Great Hotel. Parking garage is part of the hotel so it was safe and easy access. Everything was clean. Staff explained things well when I checked in. The pool, exercise, and arcade area was basic but nice. The arcade was exciting for my kids. You need dollar bills to buy tokens. My husband saved a bunch of quarters for the kids but we couldn't use. Breakfast was basic but had waffle makers so kids loved it. I found a lemon scone and hot tea so i was excited. My husband tried to use the laundry to dry swim clothes but couldn't without an app. So had to dry them with a hair dryer. Also we didnt have a microwave in our room. For downtown hotel it was nice. We also took a short walk to the arch and river.

The view from the room of the Arch was fantastic! And even the pool- you could see it through the windows. There were 3 elevators and only 2 worked most of the days. And out of those 2, only 1 went to breakfast. So keep that in mind if you stay - don’t wait to go to breakfast. The staff was friendly and gave recommendations which were good. And the rooms were nice and clean!

Walking distance to the arch and restaurants nice pool area and workout room that overlooks the pool. I was able to walk on the treadmill and watch my family in the pool. You can see the arch from the pool. The elevators are a bit wonky, safe but controls are inconsistent and sometimes had to ride up and down to get to the correct floor. Staff was very nice.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They suggested a BBQ place within walking distance for dinner. It was excellent! The pool was okay. The exercise room was adequate. Our room had a great view of the Gateway Arch and was clean and spacious.

I was really looking forward to the spa, and it was closed with i did not know. They advertise it on their website and listings but failed to say it was no longer available. Other than that, the room was super nice and had a great view of the arch. Staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful. Great stay at the Hampton Inn.

This may be the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I reserved a 2 bed room and received a single queen room. The lobby had to be 85 degrees. The hallways were the same temp. The entire lobby and most of the hallways smelled like weed. There was poop still in my toilet. There was things on the floor from the last people. The staff was incredibly rude, both in the evening and in the morning. The convenience area had standing water on the floor. The parking lot was a HOT MESS! My room was 78 degrees until around 3am when it finally dipped under 75 (the thermostat was on 67).

Not a bad stay but, some areas were really dirty. The front lobby furniture was discolored. The floors of our hotel were also not very clean. Made the mistake of walking around barefoot in the room and our feet were black within a few minutes.

2 night stay. 2 queen standard room. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Check in was friendly & efficient, and we were able to get in the room early. Breakfast was nice with hot a cold options. Indoor pool. Fitness room was small but adequate. Super convenient to The Arch with safe and easy walking around downtown. Excellent stay.....which is always the case with a Hampton!

One of the beds had blood and something else on it; clearly they didn't clean the bedding. We talked to the front desk, who were very kind about it, but it took like 90 minutes to get new bedding. They also said they'd waive parking fees as a result, but charged us anyway. The USB port was broken. One of the dresser handles was broken. Not in great condition.

This was a gem of a find right near the Arch! The parking was in a secure garage; the room was clean -pristine. Front desk staff was superb. Minutes from the highway - this is on my list for a quality place to stay.

The gentleman who checked us in asked if I would like a lower floor or a higher floor. I said higher, and he said, I will put you on the top floor with a view of the arch. It was a beautiful image to wake up too.And to go to sleep too, and even waking up in the middle of the night. Everyone was kind and friendly and helpful.

Amazing view of the Gateway arch with a convenient parking garage perfect water pressure and really hot.. The elevators could have used work they were messing up a lot and the eggs during breakfast were really nasty because they were cold and like jello also there’s no microwaves in the room that would have been convenient..The room did have a lot of outlets to plug stuff up with that was nice with a good fridge and the bathroom size was perfect

The room was nice but very noisy and difficult to sleep. It was on the highway side and had multiple sirens during the night as well as being next door to an unhappy baby. Parking was expensive.

We’ve been staying in the hotel for last 4 years. We keep coming back because of the wonderful service. The continental breakfast is so much better than the others. They over booked and gave our double room away. We had to stay in 2 king rooms which one was comped by the hotel. They couldnt get us into adjoining rooms so they were down the hall from one another. Instead of staying as a family we was forced to split up and stay separately. I was under the assumption that when you reserve a room several days in advance that you will get the room that you requested.

The stay was great BUT I have to make whoever aware that the SWEETEST lady checked my girls and me in that evening and she was just amazing. She did not do anything particular BUT her energy and presence was amazing. She spoke softly and was very informative. You have an asset on your hands and keep her FOREVER!

We got a room with toilet not flushing and did change the part. After few hours, the light in the bath room is out. And the technician already clocked out so we need to wait until the next day to repair it. On the next day, till around 10.30am the technician still not coming, did report to front desk but the respond is not too welcome. And I also heard that he talked to the person through walkie talkie to go to check our room when they got a time.

The hotel itself was nice enough. Had a nice sized pool and a small gym. Gym had some equipment that didn’t work right. The area around the hotel is fairly sketchy with quite a bit of construction that made it hard to walk around. The area didn’t feel super safe.

Pros: Close to the Gateway Arch National Park, Room has a view of the Arch, free breakfast is excellent, self-parking available, pet-friendly, clean rooms and restrooms. Cons: The interior and rooms look dated, parking levels are gloomy and dirty, no luggage cart, no microwave, no on-site restaurant, nearby businesses close early, including restaurants (dinner required food delivery). Few areas for dog breaks at ground level; no grassy patches (required walking to the park).

This was a perfect location for our needs since we were attending a concert at the dome. It was so easy and quick to walk over to the event, especially bc it was raining. There is a coffee shop right across the street which is AMAZING and I visited every morning of my stay. Late night dining options are very limited and not walkable. However, we did order out one night and the hotel staff were nice & brought the food to our room. The hotel is older so it’s not super modern or fancy but decent. It seemed as though they didn’t really clean our bathroom but otherwise the room was kept and a nice size with a great view of the arch. I normally don’t like indoor pools either but this one looked nice with big windows all around. I’d stay here again.
