It is a beautiful hotel with ocean front view, dining areas and swimming. The staff are very good, pleasant and helpful. I would return there again. The only negative comment I would share about the room is that they only give you 1 bottle of water in your room upon arrival and then you need to pay to have it replenished. Also, the lounge chairs are 10 Euros each per day and beach towels need to be rented as well.

The view is spectacular, you're right on the beach. Staff attentive and friendly. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Buffet breakfast is good, I liked the fresh fruit ,my husband liked everything else. Easy access to beach, restaurants and shopping. Top floor bar is great, friendly bar tender, piano player/singer was great and great drinks. Gellato was amazing at beach level. Had lunch at beach bar, food was good and plentaful. Bed and linens are great, has good air conditioning. Modern shower, spacious room with safe, hangers and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No body lotion, but not a issue. Great place to stay

Hotel was outdated, but our room had just been renovated. Rooms on the sixth floor do not have an elevator that go up there. There was three or four mini flights of stairs we had to climb to access our room. Once up there, the view was fabulous. they had 3 k-cups available in room, they don’t replenish the cups for the second day of stay. They €1.2 for each K cup on the second day to have coffee in the room and this is with already paying for the breakfast buffet. The view is incredible and very good access to shopping and restaurants. No parking on site as the roads are very very skinny and we had to walk with our bags about eight minutes on cobblestone streets coming from the United States, we were a bit confused about parking prior to arrival. Wish we had parking information prior to arrival. The restaurant only offered a buffet for dinner and it did not look very good. Something you would expect at the Golden Corral or worse, and not at a four star hotel on the beach.

The property itself looks like the photos, however the lack of facilities made it poor value for money, hotel states coffee machine however, you only get one coffee pod each for arrival along with one small bottle of water, and then have to purchase any more coffee pods that you want from them - this is a 4 star hotels and not cheap so you would expect better!! you also only get one tea bag each. No where on their website is there a picture of the indoor pool, we discovered it by accident after leaving the hotel and going through the downstairs restaurant/bar! This was small and uninviting - hence no photos! It didn’t even appear that this was attached to the hotel as you had to leave through the exit. Hotel shows beach beds and parasols that are owned and run by the hotel but don’t tell you that these are at a cost of €20 per day! Again not something you would expect from a 4* hotel, we were very disappointed by our stay having to pay for things that ‘appear’ to be included

This property is on the ocean so you can hear the waves from your balcony - which we loved. Views are phenomenal! Easy walk to everything Downtown. Parking is a bit of a nightmare and not right at the property. Overall we were glad to be there!

Be aware this is a smoking hotel, they said no smoking in the room only on the balcony but guest do smoke in there rooms. You can smell it in the hallways . Our balcony door was left open to air out the room Ocean view Wes’s Beautiful beach was great buffet breakfast ok. Had to park quite far to find parking stay was not helpful no electrical plug in bathroom and towels were small and old. Don’t believe this is a 4 star or 8.8 in my option.

We rented two rooms for a 2-night stay at this hotel. The location is perfect! The employes are very pleasant. That is the end of the positives. Both rooms had the smell of sewage. As you walk into the bathroom, you can hear the pipes struggling with the sewage. The smell was horrible. Both nights we called reception. Reception came to both rooms and added spray that did not help. The manager, Luis, was rude, loud and honestly, did not care to even help. His solution was for us to contact Hotels.com. To me, he should not be in that position. We traveled Portugal for 12 days and this was the ONLY bad experience we had. I recommend finding another hotel until this sewer issue is resolved and Luis is replaced with another manager willing to help. At a minimum, it is off-season, and he should have offered to move us to another room. Not a pleasant situation. Let's not forget the mold in the shower! This is not sanitary.

