Comfort Inn Hyannis - Cape Cod

Property was clean, however the indoor pool was closed without notice for maintenance and the continental breakfast was terrible (The scrambled eggs were watery and tasted awful.).

The property was older but renovated. The beds were a little too soft for my liking but comfortable enough. The room was clean enough; carpets couldve been cleaner. Water pressure in the shower was low and I wished it was higher. Parking was very tight, there almost wasnt enough parking for all the guests. Breakfast area was very spacious so there were lots of tables for everyone, but the food choices were limited. I was very surprised there wasn't any eggs of any kind offered (scrambled, hard boiled). Overall, it was good enough. We just needed something to come back to after spending the day at the Cape.

I liked the breakfast but should switch up the sausage to bacon every other day. Hot tub large and spacious, pool needs to be warmer but overall great stay!

The layout of the building is awkward. The elevator os small and old. While the location was okay, i would stay in another property.

Staff was very nice. We couldn’t take breakfast back to our rooms which was frustrating and disappointing as a family with a toddler. Dusty bathroom vent. Elevator smelled like oil. It was an affordable option and the room was clean. Nice pools. Great front desk service.

Very well maintained hotel. Location is perfect, near main street (restaurants) and 10 minutes walk to port (ferry). Breakfast was good, not great (only two kind of fruit, 1 kind of muffins, white and whole wheat bread only). The spa was warm at best, But otherwise these minors misses, great place to stay.

This hotel is very reasonably priced and is clean and modern. It is walking distance to a lot of shopping and restaurants. It is not close to the beach so no water views. There are two pools. One indoors and one outdoors. We stayed there while in town for a funeral so not a vacation. If you are looking for a Cape Cod vacation experience this is probably not the place you would want unless you don't mind driving to the waterfront.

Good location for exploring Cape Cod. Pool was clean and great for cooling off at the end of the day. Free parking. Nice check in.

The Comfort Inn was in a great location. Beds were comfortable. Room could have been cleaner (windows dirty and bathroom had corner mold and tub was stained and peeling). The breakfast was little to be desired (cold scrambled eggs and not enough variety of items).

The bathroom was not clean, especially the shower. Many things needed to be updated. The only good thing was the location.

Noisy and obviously not fully cleaned after last guest

The room was dirty upon our arrival, with hair in the tub and a damp, moldy smell. There was mold in the corners of the tub, and it didn’t drain well, causing dirty water to rise quickly while we showered. It was disgusting. We had a room with a king-size bed and a sofa bed for our daughter, but there was no comforter provided for the sofa bed. When I called to request one, I was told there were none available and that I could use the blankets left in a drawer. The blankets smelled old and moldy, clearly not having been washed in a while. Despite booking the room for three people, only two towels were provided. The breakfast was fine—nothing special but nothing to complain about. The king-size bed was comfortable, but overall, I would never stay there again.

The property was clean. The staff was awesome.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The walls are paper thin. Carpet disgusting. Our room was full of mold and smelled terrible. Thankfully all we did was sleep—wouldn’t want to spend any more time in this hotel.

Besides the location the rest wasn't really a blast. The place is quite dirty. The bed sheets, very old and overused. Bad smell. Walls with nasty stains on them. The patio door, sticky and dirty. The small spot we gad access to outside, very dirty,yoghurt stains, trash. The person at the reception tried to help, offering us a different room that was not different. Breakfast ok. In conclusion, for the paid price, it was a poor experience.

It was as hoped. Room was clean. Breakfast very acceptable. Nothing fabulous but wasn't expecting it to be. This is very good for a comfort inn. Clean, quiet. --- Basic hotel room.

Friendly staff, accomodating. From our experience 3rd story rooms are in better condition. Facelift did some good but some of the old issues show. Lovation is great for spening time there and walking to kocal restaurants and shops

Room small. Housekeeping only made 1 bed. Breakfast bad.

In general, a nice property. Appears to have been renovated recently. Nice lobby area and adjacent breakfast room. Room was very clean ... but, minor problem,the bathroom door made a loud, squeaking noise and would not close. The main door was fitted into the wall improperly and let in a lot of light during the night. Major problem 1: My room, and all of the others I glanced into, had no closets. No hangers, no rails to put clothes on. Nothing! Can you imagine? A hotel that has no places to hang your clothes? Major problem 2: At 4am the guest in the next room decided to have an angry phone call with someone. This woke me up and went on for an hour. At 5am I called "0" for the front desk. No answer. Left a voice-mail. No one ever got back to me. The loud phone call went on for 2 more hours, ending around 7am. I hesitated to knock on the guest's door because the guy was so obviously angry. Once he stopped, at 7, I called my local friends and changed our plans, so I could squeeze in another hour of sleep. Then I went to the front desk to complain, where the clerk said that the phone was probably unattended because that clerk was in the bathroom and I should have called back again. In other words, "all my fault". No apologies, no commitment to do better. So, in a pinch, you can't count on the staff.

