淋浴的，沒有天天洗頭的記得要帶浴帽。古舊的電梯很小，只能容納3-4人，有行李的話只可進2人，急性子的請放慢腳步。地段適中寧靜的，週邊有很多餐廳可供選擇，還有一家中餐館。

My room was very big, modern and lovely and cool. The bed was very comfortable and the power shower was amazing! The air con worked really well, there was a fridge and a safe. There was also a huge TV, a desk and chair and a second smaller desk and seat. The room was ready at 10am when I arrived early! I had cappuccino and pastel de nata (highly recommended) twice in the bar and both were really well presented. The bar had really comfortable seating and the staff were lovely - on the day I left the guy serving gifted me my drink and two cakes! The hotel has a games room and some rooms have balconies. There are two supermarkets in the same street and it’s about 5-8 mins from the subway and hop on/hop off bus starting point. The street was noisy at night but I just wore earth plugs.

Ensemble du séjour sur 3 nuits qui s'est bien déroulé. Principal problème 1 seul ascenseur qui fonctionne et à notre étage la seule possibilité était de monter, problème qui va être réglé par l'hôtel. Bon petit déjeuner assez complet Chambre assez grande avec un mini frigo Bon emplacement dans Lisbonne près du métro et des bus et centre ville facilement accessible à pied.

O hotel tinha uma boa estrutura. Café da manhã muito bom. Restaurante com boa comida para as demais refeições. O quarto triplo era bem espaçoso e confortável. Mas, tem-se que usar dois elevadores diferentes para subir com malas. E o ponto mais negativo: o fato de ter estacionamento não é bem assim. Eles tem apenas 10 vagas em outro prédio, que não podem ser reservadas. Chegamos à noite confiando na informação de que havia estacionamento no hotel e fomos surpreendidos com a simples informação do recepcionista de que a garagem estava cheia. Tivemos que guardar o carro a uns quarteirões de distância, no estacionamento da Praça Marquês de Pombal. Portanto, reconsidere se estiver de carro.

Equipe de funcionários excelentes, sempre atenciosos e prestativos. Quarto espaçoso e confortável, porém banheiro muito pequeno. O estacionamento está disponível porém o funcionário do hotel tem que abrir pra você o portão e ele fica a uns 150m do corpo do hotel. Os funcionários foram ótimos com a gente abrindo quando precisamos. Mas não é prático.

A localização do hotel é excelente. Perto da Praça Marques de Pombal e ao lado da Av Liberdade. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e solicitos. Chegamos antes do horário do check in e nosso quarto já estava pronto. Porém, há o que melhorar. O quarto é de bom tamanho tinha um útil frigobar, mas poderia ser mais caprichado no quesito limpeza.

We booked 2 rooms one double and another triple room. The double room had a kettle with coffee etc but no toiletries (shampoo/lotion etc). They just had 2 soap dispensers. The triple room was nice and spacious but it lacked detail. We did not get a kettle with tea etc and no toiletries in the washroom. Even after asking at the front desk we were told this is how the rooms are configured. No attempt was made to help or accommodate.

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Es befindet sich in Innenstadtnähe, sodass man dort sehr gut zu Fuß überall hinkommt. Auch die Verbindungen des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs sind in der direkten Umgebung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und besonders Hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl und es ist für jeden etwas dabei.

We stayed here two nights. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The staff were friendly. Great location of you want to walk and explore the city by foot. Parking was a hassle but to be expected in Lisbon in June. Overall, we liked our stay

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Es befindet sich in Innenstadtnähe, sodass man dort sehr gut zu Fuß überall hinkommt. Auch die Verbindungen des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs sind in der direkten Umgebung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und besonders Hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl und es ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Nice hotel. Good location. Very close to Liberdade avenue which like Portugals Champs Elysee. Good restaurants nearby like the Food Network, Manga Ramen, a grocery shore Continente, and various other ones. Very good breakfast and staff. One cN walk 20 to 35 minutes to core Lisbon.

Dejligt hotel og fantastisk hjælpsom og sødt personale, det eneste der trækker ned er maden i restauranten. Morgenmadsbuffeten var fin men aftensmaden var virkelig dårligt, vi fik forskellige retter og det var rigtig ringe. F.eks. Bruschetta med svampe, kolde stegte svampe på tørt brød med revet parmesan. Blandet salat = Salat, agurk og tomat, ingen dressing!! Burger = bolle, tør bøf og kold ost. Rigtig ærgerligt da resten af opholdet var fint.

Property itself is well located and easy to get to. Staff are lovely. We went to the restaurant for dinner last night, worst meal ever! Choice of only 4 main meals, margarita pizza, duck and rice( chopped up duck with rice, no sauce, no veggies), spaghetti bolognaise or similar, and something else unappealing. Ended up choosing cheeseburgers- neither of us could eat them! Horrible meat patty, with a sweet sauce, and soggy tomatoes on a bun with cheese. No one else came to dine the time we were there, and didn’t ever see anyone in restaurant for evening meals- now we know why. So sad, as a decent meal is not hard to make, totally wrecked an otherwise good experience.