Cet hôtel n’est pas un 4 étoiles : service quasi inexistant ( pas de transport à l’aéroport, réception souvent vide en fin de journée, 2 capsules de café pour 4 nuits à 2, pas de mouchoirs dans les chambres, même si vous en demandez, personnel de la réception pas toujours aimable - ne vous reconnaît pas alors que vous avez discuté 2 fois avec elle en une demie journée). Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Les chambres sont toutes orientées mer et font toutes la même taille ( les différents prix ne sont donc pas justifiés). La salle de bain est de taille correcte mais pas de porte savon ou autre porte brosse à dents, poubelle en plastique cassée à notre arrivée, les joints de la douche sont sales/imbibés de moisissure, le mur blanc a des traces de saleté. Et surtout les chambres finissant par 07 sont en face des escaliers et ascenseurs et ont une porte communiquante avec la chambre à côté : très bruyant ! On entend les voisins se doucher, aller aux toilettes !! La réception prétend q’il n’y a plus de chambre disponible alors que plusieurs sont à la vente sur le site internet de l’hôtel et les sites spécialisés dans les voyages !!!

Lovely hotel, very modern. Breakfast buffet good, dinner buffet not so good, Luke warm and not particularly varied, however, there were lots of excellent restaurants very close at comparable price. Thought our bedding only being changed once in 10 day stay very poor.

This is advertised as Adults-Only. However, all the rooms are above the promenade. While there are no children in the hotel lobby, each room is filled with noise from loud children, the beach, music, and late night parties. Things did not quiet down until after midnight.

The breakfast was really good and the locación and View was excellent. HOWEVER…. We stayed in room 403 an this was a nightmare since it’s located directly under the band and dancing floor located on the 5th. We had to put up with all the tapping and covers of old songs until 11-11:30 pm every night, as if where there ourselves!!!!

Close to everything, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, beautiful beachfront. Dont stay in the rooms 410-417. Every morning at 7:30 the chairs from the breakfast buffet upstairs scraping the floor is very annoying for a few hours. No Kleenex in rooms or facecloths and the hair dryer is very dated, it is attached to the wall and the cord wasn’t very long.

The best located hotel in Albufeira. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The rooms are modern but a bit spartan. Two plastic cups in the room to drink out of..?! Nice view of the beach and water. Close to everything.

The view is spectacular, you're right on the beach. Staff attentive and friendly. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Buffet breakfast is good, I liked the fresh fruit ,my husband liked everything else. Easy access to beach, restaurants and shopping. Top floor bar is great, friendly bar tender, piano player/singer was great and great drinks. Gellato was amazing at beach level. Had lunch at beach bar, food was good and plentaful. Bed and linens are great, has good air conditioning. Modern shower, spacious room with safe, hangers and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No body lotion, but not a issue. Great place to stay

Horrible!!! Only location is great but the rudest front desk staff and for $500 per night the most greedy hotel they have espresso machine in the room but you have to pay 1.20 euro for each pod , no napkins in the room shampoo and body wash not enough for one shower only one bottle of water free for 2 people they charge 10 euro refundable to give you a card to pick a beach towel toaster in the breakfast room not working doesn’t worth to pay $500 per night only for the location only and receive the bad service ever and rudest staff I won’t advise anybody to have the experience we had

We were under the impression this was a 4-star hotel, (I would rate it as 3), and as an "adults only", was going to be quiet and relaxing. This hotel is the complete opposite. It is in the middle of party central, with loud, techno music right on the beach, other hotels with loud music and their own beach bar contributing to the noise. When we asked for 2 nights of reimbursement out of 4, they were mean, put the blame on us and talked behind our back to each other in Portuguese in angry tones. It was very upsetting. We stayed 2 nights and couldn't take it anymore, no sleep and no relaxation on the beach. If you want a party place, this is it, if not, go somewhere else.

