The hotel is new and the rooms ave very beautiful and potentially comfortable. The restaurant is good and the staff is hepfull. On the very negative side the heating in the room was terrible (too cold or too hot, no control possible) and at 6:00 a folse fire alarm went on and staied on for several long minutes. Last but not least the shuttle did not show up at the right time . It's a new hotel, I hope they can improve in the future, but for now ...

Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble ! Je regrette une "restriction" d'eau chaude. Prendre une douche à peine tiède fin décembre dans un hôtel de ce type est pour moi inacceptable. Surtout qu'elle est présente une fois après l'avoir signalé, il faut malheureusement le refaire tout les jours..

Breakfast was varied and delicious. The cleanliness and design of the room was impressive. One major exception, though. There was no electrical outlet near the bed, only USB power. Like many older people, I have sleep apnea and require a CPAP at night. The well disguised single outlet was on the far side of the room hidden in a light pole. When I called to find out where it was, the front desk did not offer an extension cord so I had a very bad night’s sleep. Other than that, the stay was great.

I picked this hotel for the "close to airport', a shuttle bus service, and dining on-site.To now find out the shuttle only operates in the morning and only in the evening. I arrived in the afternoon and therefore had to book a taxi. When I asked for the shuttle in the morning, I was now told the shuttle bus took a little over 35 minutes, because the shuttle had to pick up passengers from other hotels. This is an inconvenience when you just need to get to the airport for an early flight. In conclusion, again the hotel was actually farther than advertised, which required me to order a taxi upon arrival and upon check-out.The shower was lukewarm, and after a day of travel I would have preferred a nice hot shower. The on-site restaurant was closed for a private event, which would have been helpful to know in advance, especially since there were no other nearby dining options.

We were reluctant to enter the garage with all our luggage, but it worked well as elevators are in the garage that go to the 8th floor Reception. Excelente hotel! Atendimento muito bom, pertinho do aeroporto, informamos que precisaríamos sair às 3h da manhã para o aeroporto e eles agendaram o transfer que chegou no horário exato e o motorista foi muito simpático. As instalações são novas, quarto bem decorado, tudo limpinho. Não tomamos café pois saímos muito cedo. Único ponto negativo na minha opinião é que para pedir comida no quarto tem que pagar 15 euros a mais, mas fora isso tudo excelente!

Greeted on entry by a nice smell coming from the ground floor spa. Reception on top floor. Very good condition. Pristine bed room. Very spacious. Well laid out. Very comfortable bed. lots of towels. It would be perfect for a longer stay. Nice bar and restaurant but service was really slow and a couple of the staff quite abrupt. Breakfast was disappointing.

Parking sur place, superbe hôtel, lounge. Je déplore juste l’impossibilité de déjeuner sur place le midi - contrairement au soir - et peu de service de restauration dans les alentours. Les femmes de ménage sont rentrées 2 fois dans ma chambre sans attendre que je réponde le matin, je l’ai signalé, sinon tout était parfait, je garde dans mes bonnes adresses.

Very nice and clean. And the beds are soooo comfortable!!!! Friendly staff. I even gave them a pizza from my BOGO order. Heads up that you have to walk out to the road for the airport shuttle. We sat in the waiting area on the first floor and missed it bc we didn't know to walk to the street. When shuttle is not operating (hours are like 5am to 9am, not sure of the evening hours but think it stops at 10p), they'll get you a taxi free of charge.
