This property was remodeled. The staff was super friendly and nice. The AC was in a weird spot, but it worked. Water pressure in the shower was a little too low for me but the water was hot. Other than that for a short stay it was comfortable, affordable, and someplace I will come back to.

What I liked: very convenient from I480, feels safe and quiet. old but in working order. Drive up to door entrance. Plenty of Parking. WiFi, good refrig and freezer. Great bed. Firm. Heat and Air are execellent. What it needs, for winter, coat hook by door to avoid getting in snow and ice. 1 more waste basket and rod or shelf for clothes near bathroom.s TV instructions because it uses buttons on TV instead of remove. For overnight and short stays it is excellent.

The room was super clean! It was kind of odd not having side lamps, but there was sufficient lighting nonetheless. The room smelt wonderful. Bed was mostly comfortable and the pillows were perfect. We just stayed a single night. The neighborhood seems a bit rough to be fair. However, the motel itself was very quiet and we didn’t hear a peep from anyone. If in the area again, we’d book here.

I liked nothing about this place or area around it. I checked in, check in was very easy for me, but as soon as I walked in I was full of regret. Terrible stale cigarette/ pot smell. I went and spent $30 on plug ins and Lysol to (try to feel more comfortable)at the nearest dollar store which took 15 to 20 minutes to get there, I went back , plugged those in and sprayed the Lysol. Put my stuff in the fridge. The freezer was in badly need if defrosting. Packed with thick frosty ice. So I figured .ok I spent $200 on this, I have to try. At least get a shower. The towels were yellowed, the vent rattled and the light started flickering and the toilet wouldn't flush correctly. I just drove 4 hours for work and needed rest before starting my 12 hour nightshift. I got zero rest. I packed my Jeep right back up and couldn't even bring myself to get a shower. I took a $200 loss and booked another hotel in Willoughby..much better area and atmosphere. I was sick the next morning after the drive, working all night and smelling that stench on my hair and clothes from the short time I spent in that room. I truly do not like leaving bad reviews. This is my first bad one. But I checked right back out at 8 am to go the the other hotel. I Wasn't even offered any kind of refund. In the past I have had (courteous) refunds, insurance or not. The staff seemed friendly but not helpful in offering me even a partial refund. Worst experience ever!

This was a last minute booking. There was cigarette burns in the blanket, stains on the sheets and pillows ( which we did not use)floors dirty. Broken bathroom window. ( they decided to fix it with duck tap. The door was not lined up with the frame. Main lock on the door wouldn't work. But it would lock from the outside. We put a chair up under the handle to make it more secure. Like i said it was a last minute and we were too tried to find a new one and they do not give refunds .

I don't usually stay at cheap hotels but I was traveling alone and thought how bad could it be for under a benjamin? Holy cow. It was worse than I expected. This may work for people with limited means and I am by no means wealthy (and I am cheap) but this place was bad. Filthy, unsafe neighborhood, no places to eat anywhere near it. Everything was bad. The office is behind bullet proof glass with a slide box like a convenient store. The room door had light coming in from all the gaps, cheap door lock, no lamps, poorlighting, filthy sheets, sandpaper towels, metal box bed frame that thundered with any movement, 27 inch tv with limited channels and poor sound.... on and on. I won't be returning and I encourage others to stay away.

The motel & Hotels.com do not communicate well. I clearly requested double beds and the front desk said the site told him I reserved a king and refused to give me the room i clearly booked. There was hair in the bathroom and the window was covered with cardboard. Also,, the water was lukewarm, at best. The door did not fit well intonthe frame and only the deadbolt worked. I smelled smoke all night and when I told the front desk person, he wouldn't beleive me. As I was leaving, i saw the person one room down from me smoking in the door of his room. Clearly, tjat smoke was coming through the gaps in my door.

My stay wasn't too bad. I stayed for two nights and rated it 4 out of 5 stars because of a few small issues that added up. I had two rolls of toilet paper, but neither was a full roll, and there was no toilet paper holder. Additionally, there was no place in the shower to set down my shampoo and soap, so I had to put them on top of the toilet, which wasn’t a major inconvenience. I set the air conditioning to 67°F, but it kept turning on and off. The entry door also didn’t have a seal at the bottom, which probably didn’t help. To top it off, one of the staff members knocked on my door and informed me it was checkout time, even though I was still asleep after a late night. I explained that I didn’t have to check out until the next day, and we ended up having this conversation for five minutes. I would have given this review a 3 out of 5, but since it could have been worse, I feel that 4 out of 5 stars is a fair rating.

