This BW is just ok. It’s dated, so for example there was a sharp screw sticking out of the bathroom doorknob, and we could clearly hear noise from the pool below us, and the rooms next door. Unfortunately the noise both kept us up and woke us early. The front desk agent was very helpful, and the property is clean. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, and the staff were friendly. Basically it’s your typical hotel stay but about twice what you’d be willing to pay, and in my opinion, there’s nothing about this hotel that warrants the high price.

Surprisingly quiet and nicely renovated rooms so the feel new. Bathtubwas great!

The hotel was pretty standard unfortunately the room we had was very stinky but everything else was good.

Stayed for two nights. The room was comfortable, parking is great, and it was centrally located for the things we were doing. We would stay again.

There's lots of traffic around the main roads to the hotel. Normal travel time from the hotel location to Richmond is about 40 minutes. It took us one and half hour on a weekday afternoon ride to Richmond. Otherwise everything else is good.
