Overall, our stay was satisfactory. The hotel needs general maintenance. The hot tub was not hot. Desk clerk said, "Oh the heater has been broken". The safe in our room did not work. There was a fish aquarium in the lobby and on the third floor that was disgusting. Seemed like animal cruelty to the fish. The putt-putt golf course needs to be weeded. Very large weeds on the gravel walkway. I ended up with a rash on my legs.

Most of the amenities were closed-hot tub was broken, pool was disgusting, game room was closed, vending machines empty. Our fridge didn’t work for 2 of our 3 nights, they could only offer us a new room but didn’t have another to sleep 5 people. So we had to throw away tons of food. They finally swapped out the fridge our LAST night. The fish tank in the lobby was filthy and made the lobby smell terrible. The shower design had the shower head pointed straight at the curtain so the bathroom flooded everytime we showered.

Convenient location and frendly staff but room reaked (we think from dirty carpet), phone didn't work, pull out mattress was filthy, and bathroom was in poor condition. We also chose this hotel in part because of the hot tub advertised, but it was out of order.

They did charge a hospitality fee of $10 a day per room. The hospitality fee is for you using the gaming room , playground, and gold center. But more than half of the gaming room was broken or not working properly. They had wasps nest wrapping around their whole building, due to the nest being built on the bedroom windows outside. One of your rooms door keypad was literally about to fall off. They have washer and dryers that take only quarters but not a machine to give change, nor had change at the front desk . There is a lot more that I can complain about but I'll just leave it at that.

The bathroom door didn’t lock, there was mold in the shower, the hot tub was an ice cold tub and the breakfast was nothing to write home about. For breakfast they only offered Sunny D to drink and ran out quickly. The sausage was undercooked and there was no condiments whatsoever. They ran out of syrup well before breakfast hours ended for the waffles and didn’t restock. There was gravy for biscuits and sausage, and no jam or cream cheese for bagels or toast. It also was 25 minutes away from Sea World where it advertised being close to Sea World. Also the elevator broke down but there was no sign and we sat waiting for a good five minutes before the desk attendant rudely stated it was broken and to use the stairs. The only redeeming quality in this Quality Inn was there was it was a decently sized room and there was quite a bit of storage space.

We were very unsatisfied with the cleanliness and appearance of the room. Water was dripping all day and night from the bath tub faucet. Hand sink was clogged up. It had a moldy smell and to top it off, I got bit by bedbugs. This was the most awful experience that I’ve had with Qaulity inn. I will never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

10$ surprise fee, at check in. B/c we booked online. Musky, smelly room. No batteries in the remote, asked for them... never got them. Roaches, and I have pics to prove it. Hair, on the tub, that was short, thick and curly. DEFINITELY NOT MINE!

I’ve stayed here before and it was clean and comfortable. I gave it another chance and this time it was horrible the room was dirty and the floors were sticky. It was extremely loud with people slamming doors all night and the staff member that checked us in was on the phone with her boyfriend the entire time and didn’t really engage with us.

This hotel has seen better days. The elevator was not working. The 1st-floor rooms smell musty and cave-like. The carpets were not clean. The bathroom floors had not been mopped. I could see "stains" on the floor from the previous renter. For the good... check-in was easy. The front desk clerk was friendly. I was able to get an extra blanket. Check-out can be done via text. The bed was comfortable enough.

When entering the hotel & my room, it smelled like mildew. Turned on bathroom light and bugs scattered! The pillowcases were either stained or dirty. Only spent a few minutes in room. I was not comfortable staying after seeing the bugs, (caught a roach on video). At almost midnight, I had to find another place for my family to stay the next four days! I booked this hotel because of the good reviews. Now I feel completely misled. Plus this hotel was unwilling to work with me and charged me for the full stay bugs and all. “Great” start to family getaway!

My husband and I travel to San Antonio once or twice a year. While there it is important for us to stay in the far northwest area near 1604. Our usual hotel had raised its prices so we decided to give Quality Inn a try. It was not a good experience. Our room had a very strong musty odor, the air conditioning didn’t work very well, the bed squeaked every time I turned over, the bathtub was old and very stained and dingy. The front desk was poorly manned. The internet was spotty and inconsistent during the evening hours and at times nonexistent. My husband said the breakfast wasn’t very good and he usually eats a big meal in the morning. I don’t think we will stay there again. I didn’t think to take photos, I wish I had

The bed is standard as in comfort. It was hard! The bathroom is super small but manageable. The fire alarm went off at 7:30 AM due to burnt food and woke up everyone!

