The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean. Parking is horrible they charge 80 plus dollars for valet parking per day but when I got there no one was there to greet me and park my car. Self parking is 60 plus dollar per day and it's far from the hotel. Parking is cheaper at other locations across the street

Very nice place with easy access to Magnificent Mile shops. Price was amazing too! Only thing was pool was closed - which there was a way for them to indicate that when people are reserving because we have two littles who love to use the pool.

Most hotels have terrible restaurants attached but this independent Australian cafe serves AMAZING coffee and food including fresh smoked salmon bagels which was my go-to. Anyone who has been to Australia knows they LOVE good coffee Down Under which is apparent here. The area is SO nice to walk to the lake and sunbathe in the Summer, or go for a morning run around the park’s jogging track 2 blocks down. Having the living room area separate to the bedroom was a huge bonus for those in our party that wanted to nap. Amazing hotel! OH the views from the gym were awesome too on the top floor to see the city. Can’t wait to come back.

While there were many positive aspects, including a clean room and a comfortable bed, I encountered several issues that detracted from my overall experience. First, I would like to address the valet parking service. Unfortunately, I found the valet attendant to be quite rude, and the wait times for both drop-off and pick-up were excessively long, especially given that there was only one attendant on duty. Considering the $82 charge for this service, I expected a faster and more courteous experience. Additionally, the pool was not operational during my stay, and the television in my room kept freezing. When I brought this issue to the attention of the front desk, I was informed that maintenance could only address it the following morning, which was disappointing. On the positive side, I appreciated the complimentary water provided at the front desk. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I hope these matters can be addressed for future guests.

Good hotel. Pool is down for maintenance which is a bummer but not a deal breaker for us. We stayed 3 nights, I think my only complaint is that you can hear the people next to you clear as day if it’s a connecting room. Overall good stay!

This is by far one of the dirtiest Hiltons I have stayed. There’s a smell in the room’s carpet and drapes, stains on the blankets and pillow cases. We found spiders and a moth flying around in the bathroom. The windows wasn’t clean. I didn’t even want to walk around barefoot. The entire stay did not feel clean at all.

Location was good but the rooms were dusty and not very clean. Room temperature varied. I had to get up several times throughout the night to turn the thermostat off and on. It was either freezing or hot. Mattress was extremely worn. The side was completely collapsed and I kept rolling to the side. Additionally there was a stain on my sheets. I had a horrible night sleep. Costly stay and terrible experience.

The staff was helpful and kind, the room was clean but did have a constant running toilet. The view from the room was amazing. The area was walkable to everywhere I wanted to go. There was a great place to eat right at the hotel that had an amazing breakfast. All in all it was a good stay.

The flight was great. The hotel room was dirty when we checked in, Hair trimmings in the sink, dirty sheets in the closet and the room was dusty. I brought it to the hotel front desk staff attention. They apologized and went up clean sheets. We were settling in for the night so I changed the sheets, cleaned the sink and Clorox wiped down the surfaces. Beside that hiccup everything else was great with the hotel. Friendly staff, great location and the cafe was delicious.

Room was a suite with 2 doubles and a separate Living/Kitchenette are that had a sink as well a fridge. Only complaint was that the Shower had loose escutcheon plates around the bath fixtures.

The location was great as it was very close to Michigan ave. The rooms and especially bathrooms need some updating. It was nice to have a suite though woth a separate bedroom. There is a refrigerator and microwave which was nice.

Great hotel! Hotels.com had not forwarded my reservation, so it took 20min to get it sorted out. Large suites and great lake view from the 23rd floor and up. Super comforting bed amd pillows!

Hotel property was amazing. Room was very clean and staff was friendly. Location was perfect. I was shocked to find that my room was connected to another room by just a deadbolt and door jam. That made me feel very uncomfortable and could barely sleep. By the time I realized that, I felt that it was too late to request another room. I’m sure they would have. I just wouldn’t think they would give me a connecting room without requesting that.

Our room was not serviced for 2 days. After informing the front desk (Alex & Steven) the 1st day no housekeeping came the 2nd day. We had to continue asking on day 2 until they finally came at 5pm. Worse than Motel 6 service. Also our coffee maker did not work the 1st 2 days until a technician came. Not a very customer focused hotel. Worst Hilton I've stayed in. Never again many other choices,

We had no hot water. We called and we were told to run sink in room, bathroom sink and shower for 10 minutes then we got hot water. We had to do this for every shower. We almost missed our dinner reservations because valet would not answer to get our car and when we came down they refuse to get our car for 30 minutes. Hotel just told me the valet is not their problem. They contract the valet. Valet is $80 a night and short staffed for busy hotel. Worst stay and front desk not helpful.

Upon check in I was given a key to a room that was occupied so I walked in on someone (extremely dangerous and awkward) the room I finally ended up in had a great view but was old and not as clean as I prefer (I always stay in Hiltons)

Front desk staff was rude upon arrival. 20% gratuity on restaurant bill for 2 ppl… very uncommon to add gratuity to parties under 6. Allows staff to not be attentive n they still make tips. Pool not working n doesn’t state that when u make reservations. Had to call for clean towels at 430 pm room hadn’t been attended to

Nicole at the front desk was absolutely amazing. At check in she gave us suggestions of places to see and places to eat. There was a room ready for us super early, which was lovely as I had messaged and asked for an early check in or at least to leave our luggage somewhere safe. To get off an early flight and be able to get in our room on Saturday morning was a fantastic way to start our weekend. Thank you!

I had a very good stay at the Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile. The staff were very nice, check-in was smooth and convenient, and they even provided us with water upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is excellent, as it’s close to many local attractions and makes it easy to explore the city. One area that could be improved is the parking situation. Since having a car is almost a necessity, the parking rates felt quite high, which added to the overall cost of the trip. Making parking more affordable would make the stay even better. Overall, a comfortable hotel with a great location and welcoming staff.

What i liked was its location. In the middle of everything. But off the busy street. Restaurants & shopping a block away. What needs to be done is an upgrade to the bathroom. Wasn't bad , but tub/shower area need some attention.

I had a great stay at the Hilton - the suite was excellent and also quiet! The staff were also super friendly and helpful, especially the concierge. The hotel is also in a great and walkable location. The restaurant in the hotel (Chapel Street) is SUPERB - amazing coffee and amazing food.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. Loved having the sleeping area separate from lounging space. We ate at the attached restaurant 2 days in a row. Both times the food was phenomenal. The service, however, was great on the first day but not so much on the second. 20% is automatically tacked onto the bill as a tip so I feel like the service should be there.
