Parking space is narrow. Bathroom doesn’t have hooks to hang the clothes or towels.

After we checked in and got the keys to our room, we opened the door and saw the bed was not made. Light was on. Shocked to see this and were afraid what if there was someone in it? We went down to the front desk and reported what we saw. The front desk employee Noemie was very apologetic and she immediately assigned us a different room. She was professional and knew how to communicate with the customers. There was no body wash in the shower. No hand soap or hand wash either. The room is clean and of good size. The breakfast was very basic. No oatmeal, no hot water or tea. Compared to other hotels we stayed during this trip, the price was higher.

First thing I noticed when i arrived was how good it smelled as soon as I walked in. All the front desk staff we spoke with was extremely polite and professional. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great, nice size dining area for everyone. Enjoyed my stay and will stay again.
