Beer bottles left around the property. The rooms were not bad basically you get what you pay for. Chain locks didn’t work properly on two of our rooms. It has a feel that these people live there then people staying a few nights and leaving. Wouldn’t recommend taking kids there to be on the safe side! Drunk people out during the week nights at almost midnight beating on doors.

Service at front desk was not the best. Had several customers in front of us making complaints about charging their card but not giving them a room & giving room keys that didn’t work. When you check in they ask for a $50 deposit and you get it back when you check out, never been to a hotel that’s done this before. Cleanliness of the hotel room was not it, there was some roaches I killed and some dead bugs in the shower. Stains on the sheets and the restroom smelled like pee. Smoke detector was nonexistent. The only cute thing was the kittens outside the hotel, other than that I would recommend not staying at this hotel. We tried to get a cheap hotel since it was just for the night, but I guess we should’ve invested in a nicer/more expensive hotel in the area.

Great price as long as you don’t mind bugs in your room Convenient location, decent small pool. Cockroaches both dead and alive in our room. Housekeeping didn’t refill toilet paper so had to go to office to get. Door wouldn’t stay locked unless chain was attached.

Do not stay here. Hardly nothing worked in the hotel. They do not offer breakfast as advertised. Very sketchy outside. They also do not have infant cribs or elevators. The floors were nasty, our feet were black after about 5 mins of no shoes. Hair dryer didn’t work, outlets didn’t work, some light switches didn’t work. Save your money. DO NOT STAY HERE

The room was dirty/not cleaned from prior occupant, there was people yelling and banging on the doors all night, no safety lock on the door (had to use a chair), loud music until after midnight, for a non-smoking room there was a smell and burn holes in the comfortor. We had to check out early because it is not safe. The pictures online are not a true representation of what you get.

The price is great. The staff seems a little shy not very friendly. The one thing that made me uncomfortable was the homeless population right next to the hotel. They made a tent village on the other side of the parking lot and it just made me feel unsafe.

We stayed in room 126 and 127. Both rooms stunk so bad. There was no smoke detectors in the room. The bathtubs were in horrible shape. The floors were disgusting and in room 127 there was a glob of hair stuck to the wall. Which I left there because I wasn’t touching. The bedding was literally a sheet to cover up with. We stayed out most of the time because it was just terrible. I will NEVER recommend anyone to stay there. Also the front desk clerk Vish made some perverted comments to my mom with my dad standing right there. Just rediculous.

We asked for a non-smoking room as we were traveling with our kid, but the room was so smelly, the bed sheet had holes made by cigarettes, the same with the chair. The room had dead cockroaches all over the floor, obviously not cleaned in a long time. We did not even spend 3 minutes in the room and decided not to stay there. The receptionist, is the most rude and careless person I have ever encountered, she did not want to refund my money because the policy said 24h in advance, but I did not know the place was in so bad conditions that we couldn't stay. The parking lote looked so insecure with people wandering around.

We rented out three rooms at this hotel and each room had something. The first one had two huge cockroaches in the shower curtain, that was the first red flag. After seeing those we did a more thorough search which is where we found dead cockroaches under the beds. The second room had a purple dildoe under the bed from the previous people. The third room had a used syringe next to the bed. This place may seem nice from the outside but the rooms are awful. We did not stay and left immediately. Unfortunately they were only able to refund us for one night. Do not stay here because there is a possibility that you make take something from this place and bring it home with you. Thankfully we didn’t stay very long.

Property has roaches and bedding had not been changed from previous renters. I canceled right away and went to another hotel. Trying to checkout hostess said system was down. Next two days same reply. When system finally came up they're trying to bill me for 2 nights

Bathroom smelled like urine. There was no continental breakfast like stated no coffee pot in room AC unit smelled of mold. Door did not have but only one lock chain was missing for Door. The picture for the room are fake. Everyone should read all reviews before booking. Every bad review by others is on point. Did walk through of both rooms before bringing out luggage in. The first room had burns in bed sheet and blanket looked like it was melted, bathroom light fixture had roaches in it. All furniture was sticky, microwave and mini fridge was dirty and broken, flooing was peeling up, and lock on door didn't function. 2nd room was same way but the bath tub drain had a big nasty ball of hair in it, weird substance in dresser. Graffiti on ceiling and walls. Walked out. Went to a different hotel. No amenities were provided. 10 out 10 dont recommend.

There were cockroaches in my room. Mold on the ceiling and all the trash had been swept under the bed. The old cowboy at the front desk was amazing when we told him we wanted to cancel our stay and wanted a refund for the night.

