The hotel was excellent. Everything is new and clean with a very sleek modern decor that is bright and chic. Lora was very friendly, polite, and helpful. She helped us to park our car, gave great tips for the city, and explained everything we needed to know. The breakfast had amazing Bulgarian ingredients from the farm and from local sources. We truly appreciated the special touch. We did not have any minibar or refrigerator in the room, but it was ok. You can come downstairs to the lobby to get complimentary coffee and water and buy refrigerated drinks if desired. they had great communication by WhatsApp also on our day of arrival, so that everything went smoothly. Definitely hope to stay again next time we are in Plovdiv.

However, this time it's different.... Exceptional cleanliness, a magnificent breakfast, friendly and attentive staff. Don't let the fact that it's a 3-star hotel fool you; believe me, you can easily find a level of comfort here that you'd be hard-pressed to find even in a 5-star hotel. The hotel was sufficient. I don’t think it was as nice as what I expected. Everything was white. But it was pretty bare bones. There was no rugs or carpet or flooring in the bedrooms. It felt weird just walking on painted concrete. There was one wooden chair in the room to sit on. The duvet was a bit small for the bed for two people. However, the service was great. The employees went out of their way to help us. The location was fantastic. You could walk to the old town super easy. The parking was across the main road, but it was still pretty close and it was nice to actually have parking. All in all, the hotel was sufficient, but it just didn’t have much in the room. Which was really kind of disappointing..
