Shuttle is very convenient and runs right on time. No fee for parking at this hotel made this a good stay!

Great place to stay. All workers friendly. Shuttles run daily to Broadway, very convenient. Bar open late with food available.

I didnt like that the shuttle bus stops at 830p,

Perfect place to stay near downtown Nashville and just over the bridge! They have a shuttle that takes you into Nashville and back throughout the day. We used Uber to get back later in the night and it was just a short ride! They have a bar on site as well for a night cap! Staff was great, helpful and a fun group! Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The onsite parking is also free, different from other nearby hotels. Overall, great place to stay!

We stayed on a Tues/Wed., Room was very nice and clean, bathroom is big, beds were firm, but soft and comfortable with plenty of nice pillows. The refrigerator worked good along with the microwave and coffee maker. The A/C was good, outside air temperature was 99F and the room was 72F. We bring a box fan along for noise control and this made it really comfortable and the room got cooler as the night temperature dropped. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us. The lounge and bar were very nice and (Shasta) the bartender was great. Didn't get to use the pool or gym but they looked nice. The parking was great and the shuttle to downtown Nashville was a big plus. The two drivers we met were great, just wish it ran a couple of hours later (last run was 8:30PM). But you can always get an Uber back to the hotel.

The front desk staff were friendly and kind, offering all kinds of information about the area. It was a HUGE let down that the pool was under maintenance and that we were not made aware of this beforehand as that was one reasons why we had chosen this place to stay. My husband and I were traveling with our two teenage sons so finding a hotel that suits us all is a big deal. There was nothing offered for the inconvenience either. The room was of good size and the city view lived up to its description. The water was hot, but the pressure wasn't great. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and small safe located in the room.

Check-in was easy and staff was welcoming and friendly. The hotel pool was closed during our stay. The hotel had some wear and tear and could have used some love. The room was ok but the beds were hard as rocks. The view I asked for and upgraded to was a city view, which it was, but on the 4th floor - so I mostly saw rooftop and local streets lol. So be careful with upgrades. Checkout was easy but the staff was horrible. Looked like she couldn’t be bothered. I asked about the breakfast and she told me it’s open. But that was all. Went to load my stuff in the car and sent my disabled mom and brother to breakfast to get started/settled. When I came back in, I noticed my family still waiting outside the dining area. I walked up and asked and the lady that was at the breakfast counter pointed to the sign that said we had to pre purchase breakfast. I took out my wallet and asked for four tickets and she rudely said I had to buy it from the lobby desk. I went back to the lobby to the same person I asked about the breakfast not 10 minutes ago and asked for 4 tickets. She asked what room I was in so I had to completely look up my information again and she watched me struggling. She finally gave me the tickets after giving her the required information. I presented my tickets to the lady at the breakfast counter and she said you’re all set and continued talking to another staff member. We ate and as we were leaving, she was still talking and paid us no mind.

The room was very clean and spacious. One elevator was out of order for our entire stay and the 2nd elevator was out of order for several hours one evening. One of the front desk clerks (a male) was quite rude and dismissive. The other staff were very friendly and helpful. Although there is a free shuttle to downtown, the hotel advertises as "downtown" but it is at least a half hour walk to downtown through an industrial area. Overall we wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to our friends and family.

Free parking was a big plus, and so is the shuttle that drops you off close to printers alley and a couple blocks from broadway, the only bad thing is it only runs until 8:30 pm… hotel is clean, front desk employees are so nice. Free breakfast would’ve been good, and they only ever have one elevator that works.

Clean inside and out. Away from busy streets.

Great customer service! From front desk to shuttle and everything in between. The rooms are large, spacious and very clean. Amenities are nice. Great stay, would recommend.

Didn’t get housekeeping for a day. Had to complain. Blood on my bedding was told they don’t have any extra bedding. Went to desk to ask for towels and coffee for the next day. I had to take towels and coffee up to my room, apparently they don’t have enough staff. Though the shuttle service was excellent. 13.00 dollars for continental breakfast. I would not stay there again.

Property is not in the best neighborhood but they provide free parking and offer a free shuttle downtown. Check in staff and shuttle driver were very nice. Rooms were clean but had a nasty smell when we first arrived. We sprayed out Lysol and was fine.

Breakfast was terrible. Only one elevator worked. The whole place smelled musty. Workers were nice

Hotel walls are very thin so that it is noisy all during the day and night.

The tv/ cable wasn’t working

The bathroom placement was off. The mattresses were very hard! Everything was excellent especially the staff.

Clean room, friendly staff, bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab.

