They need to not advertise that there is an indoor pool while it’s under remodel. I was extremely disappointed and would have never ever booked this place. The indoor pool was empty and there were no workers remodeling it as was advised at the front desk. I’m still waiting for compensation

The hotel and its grounds were very nice and very convenient for the places we wanted to visit by car, however there are very few places to eat within walking distance. We walked to Casa do Lago for a meal which was very nice and there was also a sushi, Chinese and another restaurant in the same vicinity but we didn’t use these. The hotel has an A La Carte menu, however this was never in operation during our week long stay as they had a buffet dinner every evening, which is much more expensive if you don’t want a large meal, although it was very nice and had lots of selection with a nice Portuguese style to the food. There are bar snacks available and these were very good, particularly the shrimp salad! The room was nice and comfortable, our safe did not work and despite reporting this 3 times it was never sorted during our stay, although all staff were very friendly and polite. The swimming facilities were a bit of a let down. The indoor swimming pool was cold, so we only used it briefly once and had been looking forward to relaxing in the bubble jets. The Turkish bath, sauna and changing areas were a bit basic. Breakfast had plenty of choice with fruits, yoghurts, cereals, hot buffet, continental selection of cold meats, cheeses, bread and pastries. There is an Aldi and a Lidl’s nearby.

Num hotel deste nivel, quando se viaja em familia, espera-se disfrutar da piscina. Na verdade, a piscina interior estava com uma agua muito fria, que nao permitia passar muito tempo dentro dela. Muito longe de estar nos 28º que a administração dizia estar.

The hotel looks good in pictures but is quite dated. The AC and WiFi barely worked. The beds were hard as a rock. The bedding was dirty. Housekeeping did not replace the towels. Pool is small and crowded. I would not recommend

My room was spotless, clean, and comfortable. Front desk was helpful and kind (Sandro helped me get my luggage to my room and to car) and moved my daughter's family to a 2 level room with a kitchenette for my grandson. Grandson loved playing in the indoor pool. Only negative was breakfast food choices on line not really what Americans tend to choose, but nice presentation. And coffee machines never fill the cups, need to do twice. But really, A lovely hotel!

After unpacking, I realized the mini fridge was not working. Inform the front desk and they did not have a replacement. Also, the separate shower did not have a shower head. Took a pic to show front desk and again they did not have a shower head to install on it. Pitiful. You would think that a "Golf Resort" would have a manager that would speak to you about their inability to have complete rooms. Never heard from the manager. Even when checking out, one wasn't available. Will never stay there again.

Some issues with the family room. We specifically chose the hotel because of air conditioning but it didn’t work properly through our stay and temperature didn’t get below 27 in the room. Shower was poor. Flow was poor and spray was inconsistent. Phone in room didn’t work so back and for to reception (we were on second floor). Only one chair on balcony. On day one chap came to give us some glasses (there was only one but said he didn’t have time to get a chair. Day two reception said there wasn’t a second chair for balcony in the hotel! They came to sort air on but didn’t. Buffet breakfast was ok but queued

Hotel muito antigo, recepção decepcionante com móveis precisando ser trocados. Ficamos No quarto country Golf que ficava em outro local , não tinha funcionários pra levar as malas e muitas escadas pra subir, nesse local não tinha recepção , a porta não era trancada e dava acesso à rua o que nos deixou preocupados com a segurança . O quarto era renovado, bom e espaçoso, mas eram duas camas de solteiro encostadas Café da manhã era na sede, muito bom. Não tinha local pra cabelereira nos atender e precisou nos atender no quarto pois tínhamos um casamento próximo. O pessoal da recepção não foi muito simpático. Nós esperávamos mais pelo preço pago. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for our family with kids. The pool was a great spot to relax, and the food was delicious. However, the real highlight was the reception team. They went above and beyond to assist us with a few challenging issues, resolving everything with ease. Their friendly and professional service made all the difference. Highly recommend!

War okay, aber definitiv kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Es fing schon bei der Kontaktaufnahme an, einfach unmöglich jemanden ans Telefon zu bekommen und auf Emails hat man auch keine Antwort bekommen. Wir hatten eine 2.200km lange Reise mit dem Auto vor uns und wollten eigentlich nur fragen ob es möglich ist das Zimmer früher ze bekommen, da wir nach der Reise sehr erschöpft waren. Da wir kein Kontakt herstellen konnten, mussten wir dann an der Rezeption nachfragen. Man hat uns mit irgendwelchen Ausreden hingehalten und uns versichert man würde uns anrufen sobald das Zimmer verfügbar sei. Bis 15h nichts passiert. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber schön. Vom Frühstücksangebot waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Es lag sogar Schinken am Buffet, der schon schlecht war. Ziemliches Chaos und die Mitarbeiter haben ziemlich gestresst gewirkt.

The staff were lovely, the hotel has beautiful views, it is peaceful and breakfast is lovely. You need a car unless you plan to relax on resort. There is a Lidl nearby for necessities and it is a 15 minute drive to the beautiful beaches at Guincho and Cascais.

The hotel was quiet, clean, and safe. Staff were very friendly and helpful with getting around to the various attractions. The only issue we had was with the food for both breakfast and dinner. It was not worth the money. Taste was terrible. Food was cold or luke warm at best. Dinner options don't change for a month at a time and we're not good or tasty options. I would recommend this hotel, just opt out of the food options.

Péssima experiência, comida sem sabor, caríssima, o bacalhau tinha ossos e espinhas, algo básico para um prato tradicional. O quarto tinha sofas rasgados e camas danificadas, a psicina coberta era fria totalmente decepicionante. O frigobar vazio e era cobrado uma taxa de quase 10 euros para colocar meia duzia de bebidas só pelo serviço de abastecer o frigobar. Surreal.

the pool facility was very cold, the sauna was very cold and there was no member of staff to assist you if anyone drowned in the pool no member of staff was there to help or assist.The restaurant evening buffet was not value for money too expensive not much choice. There was a time for breakfast there was no fruit and it was not replaced so had to do without.
