VERY limited (one to be exact) club food choices compared to past (12 ) stays. Not replenished often. Rooms are badly bedded- unfitting bedding, bad pillows. Fridge is screwed locked. Coffee/tea area removed. Very limited closet space. Hair dryer useless. Staff denied any satisfaction claiming nothing was changed. Not true. Will not recommend and will not return. Plenty fantastic hotels around to choose from.

This is a great hotel that could.be superb. It has three lifts and having stayed here maybe 5 times on each occasion at least 1 lift is broken. This trip 2 lifts. That means long waits getting to your room. I am fanatical about cleanliness and more attention is needed in the bathrooms. It's ok but ok is not great..I would still recommend this hotel. Staff are lovely and it has a good gym. The beds are great.

Vi köpte till executive lounge och det kan vi varmt rekommendera. Mkt bra mat och dryck. Trevlig miljö. Det enda att önska att personalen hade varit mer intresserade av gästerna. De sa knappt hej. Det var en som pratade och var mkt service inriktad, men övriga sa ingenting.

On nous a proposé à notre arrivée, un surclassement pour 25 euros, nous disons oui, malheureusement plus de surclassement à 25 euros mais il y en a à 35 euros nous disons oui quand même, pour une chambre avec 2 vues et on nous offre l'acces au executive club lounge du 19eme étage. En réalité, les 35 euros étaient par nuit, nous le savons qu'au moment de signer l'acceptation de surclassement, nous avons accepté car nous nous sentions gené de refuser à ce moment donc 105 euros de perdu. Arrivée à notre chambre, deception elle était vieillotte ( harmonie des couleurs, choix des materiaux) Les meubles etaient vieux et abimés. Quant à la vue, une des 2 vues donnait sur un immeuble en construction avec des ouvriers qui travaillaient sauf le dimanche donc nous devions fermer les rideaux pour qu'ils ne nous voient pas. Grosse déception lorsque nous avons voulu aller au lounge du 19eme étage, et bien nous n'y avions pas acces bien que nous ayons montré le coupon que l'on nous a donné à notre arrivée qui expliqué que notre carte de chambre avait été chargée. Nous sommes aller voir à l'accueil pour avoir des explications, ka réponse était que nous avions un surclassement de chambre mais pas l'acces au lounge pourtant, on nous a bien dit je peux vous offrir l'accès aux lounge. En conclusion, si vous allez dans cet hôtel, surtout n'acceptez pas les surclassements.

The hotel is 20 stories high served by only 3 elevators! One was out of service during my 4 nights stay and on last day another elevator went out of service ! So the entire hotel was running on one elevator , while checking out I had to stay for more than 20 min before jamming ourself inside a crowded elevator along with my luggage !! This happened while the hotel was hosting a big event , I don’t know how such situation was managed also the check out process was vey slow and the reception has a single employee whiteout any attention to long queue of customers, strangely the hotel manager passing by without any care for guests comfort !!

The change of room setup, the very limited food at the club and unresponsive staff is a huge change from my previous at least a dozen stays at Warsaw Westin. Very disappointing is an understatement. Unresponsive front staff manager was an insult to my senses. Despite his admission to agree with my observations and concerns, nothing was offered. Huge disappointment to my friend and myself. I’m sure the management can do better.

The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself was in pristine condition, and you could tell room cleaning is kept at a high standard. The hotel breakfast was outstanding with many options, and again, staff was very professional and kind. During my next stay in Warsaw, I would not even think twice about staying at this Westin location.

Arrived late, was given a room that was been oxidated. The machine was still in the room. Very strong chemical smell, can only wonder what had transpired in the room. Made a mistake trying fatigued to just sleep it through, just to get a headache from the fumes. The property is tired, needing update, so do I after little rest.

Mais la chambre n’a pas été faite une fois et lorsque j’ai demandé à la faire, la personne est venue vider la poubelle et donner des serviettes de bains. C’est tout. Les draps n’étaient pas propres. Men værelset vi fik var småt - måske 15 kvadratmeter - og da den tredje seng, blev stillet op, var der næsten ingen gulvplads. The water in the shower and bathtub does not maintain a constant temperature. Sometimes it runs hot and sometimes cold. This can lead to burns. There is a design flaw in the hot water installation. The mixer (regulator is damaged). Food is fantastic , cleaning and staff fantastic

The hotel is very good but the air condition at the room did not work good enough. The air was stuffy and on top of it you are cannot open a window to let some fresh air in. It was disapointing. Besides that, a great hotel with very good breakfast.

- it supposed to be a Westin level - Bad internet - Smallest shower ever - Plumbing problems with hot water - Bad records, they were continuing asking me if I had breakfast included for 4 consecutive days, they say no and then I needed to prove it. There are other hotels same level nearby, If I were you I would think twice to stay here