Me and my husband stayed the night before his visit with Cleveland clinic the bed was comfortable only two pillows for a king size bed. They need two more pillows. The door wasn’t very secure. Had a piece of tissue stuck over the people that was broke in a very noisy location

Upon arrival to check in, the gentleman at the window told me in a rude manor I had no room booked. I walked out to the car called hotels.com they called the hotel he “lucky found” my room. I gladly refused to stay there and went else where. If needing a “cheaper alternative” in the area check out extended stay America. Same price and VERY CLEAN, RESPECTFUL and they had breakfast 😉

I did not like that they kept trying to have me pay a pet fee. My dogs stayed with my parents but they still tried to make me pay a pet fee.... They also came by on the day of check out banging on the door and aggressively telling me to check out.

The towels were yellowed, the vent rattled and the light started flickering and the toilet wouldn't flush correctly. I just drove 4 hours for work and needed rest before starting my 12 hour nightshift. I got zero rest. I packed my Jeep right back up and couldn't even bring myself to get a shower. I took a $200 loss and booked another hotel in Willoughby..much better area and atmosphere. I was sick the next morning after the drive, working all night and smelling that stench on my hair and clothes from the short time I spent in that room. I truly do not like leaving bad reviews. This is my first bad one. But I checked right back out at 8 am to go the the other hotel. I Wasn't even offered any kind of refund. In the past I have had (courteous) refunds, insurance or not. The staff seemed friendly but not helpful in offering me even a partial refund. Worst experience ever!

I liked nothing about this place or area around it. I checked in, check in was very easy for me, but as soon as I walked in I was full of regret. Terrible stale cigarette/ pot smell. I went and spent $30 on plug ins and Lysol to (try to feel more comfortable)at the nearest dollar store which took 15 to 20 minutes to get there, I went back , plugged those in and sprayed the Lysol. Put my stuff in the fridge. The freezer was in badly need if defrosting. Packed with thick frosty ice. So I figured .ok I spent $200 on this, I have to try. At least get a shower. I don't usually stay at cheap hotels but I was traveling alone and thought how bad could it be for under a benjamin? Holy cow. It was worse than I expected. This may work for people with limited means and I am by no means wealthy (and I am cheap) but this place was bad. Filthy, unsafe neighborhood, no places to eat anywhere near it. Everything was bad. The office is behind bullet proof glass with a slide box like a convenient store. The room door had light coming in from all the gaps, cheap door lock, no lamps, poorlighting, filthy sheets, sandpaper towels, metal box bed frame that thundered with any movement, 27 inch tv with limited channels and poor sound.... on and on. I won't be returning and I encourage others to stay away.

What I liked: very convenient from I480, feels safe and quiet. old but in working order. Drive up to door entrance. Plenty of Parking. WiFi, good refrig and freezer. Great bed. Firm. Heat and Air are execellent. What it needs, for winter, coat hook by door to avoid getting in snow and ice. 1 more waste basket and rod or shelf for clothes near bathroom.s TV instructions because it uses buttons on TV instead of remove. For overnight and short stays it is excellent.

Me and my husband stayed the night before his visit with Cleveland clinic the bed was comfortable only two pillows for a king size bed. They need two more pillows. The door wasn’t very secure. Had a piece of tissue stuck over the people that was broke in a very noisy location

The room was super clean! It was kind of odd not having side lamps, but there was sufficient lighting nonetheless. The room smelt wonderful. Bed was mostly comfortable and the pillows were perfect. We just stayed a single night. The neighborhood seems a bit rough to be fair. However, the motel itself was very quiet and we didn’t hear a peep from anyone. If in the area again, we’d book here.

It's a cheap motel, so you get what you pay for. If all you care about are the bare necessities, then it may do fine. However, when my girlfriend and I had checked into our room, the bathroom had not been taken care of properly. There was hair in the shower drain, bathroom mirror was dirty, and the floor in and out of the bathroom wasn't the cleanest. There also wasn't a trash can in the bathroom, and only one roll of toilet paper. The walls in other areas had some damage, and others had stains/smudges that weren't cleaned either. I messaged the property about the bathroom, and didn't get a reply until two to three hours later; after we had already left for our plans that evening, simply saying "Sorry for that may I have your room number please". I didn't see the message until much later, and neither my girlfriend or I like having people in our room when we're not there. At check out, I politely explained to the woman about the bathroom, showed her pictures, and asked if I could have a partial refund. She got a bit rude; pointing her finger saying "If you came here yesterday after checking in we could have refunded you/moved you to another room but you stayed there all night." It wasn't worth arguing over, so we left. I only paid $80 for one night, but whether it's cheap or not; at the very least it is expected to be sanitary. We didn't even use the shower because of this. If you book with them, check the room out before hauling your things in and unpacking.
