Amazed we had to pay for a breakfast that would be free in just about any hotel in Texas

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, if a little tired. Overall, we felt the decor throughout could do with a bit a of a lift (maybe fresh coat of paint and carpets to be washed. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Generally a good place to stay with kids and great close shopping amenities also.

The AC in my room did not work on the first night, so I was moved to a different room, which was fine. The team apologized for the inconvenience and did their best to make me feel comfortable.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room could’ve used a better cleaning. In the bathroom the towels had a few hairs on them. Gross ! The carpet in room had pet hairs throughout. Disgusting !
