The Kensington Hotel

Friendly staff, clean room, pool and hot tub were fabulous.

Dirty sheets, dirty toilet, window that looked out onto an interior hallway. Weird and gross! Won’t be staying here again.

Wonderful hotel. Have stayed here many times and it is always clean with really helpful friendly staff.

The room was nice and clean, but the air conditioner did not work. When we arrived in the room, the temperature was 77 degrees. When we discovered that the air didn’t work we requested a different room but were informed that all the rooms were the same way because it is an older hotel and the system would not be changed to “cooling”until mid-May. All they could do was send up a fan and suggest we open the window (which only opened about three inches and didn’t have a screen on it). The temp in the room rose to 82 degrees and it took them three hours to send up a fan. We will not stay here again and would not recommend it.