Heater did not work and no one knew how to work it. TV channels did not match actual numbers on remote. The remote in room was for TV and not cable company’s remote so couldn’t access functions of cable channels. Other customers previously complained about not being able to correctly use TV but manager knows about this and nothing has been done.

Horrible service they charged our credit card for stains in the carpet that we didn’t do and also invented that we left a towel with poop on it and also charged us for it and then when we went to complain about the charges so they can explain why we were getting charged they kicked us out and canceled our reservation

Overall it was a fine hotel but the air conditioner did not work very well and was very loud. Also, although the breakfast had standard hotel fare, it did not taste good at all! Even the bagel tasted funny. The staff wasn't overly friendly but they were fine.

I had previously stayed at this hotel and the staff was friendly and welcoming. This stay was horrible. We had already paid and checked in when the clerk called our room and said they needed my card. She wanted to keep my card stating it was policy. When we refused she wanted to take a picture. Card was already in system and she was demanding we give her the card. When we refused we were told to leave. Everything seemed shady to me.

We aren't bed at 11pm sharp, which is within advertised check-in hours, but no one was there, just a sign saying in the lobby saying "closed due to shortage of staff - will reopen at 7:00 am." So we could not check-in although our satu was prepaid. Hopefully we'll get a refund.

Rude front desk. Asked for two keys since two of us staying. Lady said can only have one. After asking for management lady came back and made second key card. Key was deactivated when staff left’ and put. A sign up saying “Sorry… we are closed due to a staff shortage. We will reopen at 7 am”. So husband was out side the room about 20 minutes before I could let him in other people leaving saying their room was stinky. Bathroom was gross. Tile falling of make shift seat in shower. Toilet so close to wall had to sit sideways. Shower wand would fall of holder if you as much as touched it. Never again!!! Have pictures

Staff is always friendly, breakfast is delicious, beds are comfortable, and the area feels safe. There aren’t many frills to this hotel, but it’s exactly what we need. We stay here maybe once a month when we come to San Antonio and we will return. Thank you Quality Inn!

Did not stay i had called a few days before begging for early check in. Offered to pay extra young lady told me it was not normally done but would allow. I showed up after 2pm and the young man would not allow it I asked him to look at reservations he refused. I canceled my reservations and went dwn the road. I haven’t checked my account but if in was charged i will be contacting them. Management you should have my contact information would love to discuss this with you. They have terrible customer service, they charged me again 87.05 for each room, I had already paid in advance through Expedia. When I asked for an explanation of the charges, they simply told me that they didn't know and hung up on me. I kept calling and they didn't answer me. All the staff is rude, I don't recommend it

Upon checking in we noticed rhomeless people out and about on the property, a bit unsafe. Once we got inside the room, I did a walk through to make sure things were working or not. Bathroom had broken tile, toilet seat not secure, ceiling patch up, sofa mattress stained.

Surprise $20 ‘ complimentary fee’ when you check and it’s not mention when I booked on Expedia. Nasty rooms, vending machine drinks was all flat.. Breakfast was horrible. Don’t waste your money here! I will never give them another dollar!

The shower in the ADA room was damaged and hazardous. The shower head had metal poking from it and barely connected. The shower bench was chipped concrete and appeared dangerous. The staff was fast, efficient and awesome. Although I didn’t have young children I liked the idea of a close by park. The morning breakfast was crummy. No butter for waffles or biscuits. The syrup machine was malfunctioning. There were no meat options. The fruit as bruised and not fresh. There was no milk for the cereal.

Spent one day at a theme park needed a place to sleep for the night. Felt like the room could use some maintenance, vent cover in bathroom was falling off a bit, but the room seemed clean and it served its purpose. Game room and mini golf looked like fun amenities we didn’t use. Breakfast wasn’t great. Eggs and sausage looked like they may have been left over from day before.
