I was very frustrated with two things that are most important in my stay: 1. Only decaf coffee in my room when I woke up, had to downstairs, then they were back ordered on regular coffee and coffee shop was not open yet 2. Treadmill in gym almost caused me a serious ankle injury. There was an some sort of electrical short, kept stalling, very scary. I reported it to the front desk so someone else would not get significantly insured. But I was frustrated not to be able to run.

I loved the unique decor of the hotel, and the staff was very kind. There is no parking onsite, unless you pay 35.00 per night. I also think each floor should have a microwave, instead of 2-floors current. Nice location to walk to the downtown area and UM campus.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. There are many common space areas to sit and visit which was great for our family trip. The restaurant and lounge were not only conveniently located, but the food and drinks were delicious!

A great hotel, helpful staff and loved the lobby area for coffee and it had ample space for meeting with coworkers. My room was great, comfortable beds, nice amenities, and loved the decor. I was in a room right by the elevator and it was very loud at night. I couldn’t tell if directly above me was a storage closet or just really loud guests. If you get a room by an elevator I’d trust to move

After a long day of moving our daughter in to an apartment all we wanted to do was have a cocktail in the lounge and some light food. You had to stand in line to order a drink, they had only 1 bartender and all the tables were dirty or not cleaned off after previous guests. This is the second time we have been here (last year around the same time) where this has happened. They need to do a better job staffing this area and make it the gem it should be.

Stayed at the Graduate during the Spring Game weekend. Great location to walk around campus, restaurants/bars, shops, etc. The bar was nice for a late night drink and the coffee shop was perfect for a coffee/breakfast sandwich in the morning. Rooms were a bit small but the bed was very comfortable. Overall I enjoyed the stay and would book here again.

Heart of Ann Arbor. Walk to anywhere. Valet parking was required. Restaurant on site that we did not try. Coffee in room was instant . Not a fan of that. Overall a nice place and would stay again. PRICEY...

Liked: Good location. Nice staff overall. Unlike: When looked under furniture to check if I didnt leave anything behind it was very dirty. Housekeepjng were loud outside of room in the mornings. Late checkout costs despite hotel having plenty of availability were high.

During our 7-night stay, housekeeping was only done once. And that was after making more than 10 phone calls. The floor was covered with hair and dust. Since they didn’t clean the room, I at least asked for water and towels, but they didn’t even provide that. This is unimaginable service for a hotel that charges 1 million KRW per night. I booked this hotel for my daughter’s school admission, but it turned out to be the worst hotel experience of my life. Parents visiting Ann Arbor, please never come here—absolutely never.

Room was fairly beat up and seems to be missing furniture. A very large party of the room was empty with no rig or carpet. The bathroom had a dirty wall and the tile on the floor was not clean.

Stayed for a game day. Rooms are extremely small (think European sizing). We stayed in a room with 2 Queen beds. There were only 3 of us and it was a tight fit. Hotel is decorated very well. Location is walkable to all of campus, Main Street, etc Shower head had calcium/lime build up. Water pressure is awful. Nice restaurant/bar. Valet parking is $40 a night which seems a little steep. Great location in downtown Ann Arbor! Very unique hotel and design with a lot of "local color". Rooms are on the smaller side but cute. Bathrooms are very dark and there is no light over the shower.

The room temp couldn't be altered manually, and held at 63 degrees the entire time. I switched it to heat, and it wouldn't change. Spent very little time in the room and slept in 2 layers so not to freeze through the night Asked for assistance and received none. Otherwise, it was a great location for the art fair access.

The Graduate Ann Arbor was located in prime area for shopping, bars/restaurants, and activities. My room on the fifth floor was dark and paint was chipping off the walls of which I took pictures. The noise, not due to the location, but due to the thin walls was horrible. I was awakened several times in the middle of the night as I heard other guests enter their rooms. I even heard neighbors toilet flushing at 2am. Never again………

If was fine for the price and location. The HVAC needs work. We couldn’t get the room to warm above 67 with outside temperature in the 80’s. Hall was even colder; this is wasting energy.

I’m not sure the acquisition by Hilton has improved the Graduate. If anything, it feels like it has taken a step backwards. The hotel feels increasingly dated, the WiFi is spotty, the restaurant was mediocre, and the $38 per night for guest parking feels like a ripoff. I’ve been staying here for a long time, but it feels like it may be time to look for an alternative.

I can’t say enough about the kind and enjoyable staff at The Graduate. They took such care to greet and accommodate each guest. We were celebrating a birthday and received special treats and birthday wishes - and then we had a surprise proposal and the staff checked in with us the next day, remembering and asking how our “first 24 hours of being an engaged couple was going” - so kind and personalized to our stay. The hotel decor is classic and fun with its “Harvard” feel. The only very small issue was slow Internet. The hotel is right on the edge of the UM campus and had great, walkable dining options. This property is valet only - which was good for us & all of the valet employees were friendly and careful. Will definitely stay here again!

Valet makes no sense. The lot is connected to the building. If they just gave us a numbered spot that would be easier. Also the room walls are paper thin. Listening to someone cough all night is obnoxious.

The staff were so kind, we loved talking with Eric, and the staff at the bar. We felt safe while we stayed here for the Zach Bryan concert, it had just been a tad disappointing that our room wasn’t ready at 4 instead after 4:30, but they gave us tickets for the bar and that helped while we wait. Overall great experience, we’ll be back.

Check in was a nightmare. Had to pay an extra $198 because the clerk said Hotels.com did not charge enough even though I prepaid a guaranteed rate. I complained when I got my check in survey and the manager did correct it before we left. The first day they did not clean our room. We asked them to clean it when we returned and they said they could give us clean towels. They did that and they did make our bed but that was it. Room was ok but bathroom is too dark.

loved the unique feel of the hotel and all of the 'found' art and furniture. It made the feel warm and welcoming. Breakfast at their restaurant was pretty terrible though. I wouldn't go there again which is such a shame. Avocado toast was way off. They need to improve that restaurant.. everything else was great.

My husband and I needed a hotel for the night before our VRBO rental with family. The Graduate was awesome! The room was comfortable and there was delicious dining onsite with excellent service. Our first drinks were comped as was our morning coffee from their adorable coffee shop. We'll stay again if we're in the area!