Room was clean. Breakfast area was extremely well kept and stocked. Our only criticism was that there was no way to access your personal streaming platforms like Netflix or YouTube tv.

Did a last minute booking and when arriving and getting into bed one of the pillows had blood on the cases (luckily we brought our own pillows) which was disgusting. We had our own king room, however, it was also the time of room that connected to another room and those people were extremely loud all night keeping us awake and this morning we woke up to them being intimate. Should have been noise cancellation or warning when in those rooms.

They stay was AMAZING! The newly updated bathroom glass showers were nice! The only thing that sucked was the TV. There were a total of like 7 channels. Has the option for Netflix, didn’t work. Option for casting, didn’t work. So there was not much to watch on the tv.

The room needed repairs, the shower head was not fully operating.

It's a little too close to the interstate and you hear sirens constantly. The walls are very thin so we were able to here the neighbors enjoying their late night adult time. We were also able to hear staff in the hallway complaining about work. The front desk staff was often not at the desk and did not tell us about any amenities (bar/restaurant hours). We later found out they had a shuttle service. Not sure how it works but potentially could've saved us some Uber fees if we had been told about it. Finally, our TV wouldnt turn on.

So many things were wonderful about this property. From when we walked in to when we left... it was so clean, quiet, everyone was friendly and helpful... at the feont dest Bald Angel was the BEST!!!! I even booked the wrong date but between Bald Angel and calling expedia we got it all taken care of very easily and stress free.

Convenient and quick walk to Nissan stadium. The area around the hotel is a bit run down with empty businesses but felt very safe. The hotel staff were all fantastic! Super helpful with ideas on things to do and places to see. Free shuttle to downtown all day. Hotel was quiet and clean. Would 100% stay here again if we come back to town.

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Nashville. The free shuttle bus to Broadway is brilliant and Randal, the driver was so friendly and knowledgeable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was big and comfortable. No complaints at all and would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay in Nashville! Everything was great - from check in with Angel to our comfortable, clean room - best accommodations in the area. The shuttle that goes to Broadway is a plus - along with Jordan and Justin at the hotel bar! We will definitely be back!

The gentleman who greeted us was so helpful and friendly, I am so sorry I forget his name. The ladies at the desk when we checked out were super helpful, my mom needed ice for her back and she ran to get her some so we had it for our car ride that morning. She double bagged it too.. Overall a great one night stay. Good price, convenient location and excellent staff.

Perfect location to stay at when attending an event at Nissan Stadium. Was walkable and felt safe given the amount of people at the event. Also, was so great to have a shuttle that took you downtown Nashville. So convenient to have that option. Saved us Lyft rides!

In a great location. Down the street from Nissan Stadium or a quick trip to Broadway. Most tourist locations are about 15 minutes away.

I loved being able to use the hotel shuttle to the downtown area and then we would uber back to the hotel bc the hotel shuttle does not run past certain hours. You could walk in the daytime to downtown but I don't suggest walking at night to or from this hotel. It would not be safe to do so.

The staff were excellent! The area, not so great; traffic noise made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Newly renovated. Staff was friendly and the shuttle service downtown was very handy even though it ended at 8pm to go to downtown area. The only downfall is that we were advised not to walk to downtown at night as the area is not very safe.

It was convenient from expressway and so close to all city activities without being in the middle of it.

Didn't realize they had a shuttle that took you and picked you up from downtown. That was an awesome surprise and the drivers were great! Didn't think breakfast was that great, especially given you had to pay almost $13 per person for it. Bartenders were nice, front desk was nice. Room was large, modern and very nice.

I had not stayed in a Holiday Inn in many years and this one knocked it out of the park! Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, there was a full breakfast, although you had to pay for it. But it was delicious and well worth it! There was even an option to eat the night before when we got in there a little bit too late and didn't wanna go anywhere. The room was spacious and so very nice! We wish everyone of our hotels would be as nice as this one! We highly recommend that you stay here!

Great hotel - centrally located. Offered shuttle downtown. Wish breakfast had been included.

One elevator was not working made going up & down a bit slow. Free shuttle to downtown, stops at 8:30 pm. Would not walk back a little shady in the surrounding areas. Breakfast not included it was 12.99.

It was so clean everywhere and well staffed! The head lady in the breakfast room was efficient, helpful and funny. Really liked the location - near downtown but not too close because the Broadway area does not “sleep”. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

Had a good stay, rooms were clean. The restaurant is really not a restaurant, it’s pizza and appetizers. The bartender Justin was great and very friendly.

Missing leading when they say complimentary breakfast, they ended up charging us $13.00 a piece and the quality was horrible
