Aurum Hotel

The hotel is in a lovely setting, on the mountain overlooking the sea of Palasa and Dhermi. The place looks new and has a number of design issues, like water overflowing from the shower into the rest of the bathroom, including under the toilet or the toilet smelling like sewer in the morning. One of the three nights of my stay they did not have warm water for the shower either. The bed was lovely and comfy. The pool is amazing, as is the new restaurant they just opened. The food is quite delicious even if a bit pricey. One other issue was the quarrels between staff. At times they were very loud in arguing between each-other, which was a bit bothersome. The cleaning staff were amazing as was Sam at the pool and restaurant area. All in all, a good place but for the 250+ a night that they charge they can do better.

Area was a bit tight to drive around, and the beds were a little hard. All in all, the apartment was nice and supplied with almost everything you’d need. Super clean and also luxurious, lovely view, would recommend.
