So many modern slot machines. Have your id ready to be scanned upon entry. Great betting and viewing area setup for the horse tracks off of the Sports Bar. Parking for hotel is past all of the gaming parking. Signage could be better for that. Rooms were a nice size and comfortable. Amazingly quiet to be next to the interstate. Check in and check out was standard, nice staff. Food and drinks reasonably priced.

Nice place. A bit confusing driving in for the first time as the parking garage is all you see driving in. Check in and parking are on different levels. Very friendly staff.

Beautiful, new facility. Easily accessed off Rte. I-95. Large room (accurate depiction on website). Access to elevator is by room key card, so a good security measure. Also strict security at entrance to the casino (metal detector, ID age verification, purse inspection). Very generous sign-up bonus ($50) for joining players club. Only downside of the entire experience: very limited dining options. Food court (about 6 options) were not all open, even at dinner. Interesting interpretation of "breakfast included": Put a hangtag on your door in the evening to indicate how many continental breakfasts will be required for the room. They are delivered in a nice bag that is hung on a peg next to the door the next morning around 6:30. There appear to be no accommodations for special dietary requirements. Only real downside is lack of table games.

The hotel was decent. However, it is not a 4 star hotel as advertised when I booked my stay. Also most of the restaurants were closed during my stay, given the low occupancy rate. That was disappointing. I wanted to try 2 of them. In addition the hotel only has one sit down restaurant which is only open Thursday to Sunday. The rest are set up like your local mall foodcourt. The hotel is also unnecessarily rigid on certain matters despite their low occupancy. As an example I asked for a robe and was told inly guests that book a suite get robes. Given the hotel appaered to have a 5% occupancy rate it would have better to let me know that generally the hotel only offers suite guests a robe but if a robe was available they'd send one to my room. I would have appreciated that. There is no valet parking when there is a low occupancy rate at the hotel. The gaming area was like a ghost town. Long story short, I'm unlikely to stay at thehotel again.

The shower was okay but a lot of water from the shower ran out onto the floor because it did not have a shower door. So we found ourselves placing several towels on the floor to get up the water.

The rooms are extremely spacious, modern and an upscale decor that you would find in a top tier NYC hotel! The steakhouse food was top notch and service outstanding! The entire resort is extremely clean. I wish I can give it more than 5 stars!

The Rose is a beautiful establishment. Everyone is very friendly, the rooms are nicely decorated and the casino has all the new casino games. The only issues I had were that the casino was FREEZING cold! Also the AC in the room was really loud. Had to turn it off!

Our room 210, had an awful, constant sound from the heating/ac unit that was maddening. Facilities came up and said they, unfortunately, couldn’t tamper with it because it’s under manufacturer’s warranty since it’s new. We had to have them turn the unit off completely. The front desk brought up blankets because it’s supposed to be 53 degrees tonight. So, we are not happy and trust they will compensate us with a refund or at the very least, a partial refund!

Check in was fine . Checking out was the problem. Checked out Sunday morning around 7:30 . No one was at desk. Security had call the lady from back. Then it took us thirty minutes to get vehicle from valet .

No champagne by the glass. Margarita watery no good. Think bartender needs more training. Sports bar staff very slow. Appeared to be a lot of chitchat about personal matters. Chicken nachos were awful and appearance unappealing. Pretty basic dish. Very disappointing presentation. I should have complained but was too tired. Just figured i wouldn't order again. I did have a good whiting sandwich the day before. But probably different chef. Also ordered fried catfish in food court earlier. Not drained adequately. Very greasy. I was unable to eat more than a couple of bites. Again I should have complained but was heading out to quantico cemetery and did not have time.

It’s an excellent slot machine venue. Payouts seem reasonable. Service is spotty. Many of the staff make a honest effort to provide excellent service, but others are more concerned with talking to their friends. Their rewards/comp program is abysmal. For more reasons than i can explain here, the program frustrates the client instead of making them feel appreciated. The hotel is well appointed, clean and modern. The beds are a little hard. But adequate if you like a firm mattress.

From check in to check out a delightful experience. We will definitely stay again even though we aren’t gamblers. Just about 2.5 miles from the National Museum of the Marine Corps so very convenient. Great spacious room. Really nice bathroom with separate are for the toilet. Large shower. Highly recommend. Tip- in the parking garage, on arrival be sure to look for the hotel elevator entrance if you are on floor 2?or higher of the garage. Main hotel entrance is on first floor of the parking garage. (They could use some better signage)

Our room was very luxurious. It was quiet, very clean and I liked that we had to use our room card to activate the elevator to get up to our floor; that made us feel more secure. It was a very long way to the guest parking garage. I felt as though the staff were still working out the 'bugs' since they just opened about 6 months ago.

The best gaming resort in the DMV minus the crowd and traffic. Loved the decor, the King Suite, the best food court, not your standard food court. The1609 Restaurant gets another 5 stars, the food was outstanding and perfectly cooked. Perfect for a romantic getaway, night out or retreat. My new favorite place in VA!

We felt the only thing which was misleading was the "Continental Breakfast", consisted of an apple, packaged blue berry muffin, Quaker chocolate chip Cereal bar, and a small bottle of Orange juice. Hung on your door every morning, by request. Our other party was gluten free, no accommodations for altering this. would be way better to get a voucher to the corner cafe in the lobby.
