Great location great service friendly and personable Highly recommend even extended stay was nice.

The front staff and manager were extremely helpful and kind. However, when you walk into the building you can smell pesticide and air freshener. Our room was extremely dirty. There was food in the pull out couch and under the pullout couch. There was food under the seat cushion. There was also boogers on the wall and grass and dirt on the floor. The walls had peeling paint and damage to them, baseboards throughout the room and bathroom had a thick layer of dirt and dust. When i pulled back the freshly made bed there was dirt and grass under the sheet and comforter. The restroom very dirty with build up in the shower. The toilet had urand on and around it and on the floor around the base of the toilet. The lampshade had writing on it, lots of drawers and surfaces had loose hair on it. I also found roach poop and killed a roach in the room. I was extremely uncomfortable and could not believe the unsanitary conditions of the room. We left immediately I didn't even let my children sit down because the couch had build up dirt on it as well. This is my first review I've ever left, but i truly believe the more you know the better you will do. I travel to San Antonio every weekend and have tried different hotels this is my worst experience.

Elevator was not working. Ice machine was broken.

Overall a great and clean room but the light over the mirror in the bathroom didn't work, only a dim lightbulb in the ceiling worked and i could have used a coffee maker in the room since there was no decaf after breakfast was over.

First time staying here and the room was no as clean as I’d expect it to be. The carpet floor was sticky. There was a ball Of hair on one of the night stands and I killed a cockroach after I got out of the shower.