Great location, breakfast was good, seaview rooms, was fantastic. Booked 2 twin rooms, one was fine the second one which i was staying in had several problems. On the first day we gound the sink was blocked and draining very slowly, after reporting this nothing was done until day 2 it was completely blocked. Had to spwak to reception 3 times before someone came to fix it. The next day the electric went off, next door room was absolutely fine. Called recpetion and again response was slow they came after 40 minutes even though id told them we had an excursion booked. On day 4 electric tripped again, this time they came in 20 minutes and found the elecgric keeps going off dhe to the faulty fridge i the room. Not happy with the room, if we didnt have the avoce issues then this is an amazing locatio

Parking on the entire area is completely impractical, but that's not the fault of anyone business...just worth mentioning so anyone visiting knows what to expect. Staff was amazing, the view from the lobby and room was fantastic, and there were tons of options for food and shopping around.

The staff at the front desk and breakfast restaurant were very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast buffet was very complete and for the last day since we were flying very early, they prepared us a very nice to go box. Very convenient location in front of the ocean and steps to all the shops, restaurants and night life.

The white old woman with brown hair at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional . When she showed us to our room she basically threw the room key on the table and walked out without explaining how anything works . But everyone else was lovely .

Top Lage und freundlicher Service. Nachtruhe ein Problem, da sich vor dem Hotel bis in den Morgen Partyleute noch treffen. Ansonsten kann man dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen da einmalige Lage zwischen Strand und Altstatt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal vorhanden.

The hotel is in an AMAZING location on the best beach and right in Old Town! So convenient and close to all the fun, dining, partying and shopping! Hotel rooms are pretty basic but have lovely decks overly the ocean abd beach. The lobby etc was very gorgeous with comfortable seating and bar overlooking the ocean too. Breakfast was very nice with nice options. Would highly recommend staying here!

This property is on the ocean so you can hear the waves from your balcony - which we loved. Views are phenomenal! Easy walk to everything Downtown. Parking is a bit of a nightmare and not right at the property. Overall we were glad to be there!

The hotel itself is fantastic. The staff is second to none. However, Albufeira has become a party destination best suited for high school/college kids on holiday who just want to get drunk and go to clubs.

Picked this area for the beach accessibility and it was perfect. Room was clean and staff daily tidied up the room. The breakfast buffet had a great assortment of food and beverages and staff again were great. If I had to think of one thing that did disappoint it would have to be the slow or missing service in the lobby bar in the evening. If I were to return to the area, I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Hotel was outdated, but our room had just been renovated. Rooms on the sixth floor do not have an elevator that go up there. There was three or four mini flights of stairs we had to climb to access our room. Once up there, the view was fabulous. they had 3 k-cups available in room, they don’t replenish the cups for the second day of stay. They €1.2 for each K cup on the second day to have coffee in the room and this is with already paying for the breakfast buffet. The view is incredible and very good access to shopping and restaurants. No parking on site as the roads are very very skinny and we had to walk with our bags about eight minutes on cobblestone streets coming from the United States, we were a bit confused about parking prior to arrival. Wish we had parking information prior to arrival. The restaurant only offered a buffet for dinner and it did not look very good. Something you would expect at the Golden Corral or worse, and not at a four star hotel on the beach.

The checkin was efficient. The room was comfortable. It was strange that you only had coffee pods for the first morning then had to pay extra after that. We went to the grocery store and bought our own. The included breakfast was terrific with good variety. Compliments to Laisa and Diogo.

Lovely hotel, very modern. Breakfast buffet good, dinner buffet not so good, Luke warm and not particularly varied, however, there were lots of excellent restaurants very close at comparable price. Thought our bedding only being changed once in 10 day stay very poor.

We enjoyed our stay here. The parking situation was absolutely awful, so I will advise that if you have a car, this is probably not the hotel for you. The closest option is ~.3 miles away but 45 degree uphill to get there, with no ability to drop our bags off ahead of time (all spaces were taken even for quick drop off). Outside of that, the hotel and staff were nice and it was a good location next to town and the beach. We were a little disappointed by the beach dining option outside the hotel though.

The place lives up to the price point. Nice room and bathroom, clean everywhere, personell very very polite and helpful. Its easy to get around. The proximity to the beach its great (the beach itself its clean and well maintained). Definetly somewhere i would return with pleasure.