WiFi did not work in my room. Staff said they would take care. But, not available in room. It was fine in the lobby.

Paper thin walls.

The staff was accommodating and friendly but the facilities could use some care. Very little airflow in the room. The guide wasn’t functioning on the television and there were no options to log into your own streaming services. The desk chair was broken.

The room is next to a major intersection the room is very noisy

The hotel is conveniently located and it's easy to walk to restaurants, tourist attractions and shops. The room needed to be renovated, the tub/shower was old, the drain would back up during showers. The real problem was there was a lot of noise in the hallway all during the night. People would stand in the hallway, talking loudly/laughing with no regard for those in the rooms in the area.

Everything was good. Only issue was the desk was empty many times with customers waiting.

Incredibly wonderful staff, went above & beyond expectation. Even though older building obviously fairly recent renovation, very nice hotel, location and value for the rate charged. Would definitely stay longer in a future stay.

The front desk was very accommodating to our late arrival and an issue in our room.

The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The building is older, but very clean. The beds were very comfortable. It would be useful to take a look at a few simple, small problem maintainance issues. We had a really nice stay.

I brought my service dog. And one of the questions I was asked when we checked in by the front desk associate was what was my condition??? First of all never are u to be asked what your medical conditions are. That is my own personal information that I needed to put out here. How uncomfortable and embarrassing was that for me. My husband and I always stay in Marriott’s and never have been asked this. Then we can’t leave our pet in the room we are told, go for breakfast and again attacked with no dog in the breakfast area, she had her service vest on…. This behavior and questioning is absurd at your lower ranked hotel. Extremely disappointing from a professional establishment, your team needs to be trained properly on the do’s and don’ts on customer service, and privacy acts…

This hotel was very nice. We weren’t driving so we needed a convenient location, and this was perfect. Literally across the street from the Hyannis Transportation Center and an 8 or 9 minute walk from both the Hy-Line and Steamship Authority docks. The room was clean and roomy with 2 big beds, a big TV, AC and a nice little balcony to sit in the sun. Free breakfast was included and it was very nice (and different every day). For some reason they didn’t make the beds on our last night but that’s a very minor thing. They even let us keep our bags secure for 5 or 6 hours after we checked out so we could enjoy our last day without lugging things around. I’ll stay here again.

The person at the check in on the day we arrived was very unprofessional I asked her not too keep running my card cause it was going to keep charging me she got upset called me a word that was un called for and un professional among other things saying she was going to mess me up I would suggest you look more into this situation I'm reporting this to the head quarters and never recommend this place to any of my family or friends and I did feel threatened by her actions I stayed quiet for my safety and because she told me she would cancel me out after she already over charged me I was told I will be the extra charge and deposit back in 3 to 5 business days overall it was a very bad experience

I didn’t want to be close to the front desk, as it would be noisy, I had 2 heavy bags of groceries & was the put @ the complete other end of the property. When I asked the man @ the desk if I could be somewhere in the middle, he got angry & I was told that would be my final time, so I returned to the faraway room toting bags & stayed there.

Hotel is conveniently located right on Main Street where there were lots of shopping and dining options. It is located about 12 minutes walking to Hy-line for the ferry to Martha Vineyard. Property is dated but cleaned. Breakfast was minimal. The one important thing this hotel was missing were the laundry machines. Overall, we were comfortable during our stay.

Property was close to the boat to Nantucket!

Very close to the bus station and boats to the islands.

No reason why this place should not receive 10/10. It was perfect. Close to the ferries. Close to Main Street.

Easy access from the bus station and to the ferry

Clean, easy to find, easy to park, pool indoor and outdoor, breakfast included, walking distance from train station, from main St shops, from the ferry, from JFK Museum Etc.

We enjoyed our stay but wasnt thrilled with the indoor pool. It smelled And was clean but run done old. Out side pool looked better but to cold. We wanted to used the Jacuzzi but wasn't comfortable about it Also didnt care for the breakfast eggs were horrible and the sausage was greasy. I cant eat the other stuff.no other protien options. Cant eat waffles but man did they smell great. But dam the shower pressure and hot water was great and the bed was comfortable

Bathroom was older and in disrepair. Breakfast selections were limited and did not include eggs. Required a credit card at check in but Apple/Tap to Pay and chip reader were not available.

The location of downtown Hyannis City was great. Except for the size of the TV in the room the rest was average. The free breakfast should be improved (No fruit, scrambled eggs awful).
