We wanted a clean, comfortable room and that is what we got. The staff was every friendly, especially the cleaning lady, who didn’t speak English, but let us know she was there to help. The breakfast was great (especially the latte/coffee). It is right in a main tram line and a ticket machine is right diagonally across the main road. A 3 day ticket zone 1 (basically all of Warsaw, including airport) for $9 - includes all trams, buses and metros.

Room was clean. However there was no A/C on our floor. They brought us a fan and offered another room but we didnt want to pack up and move. It cooled off nicely in the evening, but no window screens and construction noise next door began at 6:00am. Lots of construction around the property as they are building next door and also adding a tram line so streets are all torn up. Restaurant onsite was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

When your guests are refused entry to the restaurant because they prioritise an outside party of people & reserve all tables for them it’s very wrong . Apart from that everything was good & the staff are very professional & considerate , Excellent infact

Stayed only 2 nights. Comfortable, large room, with double bed. Large bathroom with good size shower. Second line from the street, very quiet all night. Restaurant has good buffet breakfast, and good selection for dinner also. Bus conection to the center in 20 minutes.

La camera aveva un odore sgradevole molto probabilmente a causa della moquette. Il terzo letto era un letto pieghevole molto scomodo. Probabilmente la struttura ormai vetusta non merita più 3 stelle. Buona la posizione con i mezzi pubblici e facilità di spostamento a tutte le ore.

Large and mediocre level hotel. Check ins and outs were very smooth. But I'd still say the reception staff were slightly below average. Room was perfectly clean and spacious. The two things in the room that had some issue were toilet seat and AC. In the end the "problem" with toilet seat probably was just that they are so much better in Finland than in Poland (the flush was whenever whatever and very seldom enough, so you had to soon re-flush) AC seemed to be inadequate but you could keep windows open and sleep in humane conditions. (The other evening there was noise from the neighboring hotel's restaurant but it completely ended at midnight) Depressing signal of ever-weakening customer service everywhere in general was that hotel's hotel info could be read only by loading yet another stinking "app" - That is overlooking and customer disservice and if there would be two hotels with exactly the same price and value I'd pick the one that has booklet of hotel info in the room. Either a minibar or small fridge in a room would be very cool! The breakfast was inexpensive and well worth the money.

Leider wurde unser Zimmer in 7 Tagen nur 2x erst nach Anmahnung gereinigt. Also von täglicher Reinigung konnte keine Rede sein. Beim Frühstück gab es nur 2 Sorten Marmelade, die recht künstlich schmeckten. Polen ist eigentlich für tolle Marmeladen bekannt, was wir auch in anderen Hotels in Warschau schon genossen. Zimmer war ansonsten ok.

Found a ball of hair tangled on the shower head and had asked for them to clean it immediately but the issue was never addressed even after housekeeping came the next day. The staff offered for me to switch rooms in the end but disappointed that they didn’t immediately come to remove it. Otherwise overall had a decent stay.

Staff were pretty indifferent, and most of the time frankly just non-existent. No a/c or fan in the room (upon request I managed to borrow a fan) No fridge in the room. Neighbouring hostel guests (on the other side of the street) were rowdy, and since the temp was 28 degrees Celsius, my room windows had to be open. The direction and location to the hotel were pretty labyrinthine - aggregated further by massive roadwork

Das Hotel war schön eingerichtet! Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer war für drei Personen groß und die Betten gut zum schlafen! Das Bad war auch sehr schön! Rundum perfekt

Das Hotel ist einfach, Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Personel und das Management nicht professionell und sogar inkompetent. Ich war in Warschau geschäftlich und wollte, dass das Hotel mir eine Rechnung ausstellt. Da ich die Buchung aber Expedia gemacht habe, habe ich keine Rechnung erhalten. Man sagte die Expedia ist dafür zusànding. Stimmt das?

In the end the "problem" with toilet seat probably was just that they are so much better in Finland than in Poland (the flush was whenever whatever and very seldom enough, so you had to soon re-flush) AC seemed to be inadequate but you could keep windows open and sleep in humane conditions. (The other evening there was noise from the neighboring hotel's restaurant but it completely ended at midnight) Depressing signal of ever-weakening customer service everywhere in general was that hotel's hotel info could be read only by loading yet another stinking "app" - That is overlooking and customer disservice and if there would be two hotels with exactly the same price and value I'd pick the one that has booklet of hotel info in the room. Either a minibar or small fridge in a room would be very cool! The breakfast was inexpensive and well worth the money.

We wanted a clean, comfortable room and that is what we got. The staff was every friendly, especially the cleaning lady, who didn’t speak English, but let us know she was there to help. The breakfast was great (especially the latte/coffee). It is right in a main tram line and a ticket machine is right diagonally across the main road. A 3 day ticket zone 1 (basically all of Warsaw, including airport) for $9 - includes all trams, buses and metros.

Leider wurde unser Zimmer in 7 Tagen nur 2x erst nach Anmahnung gereinigt. Also von täglicher Reinigung konnte keine Rede sein. Beim Frühstück gab es nur 2 Sorten Marmelade, die recht künstlich schmeckten. Polen ist eigentlich für tolle Marmeladen bekannt, was wir auch in anderen Hotels in Warschau schon genossen. Zimmer war ansonsten ok.
