Très déçu. Piscine extérieure glacée et musique assourdissante. Repas médiocres, même le poisson est mal cuit (un comble au Portugal !). N’hésitez pas a acheter vos bouteilles d’eau a l’extérieur a 0.8€ car facturée à 3,8€ a l'hôtel ou à la supérette de l’hotel. La plage a 10mn est inaccessible à moins de pratiquer l’escalade ou la varape ! Clientèle majoritairement Anglaise et beaucoup de familles.

Comfortable beds and on the whole a nice hotel with plenty of parking. Shuttle bus only ran three times per day which was not made clear on the website when booking. Unless you wish to spend all the time in the hotel you are out in the middle of nowhere really. Water prices at pool bar very expensive. Rules posted by pool are not followed.

Room was clean and comfortable although not much space when the extra bed is in the room, although this did not cause to much of a problem as we didn't spend time in the room. Modern bathroom and food shower. Stayed b&b and breakfast was ok. Milk was never cold for the cereal and the glasses for the fruit juice were always warm. Pool was excellent and always plenty loungers. Food at the pool bar wasn't great for what you paid for it. Hotel is very remote so if you like to have some restaurants and bars within walking distance then this hotel is not for you. Easy taxi ride into old town.

Apesar de apenas ter sido uma noite, gostei da simpatia das pessoas, o Bar do Piano com musica ao vivo e da zona da Piscina do Hotel. Eu pesquisei Hoteis com carregamento eléctrico e o hotel conta com 6 pontos de carregamento que é gratuito para os hóspedes, o que é um ponto excelente para continuar a incentivar a mobilidade electrica.

Would stay here again. Great facilities, staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach and walking along the coastal path can take you to other beaches nearby. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the pool cafe had a great range of classic dishes such as lasagne and bolognaise. The spa is lovely offering a range of different treatments. We had a great stay!

Great place to sit back & enjoy the sun with a huge pool & outdoor bar. Nice evening entertainment to enjoy over a cocktail. Location not for all as its 2.5 miles away from Albufeira. Food was average & don't expect Expedia VIP perks at this property as none received despite being gold.

Good stay, reception great in and out check in, breakfast good, swimming pool inside and out steam room and sauna which was not in use the latter, only gripe was having to order French fries when you order a burger, come with as normal Uk hotel and garnish like a salad or coleslaw

Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to city centre. The food is great there. The only thing that I can comment on is that there is no tea nor coffee at the rooms although there is a kettle and there are no supermarkets near the hotel

I have stayed at the Baia Grande several times. It is a good sized hotel (not too large) its very welcoming, comfortable and clean, breakfast is of good choice and quality. Will continue to stay there in the future.

Very clean overall but no tea making facility in the room and no refrigerator. Breakfast was adequate but not spectacular by any means. Despite a large car park I had to park on rough terrain outside on a couple of occasions. To be frank we were a bit disappointed because it was not the experience we had on a previous stay

Very nice & clean. Nothing to complain. But there is no multi plug facilities. So we need travel adapters for our charging facility. And restaurants & shopping centre little away from the hotel but Uber is not expensive. We loved the environment and the service as well as the food.

Topp hotell, bra service og alt bra men sengene var meget harde! Det er flere spisesteder rundt omkring innen gå-avstand fra hotellet. Maten rundt omkring er ok men ikke fantasiskt med et unntak av restauranten "Il Pescatore" som er meget høy klasse men fortsatt akseptable priser. Billeie var også problemfritt i Portugal og anbefalles.

We felt very safe at this property. The staff were wonderful. Coming from America, we were a little shocked at the lack of quality of the beds. But we understand this is not unusual in Europe.

Es ist eine schöne Anlage. Zimmer sind geräumig und für die Klasse normal ausgestattet. Nicht angenehm war die Temperatur im Speiseraum. Da hätte man die Klimaanlage etwas besser einstellen können. Es war uns eindeutig zu warm.

One of the ladies at the food area was extremely rude. She told us we could not get coffee as it was not included in our package. We were willing to pay, but she brushed us off. A very basic hotel with no option to get water/coffee/snacks unless you pre paid for the meal option. A little far from the centre as well.

Overall the property was just what I was looking for and it was perfect. The service at the pool restaurant was unexplainable. Despite going everyday I could never get anyone to wait on me despite plenty of staff. They would bring menus and take other people’s order hole I was just sitting there. Then, I would go to the bar and order but they would never come by to see if I needed anything else. As I stated, the whole experience was unexplainable. Otherwise the property was great and Portugal was beautiful. My trip was prepaid and I was surprised to learn at check-in that a tourist tax had to be paid. I don’t remember this being explained when the reservation was made.

The hotel is far from everything so you definitely need a car or taxi. The hotel was nice but couldn’t even get a coffee if you didn’t opt in for the breakfast plan, which was disappointing (even though we would’ve fully paid for the coffee).

Stort och lite opersonligt hotell som låg utanför Albufeira i Seismora. Det ligger inga restauranger/barer/supermarket i närheten, och långt att promenera till stan. Men billigt med uber som tur var. Shuttel servicen till stranden och stan gick endast 2 ggr/dag. 1 på morgonen och på kvällen. Det gick inte att bada vid de närmsta stränderna om man inte vill klättra upp och ned. Buss shuttlen gick till galeostranden och den stranden var ok. Poolen var stor och fin, och vi fick solstolar utan problem. Restaurangen var högljudd och matsalsaktig.

Jai apprécié l'accueille de certaine personnes a la réception ainsi que la propreté de cette établissement. Par contre le barman ainsi que certaine autres personnes devrait changé de métier, une impression de les ennuyés lorsque l'ont demande un renseignement. La restauration est très bonne par contre le petit-déjeuner est à revoir car le café est imbuvable.
