The Westin St. Louis

Parking here is not free with the hotel stay. Rooms are at least 300.00 if not more a room but you have to pay 42.00 to park. Then you leave parking lot to go site seeing and dinner come back and have to park even further away from hotel but still paying 42.00. Its not right.

Excellent place to stay! My only complaint is the parking! It’s not clear where the hotel parking is vs public parking. Ended up paying more for parking due to vague instructions and no hotel parking signs/directions. Now we know and will definitely stay again next time!

Room was big and updated. No microwave, but did have refrigerator and coffee maker. Bathroom was huge with nice tub and shower. Had to pay for internet which wad disappointing. Clean. Elevator was very slow. Great location for Busch Stadium and Ballpark village. Easy parking with open lot for our tall van. Easy checkin. Staff friendly. Easy access to public transportatoon.

The building itself is nice. Parking is close, but not included. $40 per night (not stated on the listing that I recall). The staff is hit or miss with one employee being rude and judgmental when we asked about the facilities. “Pool? We don’t have a pool,” he huffed, and then ignored us going back to something on the computer while sitting at the front desk. Sorry for asking. Sheesh. Ordering food from the bar takes a long time at night and I ended up skipping out on breakfast after some awkward service in the morning.

From the time we pulled in, until the second we left…staff was AMAZING. Hotel was clean, rooms were huge! My only complaint is having to pay for parking $50 a night…that is a little steep! Location is excellent!

The gym is fantastic with the latest cardio equipment (except the rowing machine was missing). The room was very nice too

This is my first time staying here for opening day, St. Louis Cardinals. While the hotel, the room, the workout room was clean and big and they had Peloton in their workout room, their key cards did not work all weekend so we were not able to get into our room in a timely manner nor into the Club room, nor the fitness room without going back every single time to the front desk and asking for a new key card and sometimes that would work and sometimes it wouldn’t. They just shrugged it off like it was no big deal but having to go back and forth 17 times in our stay or more was very inconvenient .

I don't like they charge the packing for 40 dollars to the guest. White outside only 30.

Very convenient to the ballpark stadium. Lots of restaurants/bars to eat or drink. Walking distance to the arch. One thing that I disliked was the hotel only had one working elevator.

Great hotel but club room wasn’t open on the Sunday we arrived and Wi-Fi was not free which I think is a bit ridiculous for the caliber of the hotel itself. Otherwise excellent stay, beautiful rooms, and can’t beat proximity to Busch Stadium and Metrolink.

Rooms were big and comfortable, very clean.

Wonderful stay! The Westin was so clean and comfortable. We loved every minute of it and can’t wait to stay again.

The restaurant was slow, food choices were limited (only bar food in the evening and not even a choice to order a salad in the evening), there were no microwaves in the room (we couldn't even make a bag of popcorn). The people at the hotel were AWESOME though. VERY friendly and as accommodating as possible. I made a request for extra pillows, and they were delivered within 10 minutes. SUPER friendly staff!! The hotel was INCREDIBLY clean!

Mold in the shower, rude front desk attendant, mystery fees, etc

Parking was a mess. Our bathroom floor was not clean. Looked like vomit on the floor by the toilet on trash can. Our socks stuck to it. I just put tales down and walked on them. I did tell the front deck the next morning when we checked out. They didn't seem to care. They did thank me for telling them. I tried to upload a photo of the bathroom floor. Would not let me.

Front staff not friendly or helpful. Waited in line for long time both checking in and out, even with the reservation. Room had filth on the wall vent and curtains. Shower leaked, faucet leaked. No light bulb in the overhead light. Waited for some time before being seated for breakfast. Ordered biscuits and gravy. Biscuits were frozen when severed. Our meal was comped, which it should have been. The only positive was the valet was very kind, courteous, and helpful. This Marriott location was the worst stay we have ever had at any other Marriott hotels.

It really wasn't great, I expected it to be much better. The room didn't seem very dirty but when I went to the bathroom I could see very nasty stuff in the sink drain, and one of the bathroom walls had stuff all over it. Then I went to bed and the duvet on the comforter had both makeup stains and I think food stains on it. The next morning when I went down for breakfast I waited to be seated for more than 5 minutes and saw no one. By the way this was at 10 minutes after 9:00 a.m. so I'm certain I wasn't too early or late for their breakfast offerings. I will say that the gentleman who worked behind the desk when I checked in was very polite and the man working the valet was also very cool. However I expected I'm nicer and cleaner experience for what it cost to stay there and I won't be coming back.

Hotel was beautiful as usual, not our first stay here. Walked into the room only to be greeted by an acrylic nail in the middle of the floor! Someone was sent right away to clean the room but that’s not something I like to see in my hotel room. Pretty disgusting.

The bed was excellent. Room was nice and quiet too.

Beautiful building and the room was very spacious in all aspects. Bedding was very comfortable and check in and out was quick and easy!

The hotel is in a nice location next to the ball park which has a lot of eateries around it. The hotel itself is first class, with the rooms huge and beautifully appointed. The huge rooms led to a very quiet stay. Highly recommended hotel

On our 31 day road trip around the country, the family agreed that this one had the nicest bathroom and largest bathroom. We all loved the soaking tub. Valet was convenient. Easy walk to the ballpark.

