The Royal Sonesta Boston

The rooms and beds are in excellent condition. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job in keeping the room in conditions during our stay.

It was a very friendly and convenient location. Gym and pool were closed for renovation during my stay.

The hotel was very nice and quiet. It was in a great location (close to Downtown, The Garden, Fenway Park, the Children's Museum, The New England Aquarium and more!). The parking is a little tight but it is a great deal (especially if you want to hang out in Boston after check-out). The hotel restaurant was tasty and the room was comfortable. We asked for some extra attention to our room after our arrival and housekeeping was incredibly accommodating. Maria C. was so helpful and friendly! We will definitely consider staying here again!

My partner and i had a lovely stay. The hotel is GORGEOUS inside and out, i loved walking around and checking out all the areas. There is a variety of dining options which i appreciate. Definitely go to the Italian restaurant, it’s delicious—the black truffle ravioli is TO DIE FOR—and the staff is so nice. Also our room was super cozy and fun with the decor. I loved seeing the river from my hotel window. Only negative about our stay is we thought there would be a late night or 24/7 snack area near the lobby but there isn’t, the café is open until 3 and the bars/restaurants close around 10, so when we came back from our concert and were hungry we were sort of stuck. Sure doordash is an option but we didn’t want a whole meal, so we just went to bed. But now we know for next time. Overall we would stay again.

In general was clean however in the bathroom door was hanged a used towel. Sink was clogged. No microwave in the room.. Many noise in the hall around 2 or 3 am, people talking with a radio or phone and knocking in one of the rooms .
