time.

No desk clerk - the job had been outsourced to a virtual guy in India. The parking lot was less than half its normal size due to retarmac-ing, with extra big trucks in the limited lot, such that vehicles of paid guests could not fit and were potentially subject to towing. A man required by his doctor to use gym equipment for his health could not use it, as it was dysfunctional. When these matters were brought to the attention of the virtual Indian, he at first just made excuses for the problems but did not act to solve them. When people insisted on solutions, he said he'd cal in an assistant, who turned out to be a young female who could not speak a word of English. Between the cheapo outsourcing to India and DEI hiring of a likely illegal alien this hotel lost its reputation with several guests, at least. Meanwhile, pubescent kids, including a topless (and clearly mentally ill) girl ran around in the lobby, while three guys drank beer out at the pool that was supposedly closed for the night. No professional was present to remediate the circumstances.

The room was fine and the bed was comfortable, but the gym was closed, and they didn't provide notice of that and the breakfast was very limited. I understand not having eggs because of the cost, but the only fruit they had were apples and the overall selection was very limited .

This property seemed to constantly be “under construction” and had a worker painting around the lobby nonstop. Parking was extremely inconvenient and several work trucks monopolized the parking. The virtual front desk was new but a good experience.

Upon check-in, the bathroom/shower in our first room appeared to have been recently used—it was wet, there was a Dove soap box on the sink, Clorox Clean-Up spray left out, and a wet towel in the bedroom area. I was offered a cleaning or a room change; since my child and I had just carried all our belongings upstairs, I chose cleaning. When putting things away, I noticed the fridge was warm with no knob to adjust the temperature, so we moved to another room on the same floor. Unfortunately, this room also had a strange odor. Both rooms had dehumidifiers, which I emptied upon check-in and again after one day—a lot of humidity for Florida, where I have a dehumidifier at home that rarely fills in a single day. The breakfast selection was limited to cold, continental-style items. The bright side: the shower got hot, which is great after a long drive or, for my son, after a day of sports. Overall, I would not choose this hotel again as my first option.

There were little roaches in the room daily. The windows were dirty and moldy to the point of disgust. The elvevator is SUPER SKETCHY. It feels like it is on its last leg and the license was out of date since August of 2023. Beds were comfortable and ac worked.

The breakfast was simple, but fine. The waffles were good! A variety including more protein would be nice, but for the money, it was fine. The hotel was clean. The virtual check-in was interesting, but easy! It was a great value for the lower cost. If you just want place to take a shower and rest at night, it is a good find!

Room and hotel are very clean and I felt safe. Parking is easy and it's located near convenient places. The breakfast options are slim and the note about there being no eggs because of bird flu seems a bit dated and just like an excuse not to have eggs during a slow season. Overall, a solid, comfortable state that offered what I needed.

The property was poorly maintained and looked run down. There were also roaches in the room. The phones in the room didn't work and it was hard to reach staff. It was not a pleasant stay. I would not recommend this place.

Very clean and accomodating. Floors were hardwood, no gross carpets. Breakfast was ok nothing fancy - also only available from 7am-9am. Great cleaning staff. Unsure about eco-friendliness; no recycling. Great location right off i-75. Some trouble with keys deactivating on our last day, luckily cleaning staff was able to let us in as there is no human on the desk. Overall fantastic stay, good value.

Although they have a remote check in staff, the check in process is still fast and they are friendly. I like that the rooms are not carpeted and have a dehumidifier in them. Although I have stayed here a few times and they were filled to the top and should have been emptied already (they auto turned off). I really like the furniture choices in the rooms. The sofas are a bit hard, but they will last a long time. The finish is also pretty hard but makes it very easy to clean if there is a spill or something. I didn’t go in the pool but it looks nice. The breakfast is super basic and should not be a selling point. Overall, I love coming here and have stayed several times.

Stayed 5 days. The pros: Clean, large and updated room. Pool was clean. The cons: Wi-Fi is a joke. Breakfast very limited and TV channels are in analog. It’s 2024 for crying out loud. Would we stay again? Maybe if the price is right like this time.

The room was spacious and clean. Loved having a sofa. Only complaint the tv does not move so you can watch it from the sofa. The chairs were a little awkward to sit in. Otherwise I loved the stay. Quiet !

Check-in was with a kiosk not an actual person. The room was run down and needed some improvements. It had a humidifier running in it that filled up in the middle of the night. The connecting door to the room next to us was missing the dead bolt and only had the chain lock holding it shut.

I stayed for one night and overall it was okay for a short stay. The air conditioner started making a loud noise in the middle of the night, which was a bit disturbing. The shower handle was a little hard to turn on and off. Breakfast was included, but it could definitely be improved. It’s a basic place, fine if you're just passing through.

Bedside electricty (in room 218) had a short, so lamp couldn't work 5. TV signal was horrible (grainy/fuzzy), and it occurred in multiple rooms from my undestanding; cable company utility truck was there but nothing changed 6. I asked for receipt at checkout, and the response was "check your email later"; still none received.

Check in with a video screen. Had to wait a long time since there were issues with customers ahead of us that would have been resolved easier if there was an actual person there. Just felt like there was no one there on staff at all. Not a reassuring feeling in the event of there being a problem. Will be avoiding these kind of hotels in the future.

The desk is operated by a computer screen: you talk with a guy remotely. The men I talked with were very unfriendly and didn't speak clear English. They treat you like a moron when you don't understand them. They are probably from India! A cheap solution because they don't want to hire an American clerk! Horrible!

Clean and comfortable so for that 5 stars. However, while I give Adam 2 thumbs up for his efficiency and was pleasant, I do not like seeing a live person in front of me. You loose the person attention. Does feel like talking to a machine. Not a fan!

The automated check in process is not easy or an improvement. The key producer was broken and was an issue in getting a key for the room. With no front desk no answers were able to be answered. As such thought the change a poor experience.

Hard to check in as there was only a self service computer screen. Batteries were missing from remote in room. Was unable to be refunded a day when trying to check out early with over 24 hr notice. Then we canceled the check out, come to find out that they still checked us out of the rooms early and had booked them already for someone else. Have been waiting for management to call back for 3 days now for an explanation or money back due to the double booking for the last day and no partial refund.

This is my favorite place to stay when in Bonita/ Naples Florida. Can't say anything bad. It's right off the exit and so easy to go to Naples for everything. There are several great places to eat in the area. One of our favorites is Dollie's which is a couple miles down the road. There are several places within walking distance. The hotel is always clean, nice pool, rooms are large and clean. Staff always very kind and friendly. Safe area. I travel with my daughter [9 years old]. I am 69, yes we adopted. This was our anual girls trip.

Good other then the checkin through the machines and no people there. I also think that breakfast needs to be served longer than 9 am. Wasn’t able to utilize it at all because of the late night due to an emergency surgery on a family member while traveling. Checking in at 4:30 am should not be charged as a full night either. Especially when you have more than one night.