The view of the stadium was amazing

Hotel is nice, parking can be a pain. Our room didn’t have functioning A/C and when we discussed it with the front desk we were told they couldn’t refund us because we prepaid. Of course I prepaid I wanted to make sure I had a room reserved. We will be staying somewhere else next time on our yearly trip to STL.

Great hotel, awesome staff, convenient location…..but the water pressure in the shower is awful, barely a trickle coming out. 4/5 stars because of that.

Incredibly convenient location, but wow the outside noise from the close railway & numerous bars is unlike anything I’ve heard before. I would stay here again if going to a ballgame, but would definitely bring a fan/noise machine and ear plugs.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a night to attend a concert at Ball Park Village. This hotel was perfect for this event. Our room was clean and ready as soon as we arrived even though we arrived about 30 minutes before our check in time. The staff were welcoming and incredibly friendly. Joel was amazing. He got us checked in quickly, upgraded our room, and gave us vouchers for a FREE drink or appetizer.The hotel was right across the street from Busch Stadium and a short walk from Ball Park Village. The FREE WiFi was fast. The bed was comfortable. No need dongles because there were plenty of USB ports in the room for charging devices. Parking was $50 for valet or $40 for self parking in a flat, guarded lot across the street. If you're attending something at Busch stadium and don't want to hassle with parking or traffic, I'd recommend staying here. My rating: BEST

Staff was friendly and the location was next to Busch Stadium making an easy walk to and from the game.

We arrived at 245 and was told our room would be a couple of minutes. We finally got our room at 4 after sitting around and had to ask if it was ready when they said they would call us in a couple of minutes

They were not prepared for a busy concert weekend. Long lines to check in and valet. After concert, no food at all. Door Dash and Uber Eats made a killing. Rude bartender when I asked her about dining. Lost our car keys the next morning. Have stayed here before and it was great. They need a reset.

Our family of 10 planned this trip in March, reserving 5 rooms. Check-in was not accomplished though we arrived at 4. The bar area, to wait for our phone call, and told they were out of some of the food; drinks and appetizers were ordered. At 5 p.m. I went to the front desk to inquire --- 2 rooms were ready, 3 were promised in 20 minutes, then "in a little while". An hour later had to get to the game. No shower, no clean up time at all. We still had our luggage and we put it all in one of the 2/5 rooms. Elijah helped us get the remainder of the rooms at 9 p.m.. Everything seemed so unorganized. From check-in to eating in the restaurant. It seemed like all the servers were new hires, which is fine, but not enough training for the crowd there for the Cubs/Cardinals. After all these years it should smooth as silk. Eight of the ten of us decided to go elsewhere to eat after the game. My husband and I went to the bar. First there was a big, loud angry discussion that someone had not been able to get his room, although previously paid for. Then within the bar, a couple got into a loud foul language argument that went on for 20 minutes until the head bartender asked them to leave. Finally. Overall, the hotel itself was very nice; The staff, while being friendly didn't seem to know their job. The rooms were great. Now I will see what my statement says.

Checkin was a disaster. Took over a hour. Made us late for the concert. Then we had to wait another 25 minutes because the room wasn’t clean yet. It looked great when we finally got up there. Valet parking was great. For the most part the stay was fantastic. Checking in was a disaster.

Great location close to the Arch and stadium. Large rooms and bathroom. Very quiet with no street noise or hallway activity.

Great location if you are going to Busch Stadium. Park at the hotel and walk to the game.

Everything was great - very easily walkable to much of what St. Louis has to offer. Several parking options as well. Will be back!

its a very nice Hotel but we choose it because is literarily in front of the baseball stadium and we were going to a concert. STL is a renound dangerous city so we didn't felt safe waking after the concert.

Wood dining tables in restaurant had thick layer of grease dirt built up on them. You could take a finger nail had peel up sticky black buildup. Pointed it out to manager and he said that they were going to be replaced. But why are the continuing to use something so nasty

Dante the bartender was fantastic. However our waitress was I hate to say awful. She seemed very sweet but completely overwhelmed. Maybe it was her first day. She took only 3 out of our 8 peoples orders, and then disappeared for more than 20 minutes. We finally got the rest of our order put in, but we ordered a pepperoni and honey pizza. She even asked if we wanted the honey, yet brought us the classic pizza. We were so hungry and needed to get to the game so we just ate it anyway. The bed was absolutely the most comfortable I had ever slept in! I was looking forward to my alarm not going off at 4 am! But again was disappointed by (hopefully) housekeeping trying to clean our room at 8am! Luckily we had the latch on the door. After that it was constant slamming doors we couldn’t go back to sleep. The gentleman at valet was also great, I wish I had gotten his name!

All the staff I interacted with were wonderful, but there wasn’t anyone working at the bar/restaurant on Friday at 7pm. I get the feeling they are under staffed. Also the additional charges for parking and wifi seem excessive and there is no room service available. Overall, it’s an okay place to stay. I love the Westin and have stayed in them all over the world. This one could use some help.

We went to this hotel, under the allusion there was 24 hr room service. The expedia website described the hotel as such. However, they didnt offer room service at all. Got back to hotel at midnight with no food delivery options on a busy Saturday night. May not use expedia again. Hotel itself was great!

Very nice hotel close to everything. The staff is nice and friendly, the bar was nice and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be back!