So we get there he gives us the key to the room we go to room as soon as we open room it smells all like smoke , we go back to tell him we have a reservation for a king size bed room NO SMOKING !! He says my side says yall doo im like interesting because inhave the reciept and the booking information im showing you my proof i believe he never showed us his side !!my husband is allergic to smoke ! He said ill move yall for and upcharge !! Howeee the freak your gonna do that and like we had paid for king size we ended up staying there move to a double queen size room .. and my husband called main customer service they call the property i go to take a quick shower in that moment whiles his on the phone and shes calling main property to see whats going on , the water shuts off i scream and told my husbnd theres no water they turned it off !! Because of all this going on like how !! Its not our fault they did all this wrong !! Like the hotel before know im like ugh sad about it

The worst hotel experience I have had. 1st room tv did not work. 2nd room refrigerator was off and moldy on the inside. 3rd room microwave did not work but I didn’t change rooms again. I was tired of packing up and moving. There was also a couple fighting in the door way of the room next to me. I told the office if it continued I was going to call the police. And to top it off the last room had no wash clothes or hand towels. I would not ever stay here again. And I would suggest no one else stay here.

Room #114 when we walked in the room it smelt like somebody just ate some kind of chinese food in the room and left their trash inside for a couple of days. Shower hose was/is busted and shooting water everywhere when taking a shower. There was/is vomit on the wall (no idea how it got there) and food residues on the floor. Bathroom was/is beyond filthy, the towel holder was/is coming off, and besides smelling like a chinese food, it is also smelt like sewer at some point. On the other hand. The guy in the front office when we checked in was really nice, and friendly. I didn't get his name though.

I stayed to myself. The ac didn't work very well. The wifi was giving us issues.

Room was hot. Had to go to the local walmart and buy a fan as they had none and could not switch us rooms. Roaches everywhere! Nothing more I need to say other than never going back there again.

If I could give no stars I would. Worst hands down. It's run by a Indian woman who is the rudest I've seen. Room dirty, cockroaches and bedbugs aplenty. Shower was broken, could only get hot and cold. Tiles broken bathroom was worst I've seen. Rooms are decorated in post modern crap. Small TV. If they get rid of the manager and clean up it could be good. When we complained about the condition the manager threatened to kick us out. The management needs to be replaced!!!

Great customer service and pleasantly surprised with how clean & well maintained the whole property was. The price I highly recommend any money coming into town out of town.

First, we can\'t check in until 3pm, if not you have to pay a $40 fee to go in your room early. There was people smoking and drinking outside their room, smelled like skunk everywhere, horrible. Inside was so dark, large lamp did not work. Towels smelled bad and were folded humid or semi-wet. Bed sheets did not smell clean! NO COFFEE MAKER inside room. Super loud neighbors hitting the walls and doors next to us late at night. Then started knocking at our door! I felt completely UNSAFE, for my family and my self. We had our kids w us. I ordered a wake up call and they didn\'t call, so of course we missed our "free breakfast". We went down to the front desk and couldn\'t even get pass the front door, because the front desk clerk, yelled at us "breakfast is over!!". No good morning, how can I help you? Just gave a horrible attitude in person and over the phone! So disrespectful! A female! It was 9am and we were all getting ready to leave, and someone starts knocking at our door so hard and loud, I quickly ask, who is it?, and see no one by the door, then that someone proceeded to enter into our room while we were changing our clothing. I called the front desk and advised them on what happened. They just simply said "oh it must\'ve been the housekeeper." BUT checkout is at 11am! So I was super displeased with the front desk response. Over all a horrible unsafe and unsanitary experience! I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE ALONE OR WITH LESS WITH YOUR FAMILY AND LITTLE ONES! NOT WORTH IT

The guy that works Tuesday through Thursday is a very good front desk man very polite and actually cares about if Im comfortable there

I paid online and when I got there to check into the hotel, they charged me an additional eight dollars because he said that I paid online so an online fee is what he said so they scammed me. They didn’t change the sheets from the previous guest hotel was ran down I do not recommend

Staff was rude. Not a single person there was inviting. Online it stated that they offered continental breakfast and that turned out to be a lie. Yhe only reason i chose this locarion was because it was cheap AND offered continental breakfast. They have the dining area to be able to eat but when we asked if we could use it they said no and there was no microwave in the dining area either. Basic place to sleep.

It stated the have breakfast… they do not!! Plus we ordered a non smoking and the whole building is smoking. Cigarette burns on sheets, on walls. The whole location looked so shady. The beds were all uncomfortable and you can hear leaky faucets at night. This roof was also infested with roaches!!!! We checked out at 6AM will never come back! The white gentleman in the morning was super sweet and nice! However the two Indian people at night on checking where a bit rude and asked for an extra $50 hold on our cards. There was no notice anywhere online about this hold. We had the money but if you are on a budget and don’t expect this hold beware!

Stayed for near 3 nights because of a crappy situation so it wasnt an option to leave earlier than on night 3, it ended up being so bad. German cockroaches EVERYWHERE, it is infested and a health hazard. Bedding had hair, makeup stains, pieces of skin flakes. It was not clean. Constant slamming doors from neighbors, yelling back and forth, people partying and blasting music untill 5 am. Haveing house keeping try to get in in the morning and left my door open halfway. That day I asked front desk about it, they gave me a DO NOT DESTURB sign for my door. Next morning i get woken up to banging on my door despite the sign, then it stops. I was not decent and trying to get out of the bathroom to answer the door, but then heard my door chain and i had to quickly come out and i see a hand in my door trying to unlock my chain lock, front desk staff trying to break in because they wanted to talk to me about my payment on an extension, but also told me they were trying to get in because they didnt think anyone was in there. But all of my stuff was there and the chain lock was on, so that made no sense. Just a whole mess. Would give 0 stars, place needs to be shut down or completely overhauled.

I have stayed here numerous times and never have problem checking in and the rooms are well kept and clean. The beds are very comfortable. Not far from downtown also. Will stay again.

Easy access to highway and shopping center

Stay away from this place. I booked the room through Expedia. The exterior of the building was littered with trash, and an abandoned suitcase sat outside a room. When we entered our room, we were appalled by the state of cleanliness. The floor was filthy, the furniture was stained and worn, and the bedding was riddled with cigarette burns. The overall ambiance was one of neglect and disrepair. I immediately requested a room change, hoping to salvage our family trip we were tired and in a unknown city. The second room appeared marginally better at first glance. However, when we turned on the lights, a cockroach scurried out from beneath a pillow on the bed. We literally ran out of the room. I approached the hotel staff to request a full refund. The staff member acknowledged our concerns but stated that the manager was unavailable and could not address the issue at that time. He offered to relocate us to another room, but by this point, we were deeply uneasy about remaining on the premises. The parking lot was virtuall empty except for a couple of suspicious-looking individuals loitering around a car at midnight. I contacted Expedia, who reached out to the hotel manager on our behalf. However, the manager refused to issue a refund. Given the unacceptable conditions of the hotel and the late hour, I believe Expedia should have taken the initiative to issue at least a partial refund to ease our troubles. We were forced to find and pay for a different hotel at midnight.

This hotel stated it served breakfast THIS IS A LIE . No breakfast is included this was part of why i booked is for that reason.. Dont forget ur shampoo cause all the had was conditioner even at desk... if checking in late at night have cash for deposit

When I checked in to my nonsmoking room it smelled like cigarettes covered with ax spray and when I went down for continental breakfast the doors were locked and the rude lady said there was no breakfast and I said you advertised breakfast she yelled there is no breakfast there wasn’t even coffee ….NO MORNING COFFEE !!!!!!!!

House keeper never came during the stay nor did they bring fresh towels. Bottle caps, cigarette butts and various trash all over the place on the grounds. The linen’s had stains and a few cockroaches were killed. There also was no advertised breakfast.

I have never, in all my life, been in a hotel infested with roaches... That is, until I stayed here. The floors were filthy, the towels were stained, and roaches were in the microwave and crawling all over the walls and sink. The breakfast was just cereal or oatmeal, not that is trust eating anything cooked at this location anyway. My family and I will not come back to this place again.

There is zero breakfast, even though it says breakfast included on the Expedia page. I asked about breakfast at check-in and they lied and said yes don't worry there is a full continental breakfast, so I checked in. Then when I came in morning for breakfast there is none. The morning staff say they quit breakfast weeks ago. They tease you with coffee in lobby but only provide tiny 2 ounce cups and no creamer. I asked for a bigger cup but was told the tiny cup is all. I ate a slice of pizza in my room and I dropped the last bit of it on the floor next to the dresser. When it touched the floor, instantly a small german cockroach ran out and looked inquisitively. It was almost cute, but cockroaches and gross and shouldn't be in the room so I got rid of it. The feral cats outside wouldn't come be petted. Those cats probably helped with rodent control but we're sometimes noisy fighting. Overall I got enough sleep and the room was decently clean as I could tell but I was certainly not happy with my stay.

They need more complimentary breakfast they hardly had anything besides cereal and two pieces of toast! Need to do better and this place is like family own business
